I had a great experience here! LaToya was very good at identifying what I needed and relieved tons of the tension I've been suffering from in my upper body. She was very intuitive in increasing the pressure on the sore areas that needed work. I used to go to Massage Envy and LaToya is 10x better than any of the staff over there. It's in a very cozy retail building off of Zang in Oak Cliff. I almost hesitate posting this because I want to tell all my friends about it first. read more

Infinite Possibilities Spa - Spa - Massage Near Me - Dallas, Texas

5 stars is insufficient about the experience w Ms. LaToya @ Infinite Possibilities Spa. A little about my history w IPS..my first few experiences were when she was located near Mockingbird Lane. I got married, moved to Austin and tried my best to work in a facial while visiting family. Timing just didn't work out in my favor. Fast forward to earlier this summer and I moved back to the Dallas area and resumed my skincare this week. Ms. LaToya is extremely accommodating with scheduling and she gives you100% of attention during your service. I had a chemical peel facial and dermaplaning which was a great experience. We discussed my skincare type and plan of treatment to achieve my expectations and a review of my current products and processes. I am a product junkie and she does want me to use any products remaining that are appropriate for my skin (I appreciate the respect for my coins :-)! I am looking forward to my future appointments. Scheduled a hot stone massage and was really looking forward to it. I looked over at the windows and was told that no one could see in. I figured that but was wondering why it was so bright in the room. No blinds or curtains. During the massage she dropped the stones three times! More distracting than the bright room. Music was too loud. Maybe to drown out noise from the freeway. The worst part of the massage was when she jerked my toe that I told her was broken! I put on the intake form "no feet" for this reason. Said she would only do the other foot. Needless to say, I will not be back. Very disappointing because I was hoping to find a new massage therapist. read more

I have had many massages in my life. LaToya is one of the best. Easily top five! She was very responsive to desired pressure and the facility was very comfortable. Will be back! read more

I highly recommend! Great massage and wonderful service! The studio was quaint and clean! Definitely check them out!

A tiny spa with a reputation for excellence! The veteran aesthetician running it can customize your facial. I saw great results in my hydration & blemishes by the end of a very relaxing & educational visit for three services. That included healing my skin concerns in hard to reach areas. I'll return to this tiny Oak Cliff gem for cerology & facials & keep my dollars local. read more

I spent years visiting different spa services and several massage therapists. I discovered Infinite Possibilities about 6 years ago through Groupon and I've been going ever since. Ms. Forbins was already a skilled therapist, but the longer I've gone, the more tailored my experience has been to the problem areas of tension and soreness that I continually suffer with. You will not be disappointed. In fact, you absolutely will want to return, not just for the service, but because of her professionalism, enthusiasm, knowledge, ambience, and overall character. First of all I have already booked my appointments with LaToya for the rest of the year. She was outstanding! Made me feel welcome, she is kind and thoughtful and her massage and facial were amazing. I have had them all over the world at all price points and I feel like I have found gold. Massage can be be life impacting for me and I have been looking forever for someone I can consistently go to and I am grateful I found LaToya. Last thing I will mention are her skin products, they felt really nice on my skin and she didn't push any merch on me after the appointment, although I feel like I would buy whatever she told me would be good for my skin! Thank you very much LaToya read more

LaToya was so fantastic! I went for a 90 min deep tissue and she adjusted the massage to fit my needs and was able to work out knots and relieve pain points while also allowing me to relax. She is kind and generous and her love for her craft is apparent. A complete delight and highly recommend! read more

Infinite Possibilities Spa was amazing!! They surprised me and my girls during my Bachelorette weekend in Dallas and it was such a wonderful experience! This was my first chair massage and I am going to be a regular now! Not only were the massages amazing but the ladies were so nice! I found LaToya via Yelp when I was visiting my sister in Dallas and my skin needed TLC (tender loving care). She was very communicative when I was trying to understand services offered (what's included etc) and answered all my questions. I scheduled my appointment online and arrived for my glow and go facial few days later. LaToya was on-time, very welcoming and a delight to meet! She spent time understanding my skin and spent total 50 minutes with me (including filling paperwork upfront and payment in end) even though the appointment was only 30 minutes. That's what meant the most to me! We all have been to places where we pay for 30 minute services but don't really get that much time of service. She explained everything she was doing, what she was using at each step and why she was using it. I usually get my monthly facials at medical spas and Infinite possibilities service is at par, if not better, and for a lower price! What an amazing experience! I already recommended my sister to go see her and recommend all fellow yelpers to go see the skincare expert in town - LaToya! read more

Latoya is amazing! I received a massage and facial today and I can say with complete honesty that both services were the best I've ever had! She's incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to plant-based more natural skincare. The products she uses are just that. &they also smell awesome. The massage was incredibly relaxing, she applied just the right amount of pressure. You can really tell she cares about her clients and not only truly wants to help with whatever ails you, but has the education and experience to make it happen. I feel a hundred times better already and my skin looks great! read more

I looooove Infinite Possibilities Spa. This is an exceptional professional atmosphere and a place where I can get healing for my body. LaToya is amazing at getting those stubborn knots out of back, especially under the shoulder blades. I have been going to this spa for 3 years now and found them on Facebook. She is located in Dallas, but it is worthy the drive. She listens to me when I tell her the soar areas that I am dealing with and is very attentive to my needs. She is always on time and does not overbook clients, which I love because I can get in and out easily when doing a lot of traveling for my business. I recommend her all of the time, especially when anyone needs to release some stress and relax. read more

I am so unimpressed. I showed up for my 2:00pm appointment that I confirmed not only by text, but also by email and the specialist was not there. I am disappointed, and upset that my facialist was not there. After 15 minutes of waiting I finally got a response and she blamed in on the software. read more

I have been going to Infinite Possibilities for almost a year. This is STILL the best massage I've ever had. The mood is perfectly set. She's not in a rush to get you in and out. My sciatica cannot take most massage tables due to the flatness, but with Infinite Possibilities, I've never had a problem. I will never go back to to Massage Envy or any other high production shop. I love this personal touch. I believe that's the way massage is meant to be. read more

I found Latoya on Yelp when I first moved to Dallas 3 years ago and I will never go anywhere else! Latoya can do it all - from massages and facials to waxing along with many other services! It's so great to have found someone that can do it ALL and MOST IMPORTANTLY do it all well! It's no longer necessary for me to go to multiple places that specialize in one particular spa treatment to be pampered! I am definitely a lifelong customer of Latoya's! read more

I bought a Groupon for a 1-hour Swedish massage and finally got an appointment. I guess the scarcity of available appointments just attests to how wonderful Infinite Possibilities Spa is! Don't be put off by the office-building-like set up - once you walk into their space, the dim lights, relaxing scents, and calming music transports you into a tranquil setting. Yes, the space is small - just enough for the waiting area/desk and a curtain separating the massage area - but it's cozy and once Tara started working her magic hands on me, you don't even remember where you are. Personally, I find some massages painful when people exert too much pressure, but Tara was perfect. I was never in pain, but I left feeling like my muscles got some nice therapy. Don't come here if you're looking for a glam spa experience, but rather if you want a cozy, simple massage, or other treatment that doesn't feel commercialized. read more

I purchased a Groupon for a 60 minute massage. I was very excited for my massage as I had waited a couple of months before I was able to get an appointment at my desired day of the week and time. LaToya was nice as can be and very personable, but I was disappointed by my overall experience. I arrived on time and filled out the necessary paperwork. By the time I completed the paperwork, changed, and got situated, it was 20 minutes after the hour when the massage actually began. During the massage LaToya talked to me most of the time so it was hard to fully relax, and the massage itself felt very rushed. She didn't spend much time on each section of the body so I was never able to fully relax or enjoy a certain area that she was massaging. I thought that was odd but I didn't say anything. Then to my surprise, the massage ended 5 minutes to the hour so my total massage time was 35 minutes, which was 25 minutes short of what it was supposed to be. The Groupon I purchased was for 1 full hour so you can imagine my disappointment. When I asked LaToya about it she was apologetic but didn't offer to extend the time or schedule a second 30 minute session. She said that she should have asked me to arrive early to start my paperwork, and I pointed out that wouldn't have been possible as there was an appointment leaving as I arrived (we were scheduled back to back and this is a single session room so there is not a waiting area for the next appointment). This was my first time to Infinite Possibilities but I have had many massages in the past, and every place I have been to started the session time once the massage actually began. The time that it takes to complete paperwork and change out of your clothes should never be deducted from the total massage time. LaToya should allow more time in-between appointments so that her clients have time to complete the necessary paperwork without it cutting into their session time. Overall I was very disappointed with my experience at Infinite Possibilities. My advice is to pay attention to the time once the massage starts and make sure you are given the full amount of time that you paid for. read more

What can I say? LaToya is VERY GOOD. I lived in Dallas a couple of years ago and was a client and when I recently moved back I called her within my first week to get a massage. She is very knowledgeable and personable and truly cares about her client's well being. No matter what you may have going on, LaToya will work it right out of you. I am booking my next appointment now! read more

The online booking was very easy and the actual spa was comfortable and welcoming. I booked a Swedish Massage, and it was incredible. Not only did Latoya focus on areas of my back that I specified, but the variety of massage techniques that she used were very relaxing. Plus the oils that she used smelled incredible!! I will definitely make massages at Infinite Possibilities Spa a monthly thing. read more
