This place is just not what it used to be. I would go here regularly every 2-3 weeks. And then the pandemic happened and I stopped going regularly. I've been there several times after the pandemic and the threading technicians have done a bad job every single time. I just left after I specifically told the lady I prefer my eyebrows thick. She pointed out the bald spot in my brows which THEY caused a couple months back and still cannot get my brow hair to grow in that area. I told her that they did that here at this salon and she still proceeded to thread my brows too thin. I let her know at the end of my service that both my brows were too thin but at that point obviously nothing can be done. I paid $20 for brow and lip and yea I did only leave a half ass tip. After years of coming here, I do not plan to return to this location! read more

ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE 0 WAS NOT AN OPTION. This place has NO regard for comfort when waxing. You would be better off waxing yourself or not waxing at all. My vulva is on FIRE. The "esthetician" kept trying to say I was lying when I said she made me bleed. She had wax and my hairs all over her gloves. She had to go in with KITCHEN SCISSORS to cut it out and ALCOHOL to try to remove the wax. It was messy, it was painful, it was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. Literally now, even having left the place, my labia are stuck together. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BODY AT ALL, DO NOT COME HERE. I had to call a manager at another location because they were refusing to remove the charge for the service off my bill. Why would I pay to be abused. Waxing needs to be removed from the services they provide. Someone PLEASE check their licensing. Can't speak for their other services but I wouldn't trust it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I got my brows threaded & this is the poorest job i have had. They're uneven, still un neat & it honestly just ruined my day. I thought it was the lighting making them look weird but i asked my friends & they all knew exactly what i was talking about. If you can't do eyebrows don't do them. Also, there are other sources brows that do an AMAZING job for $6 or $7 ... meanwhile this store does it for $10 & is very not worth it. Very dissatisfied. read more

Seriously. 30 for eyebrow and threading. My skin is tinted and they're so uneven. I just learned my lesson to never come back here. About to go on YouTube and figure out to take the tint off my skin. It's not even on my eyebrows hair. It looks awful. I returned for her to wipe off the tinting with no refund. Awful customer service will never return. read more

Been here twice, the first time my experience was great, the second time not so much. I have hypothyroid disease which makes my hair thin out, eyebrows included, I've been taking supplements for well over a year to counteract that and succeeded, that is until my most recent visit, now I have skinny lines for eyebrows, needless to say I'm devastated and probably won't be coming back. I honestly don't even look like myself. I hate to give anyone a low rating but my eyebrows won't grow back as fast as the normal person, so yeah now I have to live with this. read more

I moved away from my regular Soi Eyebrow location in Frisco :( Loved my eyebrow girls over there. I work in Rockwall and found this place after taking a detour & getting Starbucks. Thought I'd check it out. Turns out this place is a hidden gem! I'm always so anxious when trying a new eyebrow place. To my surprise, the first woman who did my eyebrows rocked it. I came a second time today hoping to see her but a different lady was working. I was skeptical but thought "well I'm already here"- she did an excellent job, as well. She wasn't the friendliest but she wasn't exactly rude. I couldn't hear when he called my name from all the way across the salon. I heard her say something but I wasn't sure it was to me or my name. I didn't get up immediately because I didn't want to be intrusive & rude to where she thought I was rushing her.. Until finally I said "are you talking to me?" Lol.. also she didn't make any extra effort to greet me but whatever I LOVE my eyebrows. I didn't get either of their names. There were 3 people ahead of me too so I thought I'd be waiting at least 20 min. I was waiting maybe 10. Today's girl was extra fast! Honestly, that did make me nervous, too- but nope, she's great!
