He never introduced himself he was not friendly at all. Seemed like I was a bother to him. I was not happy with how he was going to leave my nails. He left quickly and never said he was done. I asked the receptionist if he could clean my nails up he got the cuticle cutter out and still didn't leave my nails correct. It was clean and covid-friendly (everyone in masks, wearing gloves, and shields up between you and your nail tech). Prices are fair and there were a large variety of services offered for pedicures which is what I really needed. My technician Kim was very gentle on some problem cuticles (and eased a lot of pain in one of my toes I have been dying to get rid of) but also just the right amount of firm for my throbbing legs and feet (pregnancy legs lol) so I'll be asking for her by name in the future!
