Let's start with the good things: -- It was very easy to schedule an appointment with the Google scheduler, they responded quickly -- They were all very friendly, instantly offer me a beverage, seating right away (I came 10 minutes early) -- I had the deluxe pedicure and the man who did it gave a great foot massage. Now the disappointing parts: -- Because they also do walk-ins (which I understand needing to make money) it seemed that they started to rush my service, mostly my gel manicure. -- Because they rushed it, you can see in the pictures, she didn't properly remove the lint on my nails and instead just painted over it. There are bubbles in my nails and worse of all, after only 3 days they are already chipping! Gel nails should last 2-3 weeks, NOT DAYS -- The standard polish on my toes was not applied uniformly, so you can see that it is thicker in the middle, making it look sloppy and as if I just painted over existing coats. I have a busy schedule and it was a treat for me to get pampered, but this was not worth the $70 + tip I do not plan on returning to have them fix the issue, as that shouldn't need to happen in the first place, that would take time away from my schedule and family when in reality if the paint was simply applied properly the first time there would be no issue. This was my first and last time going there, it was a $70 learning experience for me. I learned to try different places. read more

Time at this nail salon came with a friend and loved it. Showed my tech a picture of what I was going for and these were the results. I loved how they turned out! While she was doing my nails she was so gentle, no cuts, no pulling, it was heaven. It's been about two weeks now and they still look vibrant like I just for them done. A lady name Kay or Kate did my manicure (nexgen) and it was thick and messy. She could not control the drill to the save her life. She kept getting my skin which cut my cuticles. She sucks. Secondly, for some odd reasons, she kept talking crap about me in Vietnamese. First, she asked the other lady if my purse was real or fake. She said it looks fake and tacky. Me thinking to myself, "Excuse me, B, it's a $1800 Louis Vuitton handbag and it's real." However, I didn't say anything and kept to myself. Finally, she soaked my fingers in a bowl, but it was burning my pinky so I wiped the solution off my pinky with the towel. She said again in Vietnamese, this idiot won't stay still so I can't do anything. That's when I went off on her and told her I speak and understand Vietnamese fluently and she shouldn't talk shit about customers who are paying her. I told her to eff off and stop touching my nails. Long story short: she didn't apologize so I gave her tip to Cathy who was doing my toes, who did not participate in the shit talking. #byefelicia Update: 3 days later, I came back to get my nails removed because it was lifting already. Manager Cynthia was absolutely nice about it and redid my nails. I must say, she is very good. IF I choose to come back, it'll just be because of her. read more

I'm not sure why they don't have good reviews... I went with my sister and we both left satisfied. They got us in right away, gave us great service, and didn't take forever to do our nails. I'm the most annoying/indecisive person when it comes to picking nail colors and they were patient with me and helped me out too. In the beginning they were kind of rushing us but I think that's what all nail places do since they want to make sure they get us in and out. They were not rude by any means though. My bf and I drive 40 minutes ones way just to come here. i have my natural nails dipped and this is the only place where they stay in great shape for at least a month and have grown and not broken. Someone recommended I check out this spot for nail designs specifically. I made an appointment with Diem and was just impressed all around by my first experience. The staff is extremely friendly with a great sense of humor. I went in for a nail design and pedicure, and they asked questions throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I showed a design to Diem and she spent time matching colors to make sure it was just right, even when I assured her close enough would be okay. She also went above and beyond to add detail to the design and overall did an amazing job. The pedicure was great also! Overall, really fantastic first impression and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area! read more

I like this place because they do not pressure you to buy their more expensive pedicure packages like some other salons do. They do a good job on nails and pedicure. I like the eyebrow waxing as well. They take their time in getting it right along with trimming. read more

Wow. Spent over $100 to get a pedi && nexgen nails, went out of town and my nails started falling off 3 days later. I eventually had to just remove them before a week with them. Probably my fault, but I also was charged for a very expensive "5 minute" neck massage. It was presented to me like it was a part of the pedi package ... maybe me being stupid. My main concern is how expensive this place was and how my nails didn't even really last 3 days before all coming up and the edges and eventually just had to take off before a week... not to mention the woman doing my nails had an attitude when I wanted them thicker. I knew they'd break from how thin they were. Once I kind of addressed how the attitude wasn't necessary in a polite way , she was overly nice. Just an overall bad experience. Terrible service!!! I took a Vietnamese friend there with me and I was so embarrassed about our experience! Most of the ladies doing our nails didn't seem to have any pride in their work and almost seemed bothered that we were there. The manicures/pedicures were very sloppy, plus she cut one of my toe nails way too short. The alleged "massage" I paid for was a joke. She just rubbed lotion on my legs and feet for 10 minutes. To top off the bad experience, they started talking bad about us in Vietnamese, but of course my friend understood every word and called them out on it. What were they thinking? I've been to this salon twice now, 6 month apart. I didn't like the service the first time and thought I'd give it a second chance. No better the second time. I had to go back after 3 hours and have my polish redone because it didn't dry and was coming off. They fixed it, but acted like it was my fault. I won't try them again. read more

Lily spent more time watching TV than doing my nails. She wanted to charge me extra for removing dead skin off the bottom of my feet. I guess I thought that was the purpose of a pedicure. She didn't allow my polish to dry before she put my shoes on and messed up my polish. Instead of starting over, she just added more polish and the nail wouldn't dry. Disappointing. read more

I have tried this place multiple times since they opened and the nail tech proficiency is very hit and miss. I am tired of playing roulette with my fingers and toes. I have had a nail tech cut me with a drill (cut the side of my finger) while sanding down acrylics. I have had two incidences of infections following pedicures (to the point to where I won't get a pedicure here anymore). After my experience today I am giving up on them. Went if for a polish change (not a pedi just a polish change) because I had a gift certificate. I told the nail tech not to cut my nails at all - and said do not cut me twice before she started working on me. The nail tech working on me was so busy talking to co-worker while buffing my toenails that she drew blood. She abraided the skin and the cuticle at the base of my large toe nail - very painful. To make matters worse she repeatedly used her fingernail to try to scrape off the excess polish on this same toe (also painful and not sanitary - tons of germs under a fingernail). HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! I got my nails done here and 2 days later they were popping off . I don't live in the Rockwall area i live an hour away so I couldn't come back right away so I had to get my nails repaired by my nail shop but the other ones kept coming off and lifting so I went back and they tried to charge me again to get my nails done . When it hadn't even been a week and I informed them that they were coming off days after I got them done . I waited a hour for them to tell me they would only repair my nails if I paid . Why would I pay for services I weren't satisfied with to begin with ????? Terrible experience . Cynthia argued with me for the longest and the guy who did my nails got a good tip from us and still refused to fix my nails . I wasted a day waiting and didn't even get my nails fixed I basically gave them $50 . DO NOT GO HERE their products are cheap and they won't fix it . read more

Run!! This was the most frustrating hour and a half experience.... I just got home to re- assess the damage, and I fee like crying.. the fancy pedicure was a waste of time and money, my feet are still rough and my callus remains and the manicure. both nails and toes appear rough with uneven polish. The lady doing the manicure cut my nails back past the end of my finger tips... who does that?!?! Without asking?!?! They look awful and I'm so disappointed that I wasted my time and $70...
