I've been coming to Rossini nail bar since they opened. The service is great and I've never had an issue with any treatment I've received. The vibe is just what you want from your local nail salon. Their massage chairs are really nice and They have a full bar. They have a standard cocktail list they offer but can make just about anything. This place is AMAZING!! I've actually have been here twice now! To get dip and another time to get a pedicure. I first saw them on Instagram and they've been running incredible grand opening promotions. I've been skeptical of new spots on IG because the place I went to for a pedicure before I went to Rossini was terrible (also found on IG) but that's another story about another place.... lol. First off, the salon is beautiful! Very classy and elegant. The nail techs are excellent. I got exactly what I wanted and Vicky exceeded my expectations! Massage chairs are on point - they're brand new and have touch screen control. And now the drinks!! First timer. From NOLA. VISITING liked the vibe and the atmosphere. They are busy. But thy run a tight ship. Handcrafted drinks of all kinds. I mean hard liquor. But limit one. So no turning up lol. Went in after seeing Instagram promotion. The place looks beautiful and classy, and it was. Nice music and open floor plan. However getting what we asked for was a struggle. We normally go to Rose Couture, but decided to check Rossini out. My cousin gets nails with lots of designs and detail, showed the tech a pic of what she wanted. They didn't have the rhinestones so she said she would just use glitter. Continued just dust glitter on the nail builder nails. When asking for more detail she was told no, that's not what was in the pic. I think it was more of she didn't know how to do it. And she didn't do a top coat saying that she already did under the glitter sir the surface was rough. My builder nails were pretty basic ombré, the shape was perfect. But getting what I asked for was not easy, I only wanted one or two nails ombré and the others solid. Cost was not an issue cause we are used to going to Rose...which is expensive but always on point. The good news is because of their grand opening we got 40% off and drinks were good. And they are proud to offer gel x and nail builder cheaper than Rose. I would not have paid regular price of $110 for the nails my cousin got. They were super basic and pretty amateur. My nails would have been $90. Maybe give them a shot after they've been open for a bit? They need better nail techs that are not in training. Bottom line is, you get what you pay for?! read more

Until recently I would have highly recommended this place. I went in on 01/24 (the night before the snowstorm began) and got a deluxe pedicure for $55 and a builder gel manicure (for the first time) for $65 . I also gave a 20% tip for each service. Within 3 days, my polish on my toes chipped pretty badly and I hadn't even worn closed toe shoes seeing as how we were stuck in the house (3 days after my main/pedi) due to the snowstorm. Then, after less than a week, the gel on my fingernails started to bubble up and look weird. I was going to leave it alone because I know they do not guarantee their services for very long. However, I decided to send a message via Instagram to inform them of my issues and see what could be possibly be done. I was told to come in so they could take a look. I wasn't sure who was responding to me via their IG account and they did not promise me anything. When I arrived, I told the woman at the front (I did not get her name) of the situation. She looked at the computer, saw when I was last there, and pretty much dismissed me with sort of an arrogant attitude. She asked what I wanted and I told her that I was told to come in. She didn't seem very interested in helping me, then reluctantly offered more services at a small discount. I declined. It seems as though she believed I was just there to get as much for free as I could. I guess I just expected a greater effort to resolve the situation in order to provide strong customer service and retain a customer. She apparently was not interested in retaining my business. read more

My nails were fine I've been to almost all nail salons in rockwall as I've lived here my whole life but this was by far the most expensive, usually dip ranges from 40-60 in most local nail salons I paid 95 dollars for a simple design just polka dots on my nails with a nude base. If you aren't used to spending over 70 dollars on nails do not come here I feel so ripped off . read more

All the staff were attentive and diligent in delivery in what one can only describe as excellent service. Beautiful setting with massage chairs. Great music at just the right volume. I visited Rossini Nails for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. The 80-minute head spa with facial and blowout was relaxing and luxurious--at a price much better than other DFW salons.
