Pros: Great service- she's friendly, quick, and leaves the waxed area hairless! Great prices- the best I've been able to find for hard wax. Other places with soft wax are no where near as thorough, so this is the best deal in Garland/Plano/ Richardson area that I know of! Con: Sometimes she's a few minutes late or will reschedule your appointment; that's ok with me because I've had to reschedule too! So it's up to you if that's deal breaker for you.

Before I decided to write this review I wanted to make sure it wasn't a fluke. So I waited a few more visits in before I wrote it. Look, I didn't want to be responsible for an unfriendly kitty visit. Nope! You will not blame for that. The place is very clean and somewhat sterile when you walk in. The receptionists are friendly for the most part. There is one with RBF and she always looks like that. So just ignore her. The person I see is Alex. Let me tell you. Alex is so quick with the rip. You see what I just did there. LOL! Anyway, Alex is always super gentle. I mean she is as gentle as it gets. Hell, she's ripping hair off your pretty kitty. I would venture to say Alex is right up there with my OB/GYN. Alex makes you fill comfortable and at ease with process. If you're new she talks you through the process. If you're an OG like me. Hell, we're catching up on life. All while warm wax is being placed upon my nether regions. So you may ask will it hurt? Hell yeah. Will tears come to my eyes? Beauty is pain. Deal with it. Will my kitty thank me? Absolutely. Will my kitty turn on me? Yeah, she's a kind of a bitch. So I recommend you exfoliate to keep her happy. Is the review for real? Yep!

Always dependable with excellent service and quality! I recommend them to all my friends! They are located inside Subzi Mandi Farmer's Market in Garland, TX on the corner of Buckingham and Plano Rd. just 7 minutes off 635. Enter the grocery store and head straight to the back left past the food court! You'll see their sign and enter through a door. Roohi is a sweet, older, experienced cosmetologist who specialised in eyebrow threading that I would drive over 2 hours to make sure she was the only one who touched my brows! She took on an assistant and eventually sold her salon to her assistant, and this new owner is equally as talented and thorough in giving me exactly what I want. I absolutely adore coming here! There's a reason I recommend her to all my friends- who love her too. She's great! Love how I look, and $6 eyebrow threading price point is great too!! Tons of people come for facials and other services, I can't speak to that as I've never tried these services. My recommendation is to come here when you have some time- not the greatest place to go when you're in a rush. She doesn't do a rushed job at all, and there's usually a line of people waiting. You might be able to make an appointment if you call ahead. She is just one person offering all these services, but I did see she's taking on an assistant of her own so that might help with servicing more people quickly. Open Monday to Sunday 11:00 AM to 8:00PM, but closed every Tuesday.
