Her response was, "We do our best," before returning to asking for payment without offering a solution. I was actively trying to pay throughout. I'm happy to pay for quality work. It is very basic. But not bad. I typically prefer when someone is very attentive to cutting my nails, cuticles, and taking care of any extra skin or nail attempting to become ingrown. Always too busy and only one tech was able to do the dip set it in the past. Called today and was told I could come now to get a dip set and pedicure. I had a hectic schedule and thought it was a great opportunity to see if the same level of service was the norm. It wasn't. Same phenomenal environment I recalled from before. The customer before me said her nails were too thick. Should have been a red flag for me. I told the tech my nails were too thick. Looked like press on nails on my nail beds. I will not post a pic. I will not be back. My nails beds are swollen. Waiting a week to go see my favorite place to let the swelling go down to get it fixed. $98 for basic pedicure (0 stars) and dip set. When I tell y'all Tiffany (the owner) understands any assignment given , there's no exaggerating there. She always brings to life any idea i bring her way and than exceeds my expectations. That's not to take away from anyone else In there, because I sat in the chair of all of them in there and they all do great/ quality work. Tiffany is really down to earth and I love how personable she is with her clients. It's a great feeling having services done while having meaningful conversations at the same time. I watch and observe as she and almost all of them working there greets customers by name. I'm horrible with names but these ladies know all the many people that walks into their shop and that's amazing and says more than plenty about their establishment. Inflation is real guys lol , and although just like around the rest of the world they had to slightly increase their prices as well. I enjoy getting my nails and toes done and try my hardest to maintain them , and for me keeping my nails done is a necessity.
