It seems that most customers were there for lash extensions or fills, which I cannot speak to but as far as tinting solid service. The tech said that my lashes were too sparsh and I must sleep on my left side because the lashes would not stay straight..Ummm no I sleep on my right side regularly..I may have slept on my left side the night before but that shouldn't affect how my lashes lay based on all my previous experiences. My lashes looked like random tree branches growing from my eyelids and they felt plasticky...didn't feel or look natural at all! There was no lash cleavage whatsoever. I gave 2 stars cause everyone was nice. I even left a $16 tip cause I wasn't coming back...I would never in my life pay the full price of $225!

I kept going back. Thanh asked me if I wanted to try Tiffany (her daughter) & I agreed. I'm glad I did! It seems like this whole family is quite talented at this. I feel confident that if I had to use the other girl there (Tanya?) she'd likely be great too since all her clients seem to love her as well. They use the NovaLash technique which is my favorite (you don't even feel the lashes!) Parking /Time tip: try arriving at least 5-10 minutes early so that you can find parking, it's pretty busy there & you may need the few extra minutes. Sometimes the techs may run over a few minutes but its usually minimal & they are basically making sure the clients look good before finishing (which they will do for you too!) it's always worth it! Appointments: Tiffany is great at communication so any appt. setting is probably a non-issue by now. I do recommend setting up your next appt. before you leave anyway, it saves time and hassle for both parties. I refer everyone I know to them & they always love them. I've never heard a complaint. My sister & I are regulars and will continue to be! I've tried several places and this is easily one of the best lash salons in Dallas, it's #1 for me.

She even has a privacy screen blocking the table from the rest of the house, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. In fact, it's even better because there's no trouble parking! Like Leela R, I wanted to like Cocoa's work based on her positive reviews. However, even with a…read moreGroupon, I will not be back. Cocoa is a lovely person and I really enjoyed talking to her while getting my lashes done, but as for the work itself, it was definitely not good. As a transplant, I have gotten my lashes done many many times before in NYC, LA, and SF so I've been looking for my new go-to place in Dallas... and this place is not it. Here are my gripes: 1) The room is dark and it is hard to see the true quality of the work until you step outside in broad daylight. 2) The first question a lash tech should ask is about the desired eye shape and lash length. She did not ask any of this. 3) Even though she did not ask about the desired look, she also didn't adhere to a standard look of any kind... it was not any of the following looks: natural, doll eyes, or cat eye. They were all just a bunch of long and heavy lashes glued mostly along the center of my eyelid. 4) The lash technician I went to today said the lashes applied by Cocoa were way too thick and heavy for Asian eyelashes, since we have very sparse and thin hairs. She also said the lashes used were too coarse for my eyes, and hard to remove. Overall, I would say that if you have gotten your lashes done many times before, then I would skip scheduling an appt here as you likely won't be satisfied with the end result.
