During my pedicure, the technician was very aggressive around my cuticles and scraped/cut them enough that they started bleeding. One area even bled again after I got home, and the following day it was still painful and swollen. What bothered me most was that the technician never apologized or really acknowledged that I had been hurt. I understand that small mistakes can happen, but I don't think a pedicure should leave someone bleeding and in pain the next day.
