Gel removal but they filed too far down on the end of my nails but left gel on the top of my nail. Not very nice.

Unprofessional, rough, and disrespectful. Do not go here if you want a relaxing experience. The pedicure technician was extremely aggressive and literally slammed my foot down on the cushion because she seemed annoyed. At the same time, the manicure technician tried to remove my wedding ring without even asking me. When I said no, a group of five employees immediately surrounded my chair, talking in their own language and looking at me. Then, one openly criticized my nail length in English. It was an incredibly hostile, intimidating environment. When paying at the front desk, I reported the behavior to the receptionist, who said she would speak to them, but the experience was already ruined. A total violation of personal space. read more

I have been going to Cosmo Nails for over a year now . My main tech is Tiffany but I have used other techs when I've needed service done and she was busy. If something wasn't to my liking, I speak up and it's handled properly & promptly. These haters that are leaving dark & negative reviews apparently are clueless & have no concept of the rules of salon businesses. 1)$35.00 for full set high quality nails from a full service salon is standard in this area. If you want cheap nails buy press ons or go somewhere else. 2) Being a well established salon means high traffic during certain times - you cannot expect to walk in for quality nails without an appointment and expect immediate service .You are not a celebrity. There have been times where I have waited and agreed to come back later , if I walked in while salon was busy. It's called compromise. Here's an idea -If you don't want to wait make an appointment. 3) If you believe while at the salon , you are being ignored , sit/stew rather than speak up , then write a cowardly scathing review , the problem is with you more than them. Businesses get busy, so learn to be confrontational (when appropriate & necessary) , tell managers while there and take some mood- adjustment pharmaceuticals. No respect for uneducated Drama queens that think they are A-Listers and salon techs are mindreaders . I fully endorse this Salon, and I travel a lot for work. Try Cosmo Nails. So I came here for the 1st time and the price was okay ,paid $57 for these,before sitting on the chair I showed them a pic. Of the design I wanted and requested the diamonds, when the lady glued the nails she said she didn't had diamonds.(????)long story short , a different lady came to do my diamonds , had to wait ..they are terrible communicating, seems they just care about u paying and not giving u the service u requested ....the nails came out okay , but I don't think I'll go back again read more

I would trust these women with my life - so accommodating and sweet. I was super unsure about what nail design I wanted for my sisters wedding and they all took their time with me and accommodated what I wanted. The nails were absolutely beautiful and when one of my toe polish came off I came in and she fixed it up no questions asked. Their pricing was pretty decent given their service and they were taking proper social distancing and cleaning protocols. Would recommend! read more

I had been to this salon before and had an ok experience. They were never the best but never the worst until my last visit. The gentleman (Kevin) who tried to do a dip for my nails...was awful. He kept dipping, filing, dipping, filing and dipping and filing. I wanted some length and my nails were filled all the way down by the time he was done. Every time I would question him he would say...oh many step process just trust. But with so much dip on them they were EXTREMELY thick. He put a glitter coat on then at the end but it didn't even cover my whole nail. When he was finished he didn't clean up under my nails and there was glue and debris under and on my finger nails. When I showed the manager, she got someone else to "fix" them and BB tried and did her best but even jokes that that I got ombre nails for free because the glitter didn't cover my whole nail. Oh did I say it took almost 2hrs for all of this. Never going back. read more

Had a terrible experience last night 3/3/2022. I went in around 5:30 and left at 7:30, my nail tech was so rough. I have been waiting for months to have a manicure and pedicure and just got out of a boot on my left foot. The cuticle part, scraping of the feet and everything just hurt. My fingernails & cuticles are jagged and I had to go home and re-file them. My feet are more rough and dry then when I came in. I did not complain, and still tipped but I will not be back. I spent about $160 on myself and daughter. Very disappointed. read more

After getting my nails done here the first couple of times I found who I like doing my nails the most and stick with them! They are all great but in their own way! Some shape my nails better and some do designs or give better pedicures than others! Just be vocal on what you want and what you don't like and they are always accommodating ! I do not recommend this place at all!!!!!!! I let a lot of things slide but I'm done with this place!! First off one day I wanted my nails like my sisters and they straight up criticized us then my sister another day showed a picture of the nails she wanted and they told her that no that they were ugly. But what made me not want to go at all was that I would go before they would close and they would always say why always this time why so late like what the heck I was paying for at least two pedicures and 3 full sets every time. So I'm just going to take my business elsewhere. And also my nails would not even be dry and they would want me to pay and once even grabbed my purse to grab the money!!! read more

They were rude the moment I sat down and the lady seemed irritated when I was telling her what I wanted. All I wanted was French Tips. One lady, who I assumed was the owner/manager, started on my nails and was absolutely butchering them. she had another woman come over to finish them but they still came out bad. Ended up with horrible shaping, bumpy filing, and really thick nail beds. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

I walked in here without even looking it up, and I'm so glad I came! I had the milk + honey pedicure for $52 and it was one of the best pedis i've ever had. it included lots of extras like paraffin, hot stone massage, and it uses real milk and honey - not some scented spa stuff. The massage was heavenly. if i lived closer i would be a regular! also - there are tiny kids pedicure chairs with cartoon characters + princesses on them. i've never seen them before and thought that was so cute! read more

Been coming here for almost a year, that should tell you something immediately about a business especially in the nail industry. My daughters and I come here very often and always get the 5 star treatment, even my son loves to go with us just for the fruit punch slushes. They have chairs for my daughters to sit in and everything is extremely clean. Worth every single penny for the sanitary conditions as well as the fun comfortable environment they provide for me and my family. read more

This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. i do not recommend. First off, the past 3 times I've been here, they've made me bleed by cutting me, the first 2 times I let it slide but the third time there was so much bleeding that even applying nail polish wasn't possible for a while. I also have to say that the customer service is terrible and that the lady at the front desk, who claims to be the owner and manager.... Is EXTREMELY rude, she yelled at me for placing the nail polish on the wrong table and also gives you attitude when you want a basic service, she never kindly greets you. These ladies will talk about you and be rude right in front of your face. Thirdly, this place is overpriced and overcharged me, I paid over $50 for a basic mani pedi. I do not recommend that anyone comes here. There are many nails salons that I've visited in the area that are much better. Both Cosmo nail salons on FM 544 (on the same road, & I believe owned by the same owner) have awful service. Take your business elsewhere! read more

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I've been coming here every two weeks since I moved to the area 18 months ago. I have a problem nail that was smashed in an accident 2 years ago and Tiffany takes the time to make it look as regular as possible- she is awesome!! Michelle and Tony run the place and it's always clean and smells good. They always offer you a beverage and make sure you're comfortable as you are seated. Not a fan. Everything here takes forever to get done. Plan at least 2 hours doesn't matter what it is manicure, pedicure anything. Tami did my pedicure and as nice as she was she was extremely rough and as I mentioned it to her she thought it was funny. Umm no not funny you are hurting me and I told her multiple times she was and she continued to laugh. The pedicure was a mess and I will not be coming back. My nails were done by another woman and cut my nails so short that my nails are extremely sensitive right now. UPDATE: Had to cancel my credit card this morning due to fraudulent charges, THIS was the only business I used that CCD at w/in the last 6 month, so no one else could have stolen my information. CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARDS! Not only are they extremely rude & verbally attack their clients when the clients are unhappy with the service, refuse to fix (before even leaving) their crappy work, but they also DOUBLE charge. I would never ever trust this place again. A credit card dispute for BOTH charges has been filed. read more

We have been going to Cosmo since it first opened. Before Cosmo we had tried many other places in town. LOVE-LOVE-LOVE the quality of service and friendliness. They are always willing to accommodate. All the way from Nex-Gen, to Acrylic, to designs, to full on pedicures, to waxing, and to eyebrow tinting ----THEY CAN DO IT ALL!!!! My family and I came here after lunch one Sunday. They prices range from $27-$100 depending on the treatment you get. They weren't very busy and got us seated right away! The building was very clean and nice. John was amazing; my massage was very relaxing, he was very gently and the outcome of the pedicure was great!
