The last time was for $100 Jennifer, was supposed to return back $100 and never did. 2. I've been to so many nail salons and honestly I've always been a little disappointed in the results of the nails I've asked for, but I've come here twice now and the second visit has been even better than the first. Both times I've been greeted and sat quickly for a walk-in on a weekend even though they seem to be a popular little spot. Both times my nail tech has taken their time, and made sure the nails are nothing less than perfect. I always book with Q - she does a great pedicure & massage! Usually one of the other girls does my manicure but the last time I was there I got gel manicure & Q did it and my pedicure. Great job as always. The others who have done my regular manicure in the past have been good but Q is outstanding! They have a nice selection of polish too. read more

Now that this place is under new ownership, I decided to come back and give them another try. I had my nails done by Blanca. She did a great job on my pedicure and also gives good massages. I like the "chrome" polishes so I was happy to see that they had a nice selection of colors to chose from. Even though I got 20% off my pedicure, I still ended up paying over $80 bucks (with the tip), which I thought was a tad on the pricey side but I'll give them another try to see how the service and pricing compare to other locations. read more

Came here for the first time today with my husband and best friend to all get manicures together. When we came in we told the lady at the front desk what all we wanted and were promptly seated all together. They immediately started working on us and had my husband and I were done within 45 minutes. Our friends nails took a hour , we are all really impressed with how quick they had up done here. The employees were really nice to us here and I feel like they also enjoyed our company there too, it really felt welcoming to us... We all liked that this place is a lot more laid back and relaxing. The warmer colors they chose for the color scheme is more welcoming to us. We will be coming back, keep up the good work. read more

I had 'One' do my gel pedicure. She was SO nice. I've had a lot of pedis over the years and she did maybe the best leg massage I've ever had during a pedicure! Seriously if you love a great pedi ask for 'One'!! We kept getting lost in translation from the manicurist translating but One still did a phenomenal job on my gel mani that would coordinate what I was wearing to a wedding that week. I actually got compliments on the color later! Gel takes so long which is why I don't normally get that. One was really patient at getting the Gel done right and didn't get snippy or start rushing, even though I knew it was taking a little longer than their general allotted time. I tipped her extra ($20) and she was so appreciative. I usually do $10 or $15 tip but I hope that covered some of the extra time in the chair after a really relaxing and fantastic pedi! For anyone reading, it's total BS to still be tipping someone doing this level of service on you (some customer with real pain in the butt instructions too) and still tip the manicurist $5. Especially if you see them regularly! It's 2024 and that doesn't even cover two gallons of gas. The gel mani on my feet was well done and stayed for about a month (until I needed to go back for growth)! I'm not sure overall service wise if I would continue driving out of my way BUT I would totally go to see One again! Life changing pedi really! Noting: I used to have Vincent & Noah work on my mani/pedis. They have since left for another salon (such a loss!). There also seems to be a management or owner change at Venice between Christmas & June. Hence the new frequent text marketing campaigns. read more

First time coming here and it is definitely worth the hype it gets! Minh is the person you want to do your nails if you are getting any design! He's very talented and did not rush to get them done! I'm giving two stars instead of 1 because I've been coming here since the salon opened and, overall, have been satisfied. The past few visits I've been disappointed, culminating in today's visit which was unacceptable. I had the deluxe pedi. I have never had someone cut my toenails using a cuticle nipper - and there is a reason for that. The tech cut a very uneven piece off the corner of my nail resulting in an unreparable nail with a chunk out of it. She also nipped my toes not once, but three times. After that she rushed through my pedi. She didn't bother to buff my heels or the bottoms of my feet, which, frankly, needed it. She also didn't bother to put foam spacers between my toes until the end when she realized my small toe was in the way. Then she only used a piece of foam between the small toe which promptly fell out as I walked to the car. The shop is convienient but I don't think I will be back. read more

I came here to get a pedicure with my daughter for "girls' day". Pedicures themselves were average. Pricing is average. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. The lady who was doing my pedicure spilled paraffin everywhere because fore putting my feet in the bag. She scrambled to clean up around her area and then cane back and still used the (now cold and hardened) paraffin for my feet. She saw me looking confused, and continued to try to smoosh the hardened wax around my feet. When we were done, I noticed that the paraffin had also splatters all over my boots. I showed one of the technicians and she ran to the back with them to scrub them under water. They're suede & sheepskin/wool boots, so the water alone ruined the outside of the boots and the wax left nasty, grease stains all over the outside. When I explained that the boots were not going to be okay, the lady I'm assuming is the manager/owner yells across the salon without getting up from her chair saying it wasn't on purpose, so I shouldn't expect them to do anything about it. She then asks (again, loudly in a somewhat busy salon) how much the boots cost and if they were new. I answered and said they were less than a year old. She said that I couldn't expect them to replace used boots since it was an accident. Another guy came running over and said not to worry, they'd "have them cleaned". I was still there with my4-year-old and pretty embarrassed at this point with the whole salon looking at me, so I agreed to leave them "to be cleaned" thinking at least they'll take them to a professional cleaners. NOPE. I get a call 30 minutes later that they were "all clean" and ready to be picked up. When I went in to get them, the suede is water and oil stained and not soft at all (from scrubbing under water, I assume). The manager asked if they were ok, and I told her "Absolutely not. They look terrible." Her actual response was, "sorry!" So, I'm out an $80+ pair of boots with absolutely nothing offered as compensation (not even a complimentary or discounted service - zip, zero, nada) and was treated like I was the problem when their employee single-handedly ruined something of mine. Needless to say, with customer service like that and a complete disregard for how to treat people, I will be ever be back. read more

The worst pedicure I have ever had in my entire life. This is my second bad experience here.

I haven't had my toes done since end of July bc of covid concerns- I have two kids and I try not to do anything that isn't absolutely necessary. That being said my feet were AWFUL. Cracked heels and half polish on all of them. I was looking forward to this. I got the 28 dollar pedicure. I know that is the basic one, but I didn't want to be there long. Don't worry, the guy couldn't get me out of there fast enough. Didn't even rub my feet. Rubbed my shins for a hot second and then went straight to polish. I do feel bad about leaving this kind of review bc the place is clean and the manager lady was nice and friendly, but it's so disappointing that I finally made the exception to get the pedicure and that it ended like this. Nail tech was really nice but I was there almost two hours for a solar pink and white set..... which is not what I got. I explained to her I've been getting the nexgen powder and I hate it because they only last two weeks TOPS. Just wanted the old school solar acrylic pink and white.... but instead she dipped them pink and white. I dismissed it because she was nice and I wasn't trying to waste anymore time. I've been here three times so far. Two manicures and one pedicure... all which I was very satisfied. The pedicure was seriously the best! I did the aloe vera for my dry skin and it helped my feet tremendously. The 25 minute massage was the on point, it takes a lot to calm me down and I closed my eyes and relaxed through the whole massage. Very firm and not too hard. Both manicures I did dipping powder and they last. Great color choices too! I've been tossing other shops around over the last year because I wasn't happy with what I had to choose from in Rockwall. I hate writing bad reviews but I have never had this many issues at a nail salon before. I first walk in and I tell them I have an appointment for my sister and I at 2pm for mani and pedi but every single chair and nail person was all taken. Not but 2 minutes after I walk in 4 other people come in and say they have appointments at 2pm for mani and pedi as well... so of course we had to wait because their were so many people there that had the same appointment time for me and no one available because all the chairs were already full. The girl doing my pedicure seemed like she was in a rush the entire time it was the worst pedicure I've ever had. I told the girl doing my nails I wanted acrylic French and kept trying to get me to do the dipping powder French because it was twice as expensive and I told her I didn't want to do that and I wanted to do acrylic French and she wouldn't do it. On top of her not being able to explain services they offer. She started my nails and mid was through she switched and left to do another girls nails and someone else had to come finish my nails. I also got my eyebrows waxed and she was in a rush the entire time just put the wax on and didn't pluck them at all after like they always do and I told her I wanted my lip waxed as well and she rushed out of the room so quickly after my eyebrows and didn't do it but I was just over it at that point. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. Worst manicure and pedicure and waxing experience I've ever had. Very disappointing. read more

Everyone seemed very rushed, getting people in and out...two people that came in after me, were greeted before me... I had to tell 3 people I had an appt. with Le (due to a good review, I made the appt. with him for a mani/pedi).... another person still came to start my pedicure and I had to tell her also. Le was 20 min. late for the appt. Worst pedicure I've ever had. Literally finished in 20-25 min. No pressure at all to push back cuticles from the nail bed, cuticles were barely nipped at all and only in some areas, only the center of my nails slightly filed, 2-3 quick strokes down the center of my foot with the pumice stone, base coat applied to the center of my nail only. Absolutely ZERO pride in his work when it came to doing my pedicure. Needless to say, I did not get the manicure and I should've left when the pedicure started. I will not return. read more
