Pros: Great service- she's friendly, quick, and leaves the waxed area hairless! Great prices- the best I've been able to find for hard wax. Other places with soft wax are no where near as thorough, so this is the best deal in Garland/Plano/ Richardson area that I know of! Con: Sometimes she's a few minutes late or will reschedule your appointment; that's ok with me because I've had to reschedule too! So it's up to you if that's deal breaker for you.

So it has turned 10:10 by the time she decides to say anything. And says she cancelled my appointment. Girl at the front with glasses not helpful, or warm and engaging. Who doesn't love getting their kitty waxed…read more The receptionist is okay and could be more friendly. I dislike when receptionists are more friendly to you when it is time to pay for your service than when you first walk in. My waxer was Cindy who I've had before when I came more frequently. I love that she doesn't make your appointment awkward and talks to you in the entire time! Because appointments are 15 min I do feel a bit rushed as my previous company was 30-35 min for an appointment. There are a few hairs that could be removed more diligently. Waxes are $62 a pop for anyone considering spots that offer waxing.

Always dependable with excellent service and quality! I recommend them to all my friends! They are located inside Subzi Mandi Farmer's Market in Garland, TX on the corner of Buckingham and Plano Rd. just 7 minutes off 635. Enter the grocery store and head straight to the back left past the food court! You'll see their sign and enter through a door. Roohi is a sweet, older, experienced cosmetologist who specialised in eyebrow threading that I would drive over 2 hours to make sure she was the only one who touched my brows! She took on an assistant and eventually sold her salon to her assistant, and this new owner is equally as talented and thorough in giving me exactly what I want. I absolutely adore coming here! There's a reason I recommend her to all my friends- who love her too. She's great! Love how I look, and $6 eyebrow threading price point is great too!! Tons of people come for facials and other services, I can't speak to that as I've never tried these services. My recommendation is to come here when you have some time- not the greatest place to go when you're in a rush. She doesn't do a rushed job at all, and there's usually a line of people waiting. You might be able to make an appointment if you call ahead. She is just one person offering all these services, but I did see she's taking on an assistant of her own so that might help with servicing more people quickly.
