I had a decent experience at Lily's. I can in for a dip powder mani, toe polish change, and an eyebrow wax. The mani was okay but could have been shaped better to match. I did love the color. On the pedi she made me bleed and really hurt my toe. That wasn't very pleasant but the color also came out great. I asked for a clean up on my brows. She left more than I'd like but if I'd paid more attention inside I'm sure they would've fixed that. All in al it's okay. If I did go back it will be Mon-We'd were they offer 20% services at the moment. read more

I contemplated for awhile if I should leave a bad review because the lady who handled my nails was very sweet, however my nails ended up being extremely damaged. I myself am a nail tech and came into the salon to get a soak off. Instead of drilling and soaking my nails in acetone, my nails were picked at with a nail tip and pried off. I don't know the name of the woman who did this and she was very very nice and respectful I was just unsatisfied with the actual service. I will now have to wait for at least a month to do my nails again so they can heal from how badly damaged they are from this and I am upset about that. read more

My experience was the same - just as awful - as the ones that wrote reviews before me. I went in a few months ago on a Monday, the only one in the shop, and the owner (presumably Lily) was breathing down the lady's neck that was doing my nails, rushing her. I was in and out in 40 minutes - which is crazy for Nexgens with tips. The work was mediocre at best. I went back 3 weeks ago, mind you, because it's the closest to my house and really wanted to give them another shot. This time was WAY worse. I called at 6:00pm and asked if there was still time for Nexgen nails. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem and to come down. There were 2 others in the shop, but not busy at all. The same lady in charge kept rushing the woman working on my nails. I don't know Vietnamese but based on the mumbles and body language of the employees, they aren't super happy there at all and do not take pride in their work. When I got home, I inspected my nails and couldn't believe that they didn't cut my original nails at all before adding the tips and there was a huge gap between the tip and my original nail. Awful work, terrible customer service, and not worth the price. Stay away from this place; especially considering that there are so many other options in the area! read more

I wish I had read these reviews before I went in. I was shocked at their prices. I paid $167 for my Granddaughter and I to get gel nail and pedi. The ladies are difficult to understand and I really felt like they took advantage of me. I understood If I did nails and pedi I would get a discount. When I got ready to pay there was NO DISCOUNT. I have gone to Lilly's three times, and they do have quality dip powder. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing fun experienc, ebut the certainty does not cater to that. I went on a Wednesday around noon, and there was no one in the shop. I was Being rushed on deciding a color (it's hard y'all!) and since I couldn't make up my mind, the owner or "manager" was tossing my hand around gossiping which I'm sure was insulting me. I'm not a big fan of rating people low. I just did not live their services. I walked in they ask do you to sanitize your hands (that's not the problem). They ask you to be protective but the lady did not have her mask. After I asked to have a specific shape and not to thick. Her answer was thick if not they break. This was a terrible experience! I needed to take gel nails off and wanted a clear polish on my fingernails and had color taken off my toes and asked for a new color. My fingernails were clipped and filed and had rough edges left - the tool they used to remove gel nails caused my nail bed to feel like if was burning - the end result is ok but I could have done better myself and had to buff my nails out once I got home. The pedicure lady was awful! I warned her I stopped going to nail salons for 2 years due to rough treatment. She was a great example of why I stopped and will NEVER go back to that salon again! Something that should be relaxing and enjoyable had me on edge the whole time I was there. After applying color to my toes she put my sandals on and glitched the big toe which irritated her. I asked her if she should put my sandal on first before she fixed it so it didn't get messed up again, but she didn't listen. She attempted to redo it but it was gloppy and uneven and I asked her to redo it. Again - this irritated her but she quickly reapplied the color then walked off to take care of someone else. I was left wondering if I was done so attempted to put my own sandal on and it smeared again. She left me waiting and finally redid that one toe but it looked like no care or attention was given to doing her job well. I just wanted to leave at that point. But I won't go back and would seriously caution others - this salon isn't service oriented and doesn't care about customer satisfaction or have a positive experience. Beware! read more

I normally do not complain about a company and especially on a platform but I feel this is necessary. I was given the worse service EVER at this place. The manager was very hateful and you could tell she did not love her job. She did a service for me very quickly which resulted in a horrible job and I had a hard time telling her that I did not like the job she did but it was awful folks. I asked for natural eyelashes and she gave me something that I would never want to see on anyone! I asked her if she could remove the job and she said she was going to charge me more to remove resulting in $80!!!! She didn't offer to fix anything, she didn't offer to take any money off, she only said "I'll charge you more! I told her I could not pay for these in which she said she would call the police!!! She was horrible and again it was so hard for me to tell her I did not like the job she did. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not go to this place for good customer service and especially for eyelashes. I can not believe this company did not care at all about their customers and their needs at all. Spare yourself the anxiety of a horrible job that could be placed on you if you decide to go here! read more

I've gone here a couple of times and the first time my nails were uneven and the dipping powder was just mediocre not shaped well at all. 2nd time I went in for a fill and was informed they don't do fills you have to get a new set every time. After insisting on a fill, the owner Lily did the fill and charged me $40 for a FILL!!! It's never busy there so I guess she has to over charge the customers that do come. Also as a new customer she didn't seem open to how I wanted my nails done. I like the back of my nails clean as well. I won't be back and it's sad because her shop is close to my house. read more

I discovered this place about a year ago & haven't gone anywhere else since. They're friendly, reasonably priced and all of the nail techs do a wonderful job! My nails are never too thick, rarely ever break (they actually offer free repairs if they do break) & look great! They also offer waxing, which I've used & liked, as well as micro blading which I haven't done yet! Try them out! You won't be disappointed!! read more

I don't understand why there are comments about the tools not being sterile. A new package is opened each time. There are liners for the foot spa. The technicians use fresh citrus and aloe vera for the manicures and pedicures. The staff has always been very nice and friendly. read more

Just went back to Lily Nails and Spa for my nails! Lynn did an outstanding jog with Nexgen pink/ white French. Looks amazing and of course is better for my nails!
