I kept catching myself falling into snore sessions. I used a Groupon on this initial visit-the massage is beyond worth of the price so I expressed my gratitude in the gratuity. I came in here in urgency of massage. When I walked in here I was in a lot of pain. Mainly on my neck and lower back and shoulders. I did not expect to be relieved of this pain this fast. She did a magnificently good job. She was very good she knew how exactly to take care of my pain. Her words were also very comforting. I came in here thinking just one time will do. And it will but it also relaxed my mind. She made me feel so good that I have scheduled my next appointment for next week. Amirah you are the best I will gladly see you next week. I received a call the following day to confirm the appointment. The appointment started on time. I received an explanation of the business and experience. Now I'm an avid customer of getting massages and even have a membership at hiatus spa which is way more expensive than this place. This place is a joke! Hours of operation 9am - 7pm, but we don't take any appointments after 2pm on certain days. Then your hours of operation should be 9am - 2pm. I really hate my husband wasted his money on this gift certificate. read more

The staff is always so nice and inviting upon entering the estsblishment. The products sold are top-notch and the owner treats all the clients as family. Adib is who I've experienced and his massages are synonymous to a great dream you don't want to wake up from. Do NOT get their 3 massage for $99 special, they will make it almost impossible for you to schedule another massage. When someone needs a massage, that doesn't mean 4 weeks later. They will not refund you even though they won't work with your schedule. My initial massage was good, not great. I got the special expecting to get more massages sine I am pregnant, but it has been ridiculous trying to schedule something. I asked for a manager and no one ever called me back. Bad business practice, it's deceiving. Why offer a special if you will not honor it or make it easy for people to use it? Too many other places to deal with this kind of crap on a mediocre massage. read more

Although I've had massages before, she was very informative about the different techniques she would be using and what purpose they were to serve. She was very attentive to my needs. I went in stiff as a board, but came out re-LAXED! Alonzo was my therapist and from the first rub I was out.He put some type of Kung Fu grip on me (deep tissue massage). My husband and I came in for a couples massage. We didn't have to wait. We had the hour long massage with champagne, strawberries and chocolate at the end. The massage was amazing! We both had the deep tissue massage. Our therapists asked us what we most needed work on. My therapist worked a long time on my neck and head...wonderful! I also received a full body massage. My husband had his neck, shoulders and lower back worked on as well as the full body massage. We were so relaxed we didn't want to drive home! I would highly recommend I Need a Massage! The owner is very rude and unprofessional. Do not buy their Groupon. Especially do not get the couples massage. They will not honor it if one of you has ever used a coupon before. They will not tell you this anywhere in print or fine print. They will book your appointment as normal and not mention this until you show up then they'll tell you of this 'rule' and want you to pay the difference ($49) plus tax. If you decline this offer, they will cancel your massage and charge you $25. They will let you know this through text message on your cellphone once you leave. Groupon themselves are not aware this establishment has these many sneaky 'rules'. No regard for proper business etiquette. Very dingy place too! Go here at your own peril. read more
