I took my daughter and her friend to get their nails done before their first winter dance this past Saturday. I understand that my daughter has smaller nail beds but she has gotten her nails done multiple times at many different nail salons without issue. We had an appointment for 2pm on Saturday, we arrived early at 1:35pm. It wasn't until 3pm when they got started only because I asked how much longer it was going to take because we had a dance that we had to get to. The lady that started on her nails said she couldn't do anything to my daughter's nails without charging me more because her nail beds are small. I said I didn't care I just needed them done because we no longer have an option to go anywhere else. The lady was obviously angry that I didn't take my daughter and leave. She did my daughter's nails horribly, they were thick, uneven and nothing like the picture provided ( there was no intricate design). We will absolutely not be back at all. I think I may have found my new zen place Typically when you are new to a nail shop, they give you to the new person so they can get their feet wet. But not a Pamper Nails! Three visits, all with appointments. Visit one with Daisy for gel nails was going well until a large party for pedicures came in. Then, she started rushing and did a hand treatment before the top coat was dry. Redo Visit two. Appt with Daisy. She wasn't there. Was told she'd be in soon. Never showed. The manager (man) did my nails. I wanted tips again but he said it was better not to and I'd like the natural length. I told him I didn't like them that short. He said nothing. I was there way too long because he answered phones, made others drinks and took payments at the counter. Visit three- again made with Daisy and again, she wasn't there. The woman manager was complaining that her employees and family were in Vietnam at a wedding and she had long hours and not enough help. It showed! The girl doing my pedicure walked away and had to be reminded to come back and paint my toes! The girl doing my dip was rough and missed some vital step, as the dip began flaking off and cracking after 4 days and gone completely at a week. I did contact them via Facebook messenger. They advertise that they redo or refund for situations like this. I never heard from them. It's been six weeks. If they'd responded and really held to that promise, I would not leave a negative review. So, dont trust that promise. I found a lovely salon that doesn't treat customers that poorly. read more
