Worst haircut I've ever gotten. Done in 20 minutes including wash. Charged me $35 just to trim my bangs. Then proceeded to CUT MY HAIR when I told her I just wanted bangs. Cut off about 3 inches, choppiest haircut I've ever had and it was uneven. Then she did not dry my hair and left it wet when I was leaving. DO NOT GO HERE. I will NEVER go here again!! read more

She listened to what I'd like to have done and she did an amazing job!!! She cut about 6 inches off and made my hair feel so light! After I couldn't get in with 'another' local nail-art salon I called Edge and got in immediately. The stylist who did my nails - Mary, was so sweet and very gentle with my feet and hands. I got an art pedi - see photo and then I tried out the new 'UV' shellac nail craze. Let me tell you - i've had the glossiest, most gorgeous nails for two straight weeks! I've been averaging about a compliment a day from strangers and that has never happened to me before. I called to make an appointment to have my hair highlighted, I asked for someone who has experience with dark hair going light and they made my appointment with Liz. I spoke with Liz and I explained to her what I wanted. The night before my appointment I get a call saying that she was unavailable and that they changed my appointment to Hollie. I was upset but went to the appointment anyways, ( Liz was there and had another client) I explain Hollie exactly what i wanted done, I showed pictures too. Mind you on the website it says she has 18 years experience. After she blow out my hair it looked OK, she said it would take a few visits to get the color I wanted. (going dark to light) I was fine with that. But when i got home and pulled my hair in a pony tail, the highlights in the bang area were 1/2 from the scalp, and i have 3 stripes on both sides of my head. After a few days after all the toner/color faded my brassy hair really bothered me. So I called and left a message for Hollie, to see if we could get it fixed, she called back hours later and we scheduled an appointment. 45 MIN BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT SOMEONE ELSE FROM THE SALON, CALLED AND ASKED TO RESCHEDULED CAUSE HOLLIE WAS SICK. I understand being sick (and I hope she feels better) and not being able to make appointments, but good lord could she have not called me earlier? I just feel like I was not treated fairly. I will not return to this salon ever again. read more
