Service was great, place is nicely decorated and is spacious. I booked an appointment for a manicure $22 + gel builder $82. Prices are not listed on their website. I deducted 2 stars because of the gel builder they advertise on their website and when you check in. I wanted the builder to build a slight length of my nail without anything being glued to them. The guy told me I would have to buy the extensions which is more. The description from the site. Which is below says it's used to add some length to your nails using "forms" the guy told me they don't have forms they use nail gel x extensions and the description needs to be changed on the site. I wanted to have my nails done for my bachelorette party this weekend but had to settle for just getting a no chip with short nails. The guy did a good job with even coating but me not getting what I came for was really disappointing. I would come back to give them another try but maybe for a pedi. Really bummed I can't get gel builder here like they claimed. Builder Gel Does not include manicure. The atmosphere is really nice, but unfortunately, our experience with some of the staff has been very disappointing. My husband's little sister has come here a few times and has actually left in tears because of how she was treated. On one occasion, she overheard two of the younger girls working up front speaking negatively about her, which made her feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. What concerned me even more was her experience with one of the nail artists. After finishing her nails, the nail artist took her phone from her hand, opened Google, and told her to leave a five-star review. She then started writing the review herself. She ultimately did not post it because the situation made her very uncomfortable. She genuinely tried giving this place multiple chances because she liked the atmosphere, but unfortunately, she has been disappointed each time. No customer should leave an appointment feeling embarrassed, talked about, or pressured into leaving a positive review. I really hope management takes experiences like this seriously and works to make customers feel more respected and welcome. read more

This was a super fun pedicure and more of an experience than any pedicure Ive have before. The atmosphere is very feminine but there were a few men getting pampered with there ladies as well. I felt like the staff went above and beyond. My friend and I opted for the top tier and they took their time to insure the experience was great. I loved that I was given a collagen face mask to take home (or use there if you choose!) A Couple of weeks later and my pedicure still looks great! I will absolutely be back and can't wait to try the head spa! read more

This place is beatiful but way too expensive $85 for a pedicure! And I brought my own gel polish.

I was excited to try this new spot. It's super cute, but I left disappointed. After paying $120 (not including tip) to have my nails and toes done my nails looks like crap and I'm not even going to inspect my toes at this point. I don't think I'll be back. The price I paid is fair based off of other salons around, but the quality is beyond poor. read more
