The people were great, the ambience was excellent. They offered us drinks, sat us next to eachother and were very accommodating. I paid $200 for service including $35 gratuity. Unfortunately the pic I asked for was nothing like how they came out :/ I came back for a re-do and they were quick to fix the issue. I had already spent upwards of 2 hours in there so I just told them to leave them super simple (they sanded off the middle and left the perimeter with the cat eye). Overall not too happy but my past experiences there have been okay so just a little bummed out. read more

Do not go here. The manager Mindy is racist rude and will only pretend to like you to get your money. If you ever have a problem with the service that you received, she then becomes very dismissive and ignores your very presence. As a paying customer, I have been going here for over 10 years. After being a loyal customer for over 5 years, my recent experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I came in for a manicure and pedicure, which somehow cost me $75, and was subjected to a hostile environment. The owner was shouting at her employees the entire time--imagine trying to relax with someone yelling in the background! The poor technician doing my nails looked visibly stressed and uncomfortable, which only made the situation worse. When I politely voiced my dissatisfaction with the service, I was met with aggression and more yelling from the owner herself. It was beyond unprofessional. The whole experience left me feeling anxious, disrespected, and completely ripped off. This place used to be my go-to, but after this awful experience, I'll never be back. I used to bite my nails until it bleeds and it was in a very bad shape. Recommended by a friend, I came here to get dip nails. I literally did not have nails for them to put on but Olivia did a wonderful amazing good job to help my nails look very natural. The store is spacious, clean and they do have an amazing collection of pedicured with many flavors. Out of curiosity from seeing one of the tech poured honey on the girl who got pedicure and they told me it was the special pedicure called Honey Lemon Ginger or something. I never write reviews so this is really saying something if I am taking the time to write this one. I usually let things go. I recently went to this nail salon close to my house. I usually make the drive to Dallas but I recently had a baby and the drive was too far. I decided to give the place a shot as I saw it had pretty good reviews. I also usually get dip nails every 3 weeks but I thought I'd see how they do with a basic hand manicure. I added pictures of the results. I am not happy with my nails at all. Even my husband who could care less about my nails said they look very awful. I am so disappointed. I also paid for the upgraded service which was not worth it at all. I got nipped on my thumb so I started bleeding as well. I was hoping I would finally find a decent place near Rowlett that could do the same job as my nail salon in Dallas. After reading the reviews I made sure to ask the manager for someone that wouldn't cut me and he knew exactly what I was referring to I guess from the yelp reviews so he had Ivy give me a pedicure. She did such a great job trimming away dead skin and pushing down cuticles because some places don't even do that. The massage was wonderful and she was very professional and timely. Nail polish was great. I chose the lavender one. Really excellent!!! The owner would come back and check on me frequently. The place is pretty clean. I've definitely seen dirtier places and it could be cleaned better I don't understand why they don't wipe things off more in nail salons but it seems to be rampant everywhere. Their bathroom was clean. I'm very happy with the pedicure I received and think it is definitely worth it. They were packed and seem to do a good business. Definitely ask for Ivy!!!!!! read more

A long overdue review for my favourite place to visit with my sister. We love to pamper ourselves with manis and pedis here. I am slowly trying each option form their "menu." I love their milk and honey as well as their citrus mani/pedi options. My sister almost always gets the lavender one. They have a wide range of nail polish colours to choose from (including matching gels and acrylics), great service, massage chairs, and drinks. I love their frozen margaritas. They can be busy (as it was this last time -- almost every chair was filled!), but we usually just walk-in and don't have to wait for what truly ends up being an afternoon of pampering. They did great job but the last time I went the girl with the pink hair did my nails and she was super rude and 3 of the nails broke the first week. I went back to have them removed and I asked for anyone but her! Well, they told her and all the workers evidently spread the news!! So uncomfortable! Dip powder service was the worst I ever had. They did not even clean up my cuticles and nail beds before applying the powder (even though I paid extra for full manicure) and end result was messy/uneven and started cracking within 2 days. I returned to let them know so they could make it right and they gave me a quick manicure leaving dirt under the fingernails and demanded additional tip money, even though the original service was $70 plus tip. My nail tech that I've been going to for 4 years moved to this spot... I LOVE Helen and her husband Simon! They do great work!!! However, I don't know if I will be back... This new owner is very rude! She really needs to learn to multi task and be nice at the same time. If there was a negative star button, I would put it. Today I walked in to get both my nails and toes done. I got a simple French manicure and a French pedicure, both extremely short length, no design, no massage, no extra add ons. After they finished, I went up to the register to pay and the lady tells me $129. I start telling her to review the charges that we're made because I thought they may have gave me the wrong bill. Turns out they check marked on MY paper, adding the services they wanted to service me, that I DID NOT ask for, they demanded that u paid because I "agreed". She never let me know about any additional charges, nothing extra, she just went with the flow and added over $60 worth of additional charges, which in the end I had to pay for. Will never go here again, and advise nobody to go. I will upload pictures of what I got done. ( excluding the pedicure ) read more

My cousin and I went to get our nails done before her big day. I got only a pedicure and my cousin got dip powder as well as a pedicure. When we sat down, we were immediately started with our session. My pedicure: I asked for the Rose Petal pedicure. The tech that did my feet was below average in terms of the quality. She barely removed the callus off my feet and my feet feel even more rough than when I walked in. Then it came down to the part of the pedicure with the bag of wax. At most salons, the techs typically massage the bag on the leg until it's cool enough to put on the feet. My tech put it on my foot immediately and it was scalding hot. I typically have a high tolerance for heat, but this was ridiculously too hot. I told my tech that it was too hot and she just continued to put on the next bag that was also just as scalding hot. Even after everything being done, there's still so much residue on my feet. The dip powder: My cousin asked for almond shaped nails with a matte cranberry color. Her nails were too short so they said they needed to change the shape. So she decided to go with round nails. Her nails ended up being uneven and just not cohesive. Then when it came to the color, they told her that it would look ugly to get matte nails because it would look "dirty" after 2 days. I've seen other places use a matte top coat to make sure that the nails are protected, so they can't use one as well? Overall we were very disappointed with our service and have no intention of going back there. I'll just stick to my usual salon. read more
