I've been twice now and thoroughly enjoyed both visits. The entire crew is friendly and the shop is very clean. The techs that did my mani-pedi were awesome. I would shout them out but I'm horrible with names. On my last visit, I went in late and was sitting under the light letting my toenails dry. The shop was closing and the all the techs were leaving when one stopped and gave a big hug. She didn't know it but it was much needed at the time. read more

I love this place! My dip nails last me almost 1 month, to the point that they don't chip and get in your hair. They do amazing. Lynn and Sandy also do an amazing job with my pedi/mani. Sandy is amazing with eyebrow wax, I 100% recommend her for that. Michael is an amazing host always making sure we're good, and making sure the kids get a slush or a lollipop. Overall best place in Royse City. read more

Tried Pamper nails for the first time yesterday after newly moving into the area. I called beforehand and made an appointment instead of walking in. When I arrived I was surprised how spacious it was! Very clean looking which is important. Andy and Hello were my nail techs and they did a great job of confirming what I wanted and working carefully but quickly. Great conversation and was even offered a complimentary cocktail (see menu pic). Overall I left happy and will return again in the near future. read more

I took my daughter and her friend to get their nails done before their first winter dance this past Saturday. I understand that my daughter has smaller nail beds but she has gotten her nails done multiple times at many different nail salons without issue. We had an appointment for 2pm on Saturday, we arrived early at 1:35pm. It wasn't until 3pm when they got started only because I asked how much longer it was going to take because we had a dance that we had to get to. The lady that started on her nails said she couldn't do anything to my daughter's nails without charging me more because her nail beds are small. I said I didn't care I just needed them done because we no longer have an option to go anywhere else. The lady was obviously angry that I didn't take my daughter and leave. She did my daughter's nails horribly, they were thick, uneven and nothing like the picture provided ( there was no intricate design). We will absolutely not be back at all. Also to top it off, her nails started chipping and breaking after only 2-3 days. Also it cost $60 without tip for this trash. read more

Bright and relaxing atmosphere, very clean. The staff is so friendly. Michael, the owner, is professional and accommodating. I got a Vitamin C pedicure with Peter. He did an excellent job! It was one of the best and most relaxing pedicures I've EVER had! And as an added bonus, they offer a variety of beverages to enjoy while you are getting your services. I highly recommend checking out Pamper Nails. You will not be disappointed! read more

Every single time I walk in the door I am treated well. They are always busy because they are popular. Finding amazing staff is not easy. Every single person in this business is working so hard. They serve you beverages and check in to see how you are doing and offer refills. Better than happy hour! They make sure I am 100% satisfied. The leg massages are top notch and the beautiful establishment makes me feel like I am in Beverly Hills not Royse City. read more

If I could give zero/no star I would. Very racist and rude person that greeted me. Soon as I walked in, he smiled and asked if im getting a pedicure or dip and I cheerful told him no , I just need my artificial nails removed so my nails can breath. His attitude immediately changed and he looked me dead in my face and said no. We dont have time or anybody to do your nails ( even though I could see 2 ladies just seating doing nothing, its a 10-15min work. Anyway I just walked away, I was basically denied service because in their eyes, it was little money. But what happened to customer service? I regularly get my nails done and just needed my nails to breath!!! read more

I usually don't leave reviews but I had such a bad experience here that I felt it was worth sharing to save someone else's money & time. I got a gel pedicure & manicure that costed $130 for the worst quality I have ever gotten from a salon. Two days later 3 nails had broken & now it's been a week and my manicure & pedicure are both chipped & cracked. I do not recommend this place at all & will never return. read more

I think I may have found my new zen place Typically when you are new to a nail shop, they give you to the new person so they can get their feet wet. But not a Pamper Nails! They gave me to Ms. Sandy, the manager of her family-owned business. From the moment I stepped into the shop, someone was there making sure my needs were attended. I was in & out before I knew it. It was efficient service, but done with attention to details. Thank you for setting the standard of customer service done with excellence. read more

The workers were great and nice, but I had to wait for an hour to get serviced. The other couple who came later than me got serviced first.

This is a new business in town, so I thought I would try it. Sadly it was a very disappointing experience! Even with an appointment you have to wait and that is due to a lot of disorganization. They don't track your requests for services so you may not get everything you want. I wanted my eyebrows waxed and shaped, but that didn't happen. My friend wanted her nails done and that didn't happen. So the management is really disorganized and so it was a disappointing experience. We won't be going backb read more

Three visits, all with appointments. Visit one with Daisy for gel nails was going well until a large party for pedicures came in. Then, she started rushing and did a hand treatment before the top coat was dry. Redo Visit two. Appt with Daisy. She wasn't there. Was told she'd be in soon. Never showed. The manager (man) did my nails. I wanted tips again but he said it was better not to and I'd like the natural length. I told him I didn't like them that short. He said nothing. I was there way too long because he answered phones, made others drinks and took payments at the counter. Visit three- again made with Daisy and again, she wasn't there. The woman manager was complaining that her employees and family were in Vietnam at a wedding and she had long hours and not enough help. It showed! The girl doing my pedicure walked away and had to be reminded to come back and paint my toes! The girl doing my dip was rough and missed some vital step, as the dip began flaking off and cracking after 4 days and gone completely at a week. I did contact them via Facebook messenger. They advertise that they redo or refund for situations like this. I never heard from them. It's been six weeks. If they'd responded and really held to that promise, I would not leave a negative review. So, dont trust that promise. I found a lovely salon that doesn't treat customers that poorly. read more

I have been to this Salon several times and had good service. I always go with my best friend and she is always rushed and gets the worst service. So my first visit was this weekend. I had paint left on my toes, and they did the hot towels before the lotion massage?? Also I brought my own color and after telling them many times it was mine, they put it on the shelf instead of returning it. My manicure was not great either. Even this I asked my nails to shaped in a certain way, they seemed to be in a hurry. read more
