On SEVERAL occasions Francis would be late to my appointments, either her kids or her mother. I could not make one of my appointments Frances charged $45 on top of the $85 dollar service fee. I stopped going about 3 months. When I returned, I paid the $45 dollar cancelation fee but stopping tipping. Frances was upset and made it very clear on this final visit....Frances did not think I noticed but I did. She hurt my ear rubbing my face really hard. Was roughly running her thumb across my throat and the towels were way too hot. Frances attitude and work was VERY unprofessional. The facial seemed like a deep tissue and was so rough I was awaken by the unpleasant behavior from Frances. At the end she slapped some cream on my face and said "I'll meet you up front" and walked out. Im only leaving this comment because a previous comment was spot on with Frances unprofessional behavior and attitude. Would not recommend Frances for any service offered at this location.

Found out this fabulous lady has moved from Fort Worth to Mansfield, which is closer to us and that was perfect. Sadly, we couldn't book because my best friend had picked another salon, but I had an amazing conversation with this young lady and I'm super excited cause I'm definitely going to go visit her. She is so accommodating polite. What a bright spot and the salon we went to is good but I have a feeling she'll do a better job because she works alone alone and it is very detailed so I highly recommend recommends giving her a try.

The reason why I'm only giving 3 stars is there was a bit of a communication issue. I went in wanting the 1 hour combo massage because I wanted both body and feet. Before walking into the room, I asked the lady at the desk to please tell my masseuse that for the body portion, I only want her to work on my left side since I have sciatica. She said ok and that she would let her know (since there was a language barrier) and the full body massage is $70 so just $10 extra. I was a little confused because I thought the combo included full body and money wasn't the issue so I just said ok. During the entire time, my masseuse worked both my left and right side which was kind of disappointing since I only asked for my left. 30 minutes passed and she still didn't work on my feet and that's when I realized that I was no longer getting the combo, only full body. They seemed sweet, but I came in wanting something and received something else. If I had time, I would've stayed for an extra 30 minutes to actually have my feet done, but I had to catch a flight :(
