I gave two stars bc my nails did come out with what i asked for, but everything else no. My lady was rude to me the entire time and had an attitude the whole time, and at one point left to go do another girls nails. And the worst part all my natural nails are completely damaged, I lost half of my real nail.

I love this place! We started going because our daughters go to dance upstairs. Amy, the manager, is seriously one of the nicest people I've ever met. It's now a family affair and we go one Tuesday a month to see her and get an awesome manicure and pedicure. Everyone there is nice and the quality is awesome. She is incredibly nice to my daughters and my husband loves joining as well.

Kim and Shaun were great! They both paid great attention to detail when it came to my eyebrows & pedicure (Kim) and manicure (Shaun). I showed Shaun a picture of the ombré nails I wanted, and he exceeded expectation. My cuticles were trimmed nice and neat. And the filing/final finishes were clean as well. Kim worked miracles on my brows! The salon itself was clean and organized. Will be coming back!

This is the first time I went here and it was amazing they massed my feet cleared the dirt in my finger nails put a hot towel on my feet as well as a bath for my feet while sitting in a massage chair and got my eyebrows done. Overall 10/10 experience highly recommend.

Well it all seems to depend who you get here. The last 2 times I've come for dip manicures they have chipped and cracked pretty terribly. The last time I went, my nails were cracking the very next day. I called to see if they could fix them since I literally just had them done. When I went in, they kept looking at my nails telling me that nothing was wrong with them even though I insisted they were cracked. They made me wait 45 min and then took off the top coat and just put a layer of powder over the cracked layer and said that would fix it. Less than 3 days later and my fingernail, along with the dip, has now broke. Definitely will not be returning

Overall I really loved my experience here! I got the pink and white ombré in what I described as a "soft almond." She nailed it! I'd definitely come back. PROS -very friendly -very FAST -clean -smooth nails -didn't grind down my natural nails a lot, as requested -when there was a shaping mistake & I pointed it out, she was quick to say "I'll fix it" and do it CONS -my right hand's nails are longer than my left -maybe she went too fast -some of the cuticle oil messed up the clear coat, but when I pointed it out, she fixed it with no fuss

I always enjoy my experience at nail luxe. Everyone is so attentive and is extremely friendly. I always receive a drink before I get my nails done! My go to nail person is bill! He's amazing, down to the application to the shaping, color matching, design and everything! He's super sweet and has a positive attitude. The service was amazing, everyone was so nice and tried to accommodate my timeline ( i was on lunch so 1 hour is all I could spare ) My nails are natural, that is gel polish in honey beige. One of my nails had cracked and the tech took his time fixing it and preparing it to ensure i didnt have to cut my nails. They offer drinks and give quality service for a fair price. Service was great. Got a take off dip on my hands and pedicure with the 20 mins massage. The massage was great!! I almost fell asleep. They served drinks too. My only concern is that they didn't use sterilized tools. I noticed the nail tools weren't not pulled out of any sterilized packaging and none looked brand new. read more

Wow! In all my years of getting my nails done, I have never received this great of service at a nail salon! The staff was extremely attentive, and multiple times during my manicure and pedicure, someone came over to see how things were going. They offer a free beverage, plus refills too. I got a dip manicure and a gel pedicure, and my daughter got a gel manicure. Plus, I got a 10-15 minute neck and back massage that they didn't even charge me for. I usually don't post reviews, but this place earned five stars for sure! I'll definitely be back! read more

Pros: This place is gorgeous! Lots of nice decor & polish options. "D" really did an awesome job with my pedicure and polishing. Cons: His conversation was very sarcastic. I'm understanding and I get that sarcasm is a second language but when it turns into disrespect, those are two different ball games. At one point, he even discussed smoking. At the beginning of the visit, he expressed to me that I would have to pay $5 to remove the gel from two of my toes. I was fine with that. However, after telling him that I usually go to Cute Nails (he knows the owner), he decided not to charge me for the gel removal . What was even more shocking is the fact that when I showed him my 10% discount from Yelp because I was a first time customer, another tech laughed and said, "if you really are a first time customer". I wanted to so badly to say that this is my first AND last time coming to this place. But unlike them, I have class. ‍ - 3 stars for the nice polish and pretty decor read more

Great experience! I called at 5:30pm on a Sunday night asking for a pedicure and nails...totally last minute but took a shot at it! They said, "come on in". So...I did. I'm touched at how attentive they were. They did a great job, super fast and never once made me feel like I was a burden because a few is them stayed about 30 minutes late for me. To boot, it's a gorgeous place. Clean, well maintained, smelled nice. I'll be back and I'll bring some friends. Thanks guys. I'll look much more groomed at work this week because of you! read more

I went on Thursday around 2pm, wanting a dip manicure before getting to the movies for the Batman movie that started at 3pm that day, and it was so packed! When i walked in, I did not expect the place to look so fancy and updated. Almost every pedicure chair was filled, and every nail station was taken as well. This told me a lot! The chairs are super nice and comfy, they have big TVs on each wall, and their employees' english is very good! I told them I was in a hurry and they did their best to meet my wants as a girl! The manager was super friendly and professional. 100% will be going again! read more

Looking for a salon like no other? Look no more! Running errands in Rockwall led me to stop at this Nail Salon which had S U P E R reviews. I was greeted warmly and led to a chair. I had a manicure and pedicure. I have never felt my feet this soft before in my life. I recommend Helen & Kim! They left me feeling and looking like a queen! The manager, Mr. Sing, offered me a beverage and took care of seeing that I was well accommodated. The color I have on my nails is Purple Heart in Matte Dip. I absolutely loved it! In the area for the holidays, wanted a pedi to get my dead skin off my feet and legs. Last time I was in the area I was not impressed with another Salon I went to (nail shop next to Ross In Rockwall). I went here after a Yelp search, I am so glad I did!!! Shawn took wonderful care of me (I only got the classic, recommend upgrading if you have the time and cash flow). My feet feel ahhhhmmmazing! Ming Lee/Mindy took care of The hubby- also did amazing. The white wine was actually really decent (sweet). They offer a glass of wine, a beer or soda. I highly recommend this place read more

My husband and I went to Luxe Nails to get pedicures. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. This salon is centrally located, clean and beautifully decorated. The prices are fair, if not better than other nail salons in the area. The ladies were attentive and polite during the time we were there. read more

After moving to Rockwall, was looking for a good salon and decided on this place due to all the positive reviews. I took my elderly mother the first time and service was good while we were together. We were offered something to drink, technicians were friendly. The next two times I dropped my mother off- and did not escort her inside. This is when service seriously declined; no offer of something drink, no smiling, no helping get out of chair which she needs at her age. She was also overcharged on last visit and shared she felt like they only wanted the $ and didn't care about the customer. I do not recommend taking elderly person here and after giving this business 3 chances, will not be returning. read more

Came to this salon with a broken nail. And when I mean broken, I mean the acrylic AND my natural nail were cracked from one side to the other and the only thing holding it together was the skin under my nail. I asked if they would be able to fix my broken nail, add extra acrylic to make it stronger, and do a color change on the rest of my nails and they said yes without any hesitation. They were so nice to me, always asked if anything they did hurt me, let me check my nails periodically throughout the time I was there without a complaint. I'm SUPER happy with the result. Today, I did my FIRST EVER BRAZILIAN WAX!! **GASP** IT WAS AMAZING! Well, the waxing part stung a bit...but I have tattoos and went through 30-hours of unmedicated labor, so, this wasn't as bad as I had imagined. (Not saying you have to have those things to be able to tolerate a Brazilian wax, but that's how I psyched myself up for it). My appointment was at 8:45 this morning. She was there already so I didn't have to wait. She greeted me and then left the room so I could get undressed from the waist down (privacy, for this? Yes, thank you very much!) She already knew how apprehensive I was and how nervous this unknown was to me. She literary walked me through each step she was doing! She kept me talking...and not mindless babble, but really engaging conversation. I didn't have to strike an awkward pose - like the cannonball (knees to chest), the frog (soles of feet together and knees open wide), and I certainly didn't have to go face down, ass up! And she went over what to expect, what to do and what not to do, and extensive after care. There was no time to keep one side covered while she did the other side - she worked both sides so easily! So, when the right side was done, she just had me change my leg positions! (The position I was in was on my back, if left leg was straight, my right leg was bent to make a figure 4, and vice versa.) And for the back end, all I did was lie on my stomach. I didn't feel self-conscious, overwhelmed, or exposed at all. I even bought these little bottles of aftercare stuff, called Love My Muff! She uses them so she was able to explain their purpose to me. Oh, and when talking about those areas, she never made it crude or uncomfortable, just matter-of-fact. Before I end, let me tell you, she has the best music! So, with all that said, I highly recommend Sweet Vanity waxing.

As a very hairy Indian girl, I have probably tried every form of hair removal (both temporary and…read morepermanent) possible. Electrolysis is the only permanent hair removal solution, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. While laser hair removal may help in the reduction of hair, you can count on electrolysis to get rid of those suckers for life. I got my lower legs, brazilian, and underarms lasered, and they worked fabulously! Lasering on my face, however, was the worst idea ever. LADIES: do not make this mistake, do NOT get lasering done on your sideburns/under chin/neck no matter how they try to sell it to you. Upper lip worked fine for me, but the hair on the sideburns/under chin/neck grew back way thicker and blacker. I know this has happened to multiple people so please take this warning to heart! I have been to many many electrologists, I counted 10 off the top of my head, and Christine is the BEST out of all them. I firmly believe this! I used to go to her at another location and she was able to get rid of more hair in an area than any other electrologist before me. She is very knowledgeable and doesn't make me scab, which you would think would be the norm, but you'd be surprised at how many electrologists make you scab. She's so efficient and is able to get out a ton of hair in a short period of time. I also like that she is good about working an area so that the dark hairs are taken first, and then the rest of the hairs are worked on in a sparse manner so that the area looks clean and even. She is great at making conversation and is a wonderful person. I wish I had taken before pictures, but I didn't. She does post before/ progress pics on her Facebook page so I would definitely check them out! Her office is clean and accessible. The location is located right off I-30 so it's convenient for people coming in from out of town. I will continue to go to Christine and would highly recommend her to family/friends! I am very confused why this business wouldn't remove their account from class pass if they don't accept credits... but I have reported the business to class pass and I'm hoping that other people avoid the mistake I made by booking on there. Honey was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to educate me about my nails and explain the different services they offer, which I genuinely appreciated. My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. She made a great first impression, and if I were to return, I would specifically request an appointment with her.

When you walk into Nail Luxe it's like walking into a friends house. They literally know you by name when you visit after the first time. I don't often get pedicures but every now and then a girl's got to treat herself. When I do decide it's time to relax, this is my go to spot. When you walk in, expect a friendly hello and to be quickly assisted at the door. They will happily go over the specials and let you know what you can expect each step of the way. As soon as you get into your chair, expect pure bliss as they quickly get to work getting all the soreness and weariness out of your feet and legs. They know exactly what to do and they do it well. Anyone who has gotten a pedicure knows that sometimes there may be pain involved, but Nail Luxe keeps it at a minimum. When I walk out, my feet are very soft and I can't wait to visit again! Right when you walk in they display the nail technicians' licenses so you know you're in qualified hands. Their customer service was amazing, Sing made sure every customer was enjoying their visit. My technician's name was Kevin, Kevin did a great job and genuinely cared when he asked me if I liked how my nails were turning out. Since I've gotten dip powder nails so frequently (at other salons) my nails are kind of fragile. Kevin made sure to be gentle with them so they wont break and I really appreciate his work. For anyone wondering, basic dip nails including removal of previous of my previous dip manicure from another salon was $35, which is reasonable. I will be returning and I would recommend this nail salon. I'm very happy with the service I received! read more

Wonderful! Helpful! Amazing! I cannot say enough about Charlie and his staff. I've just moved here from out of town and have been trying to find a new nail salon. I went to a place in Arlington and my nails turned out horrible. In a panic I called Nail Luxe wondering if there was anything that could be done. Charlie was so kind and understanding of my situation. They took my nails from horrid to wonderful and I cannot be more thankful. I believe the young lady who took such good care of me was Annalise. Nail luxe is honestly my favorite place there is nothing but nice people and they are always on point when they do my nails. Sing the manager is super funny and friendly as well as the owner. They really make finding the right kind of color and style simple for the customer and the establishment is honestly super clean. Took my wife to get her nails down at this new salon. It's amazingly comfortable for me to hang out while my wife got her nails done. I got offered adult beverages and had TVs on to watch! It was really cool and made my time surprisingly enjoyable. Prices are really fair. I've paid more for her to get her nails done at other places that doesn't offer me or her as many amenities. I am currently sitting In the pedicure chair and WOW! I got a set of dip nails and their "special" pedicure. She absolutely nailed the coffin shape, and did a beautiful pink color. Very friendly staff, welcoming and not pushy at all. Paid $70 total for the both of us to have a Deluxe pedicure (around 40min). They offered complimentary drinks such as water, soda, beer and wine. We were both satisfied from the work that they did. This is the BEST nail salon in Rockwall. The only place I will get shellac, it actually lasts. I never have to wait, and everyone is always so sweet. My daughter had her first "manicure" and when she smudged a finger, he fixed it very quickly with no complaints. I love this salon! read more
