I called before to see if they did polygel and they said yes. This time when I came in they said no. I opted for builder gel. I showed the tech my design and she said she could do it. The builder gel was made too thin to where 2 nails cracked after a week, I was putting towels away. Also was disappointed in the design that it did not come out clean. read more

I'll start this off by saying the staff is very friendly and they consistently checked with me throughout the service to make sure I liked what they were doing. The overall atmosphere is lovely and it's super close to my house which is why I'm sad to give them 3 stars. I went in for a dip manicure and gel pedicure and while the manicure turned out nearly flawless (like actually the best almond shape any place has ever given me and beautiful design) the pedicure was lacking. It was an older woman who did my pedicure and the disappointing part was that when it was completed, it didn't match the color of my nails at all (she had asked me if I liked it throughout but it's difficult to know how the final product will turn out when they're layering polish etc.) However, I still really thought it looked nice enough not to complain (I was supposed to receive a sparkly white to match my manicure but instead the pedicure ended up being silver sparkly with no discernible white). I had even showed her a picture of what I wanted right before I started. If that was the only issue, I would leave them 4 stars. However, during the pedicure, the nail tech was really digging in with the cuticle cutter and other tools on my big toe. It hurt a little while I was there but I summed it up to being overdue for a pedicure and just pushed through the discomfort. But, when I got home, my toe started absolutely throbbing. For hours. To the point where it was painful to walk on it or put weight on it. It is completely red and raw looking. I'm honestly really sad because the staff were so friendly I would have made this my new spot. I don't know if I'll be coming back- I'd maybe give them a second chance if I got someone else to do the pedicure. I just wouldn't want this to happen to someone else! Make sure to request a highly requested nail tech or a favorite when you come here so the same thing doesn't happen to you! read more

I have been going to this salon since they opened around 5-6 yrs ago. Not only is it convenient to my home but the work here is consistently great and the technicians are wonderful. I use the " dip" process on my nails and enjoy the pedicures very much. Tracy is my "go-to" for pedicures. She is wonderful! The nail techs are great at whatever process you need. The shop itself is a great size and is clean and bright. I am always asked if I would like a beverage. You are never rushed out of your seat, and everyone is friendly. I lived several years in West Plano and it took me forever to find a small, well/run, professional shop there. I have found that same atmosphere in this shop and am very thankful for that! read more

Been going here since April of this year (2021) and I LOVE IT! Prior to this I had never done a manicure and was nervous. I now get a dip manicure every 4+ weeks and am always impressed with the quality. My nails last a long time and look beautiful all the way up until I get them redone. I like to tip well and have gotten to know my techs so now when I come in it feels super comfortable. They're always happy to see me and even let me pop in when I've gotten a broken one that needs to be redone. Won't be going anywhere else. :) read more

First nail appointment since moving to the DFW Metroplex! It's always so nerve-racking after a move when you have to find all new service providers but finding a nail salon was a breeze! I was able to make my mani/pedi appointment for the same day so I was instantly pleased and a little unsure at the same time. I needn't have worried. All COVID-19 protocol was followed to the nth degree. Everyone wore masks and everyone washed hands, several times, including me, after arriving, after my service and after my checkout. Hanna was my pedi nail tech and she was wonderful! I chose the most luxurious of the pedi's because this girl right here was in desperate need of some self care! I will say the luxury level of pedi was a bit more here than other places I've been but it was SO WORTH IT! With all the massage and lotions and essential oils and stones and hot towels, I felt like an extremely pampered queen! And Hanna was so sweet, always checking to be sure the pressure was not too hard - not by asking me, mind you, but by watching my facial expressions and changing the pressure based on my reaction. Amazing. While Hanna was working on my pedicure, Ai began my dip mani. She did a wonderful job. Honestly, I think she is the kindest nail tech I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Got my lashes done a few times here now and LOVE IT. They look full, but still natural and stay on a long time. They also don't fall out in chunks like I've seen on others. Lilly was great...she knew it was going to be my first time getting lashes before our big wedding day, so she had me come in early to test a couple lashes and make sure there was no reaction to the glue (there was not, and was strictly a precaution). I loved the lashes so much that I kept them up long after our wedding day. Love lashes for vacations now...makes for much more enjoyable beach vacations when you don't have to worry about mascara in the water. I would be nervous trying anywhere else now bc I loved Lilly's lashes so much. read more

I've already recommended this salon to others. One person worked on my nails while the other worked on my feet. I feel terrible for forgetting their names, but they were both wonderful. They were both extremely detailed and went over their work multiple times to make sure the cuticles and polish were right. I've had trouble finding a place that takes care of customers who only want the basic shellac and pedicure - I'm a basic b*tch in that sense. My shellac here lasted for a full month before I decided it was way too grown out. They never even started lifting! I had to try hard to peel them off, which you shouldn't do... but whatever. I'll definitely go here again, even though I've moved and am no longer close by. read more

Honestly I had better expectations very disappointed l. I went there with French wanted to do the upgrade. Literally left with thicker nails because Hanna didn't take off my old coat of jail completely. So my nails is funky looking they also look very very fat because of it witch makes it look I have fake nails or something on it. When the time came to do the white lines I ask for thin style since it gives you a better natural look, but didn't get it ether. Very upset but now I know that different places might provide better service. Can't even look at my nails since never had crazy outcome like this. She was very nice - my daughter liked the one girl who dis her nails and chose to continued to get her nails done there- she went in last Friday for a full set of Dipped nails and they charge her 83.00!!!! she was dumbfounded - she paid it and was almost in a panic! They take advantage of young girls who visit their store- one worker actually acted like she didn't speak English and Blamed the "confusion" on it! DO NOT go to this establishment! One mistake I get- BUT 2 similar encounters all over scamming a teenage girl?!! (A hard lesson for my daughter - some people may be nice but that doesn't mean that they have integrity)). They have the BEST eyelashes in all of Heath and I've tried plenty. The cost is worth every penny. You also get a discount after so many visits. I use to love this place, I started going there right after they opened. Unfortunately, they got to know me a little TOO well, and became rather rude. One lady there would take off my gel polish and half my nail bed with it, so I'd have to wait for 3 months to have my nails done again because they would ALL break within a few days. I told the manager, and she talked me into coming back, so I did. A few weeks later, I called to see if they could get me in for a Pedi appointment a couple hours later than my call time, they asked me to come in 15 minutes from when I called. I made that happen, and I walked in and the manager began telling my husband and I that they couldn't do what I usually do because I didn't call early enough to make an appointment and they didn't have time, rather than scheduling me for a different time. Not only did the manager scold me in front of other customers, SO DID ONE OF THE PEDICURE TECH! "I could have done your feet earlier, but you called too late!" I didn't even want her to do my nails because they always look like they were done 2 weeks prior to her doing them. They are resting on their laurels now. They should have never scolded me like a child, especially not in front of other customers. I didn't deserve that when THEY are in charge of their scheduling. Not me. I'm done with their rudeness. But, unfortunately today I had someone else that was NOT good at all! I didn't catch her name but my nails are NOT even, straight and the shape doesn't even match each other.
