I had a gift card and been a few years prior, so I went for a deluxe pedicure and dip. My pedicure was good - Thanks Kathy! My dip was fine, except they did zero cleanup of my cuticles, etc. At my other place, that's included in the price. When I asked the manager, she said it was a $6 add on for cuticle care, or a $10-$15 add on for manicure. I've never heard of them being separated out and they didn't explain that on the descriptions I read prior to choosing. They also just kind of left me after completing the service. No one told me I was done or helped me get out of my chair and to the cashier. Manager saw me sitting and wondering what to do next and just walked away. It's just a shame that places have to upcharge for everything. I'll be going back to my place in Royse City that includes basic nail care in their dip service and who trains their staff to be helpful from beginning to end of service. read more

Been here 3 times now. Tried a few nail spots in the Rockwall area and is this now my new favorite. The staff is always very welcoming and kind. Been able to walk in without an appointment and got right in. They are clean and efficient. I always leave very happy with my dip manicures. Looking forward to trying my next pedicure here. With a lot of the reviews, I experienced the same thing today!! I went in as a walk-in and was sat immediately but not greeted. I sat for 20 minutes in my chair and in those 20 minutes, 3 people came in after me and they immediately were serviced. I went in for a pedicure and they hadn't even filled up my water. I decided to just leave and as I was leaving the manager ran after me and grabbed me forcefully and telling me they could service me right now. I declined and she insisted over and over while grabbing both of my arms and not taking no for an answer. I usually love coming here but they definitely have a favorite race to serve so just keep that in mind if you're not a white person visiting this place !! read more

I love coming here with my mom for pedi days and mimosas. You get complimentary drinks while you are being pampered. We get the deluxe pedicure that is $49. It's the sweet spot as you get a good amount of rubbing, hot wax, and callus removal. The only thing is I wish the massage was a little more aggressive lol. The two massages I have had a very soft and my feet are barely rubbed at all. I would love love love if my feet got more of a rub since I am going for a pedicure just for the love and attention to be on my feet. They do charge $5.00 extra if they have to remove gel polish you previously had. No big deal but all they are doing is using a drill that has already been paid for and it takes a little more time. The salon itself is really nice and you can just walk right in on a weekday and get taken care of right away. This place makes me even happier because my momma loves it so much and they take good care of her. That is what matters the most. Update as of 10/15/23: I came back and tried another nail tech that my mom said was really good. Her name is Lee. SHE ALONE changed my 4 star review to a 5 star. That was probably the best pedicure I have ever had. She was so sweet to me and actually rubbed my legs and feet deep enough to give me goosebumps. It also wasn't a two minute massage, it lasted a good while. I love love LOVE when they run their fingers through your toes and, call me crazy, but I love when they pop my toes. I've given this place more than enough chances due to proximity but will never go again. I got a dip mani & gel pedi 9 days ago with my mother. Service was ok, but it's or miss in general. My dip already popped off 2 nails. The gel on my toes is already chipping. I went to get my nails repaired and was chastised by the older woman who runs the place. Apparently they only guarantee dip for 7 days! Every place I've been guarantees for 2 weeks, otherwise what is the point of paying more for dip!? Very put off by their rule & attitude towards me considering I've been a customer for multiple years. There are too many other nice salons in Rockwall to ever consider this one again. read more

Made a appointment this morning for this afternoon for three manicures to be done all at once. We got there maybe 10 or 15 minutes ahead of time and they gladly were able to sit us all down at once. My husband and I ordered Midori sour's, they are like drinking liquid sour green apple jolly ranchers! The inside of the building is super clean and really well decorated. The flow of everything goes so well, it makes the experience much more in my opinion. All of the staff that we encountered were very polite and respectful to everyone we saw them around. I'm more then happy with my experience here and will definitely be coming back for more work. The whole vibe of the place is really kicked back and easy going. Got me so relaxed that I needed to have a coffee on the way home to kick me back into work mode lol. Got something good going on at this place and for great prices too. read more

This place is as lovely as it looks! Had Albert for my full set and he did great on my design since the main girl for it was out! They we're way under staffed for how busy it was with the grand opening but their employees need time off too! Drinks we're great besides the Midori one (too sweet/too much syrup) ! Will be back for another lemon drop pedicure which was out of this world. The gel made all the difference. Could be better on time management and customer service though! read more

I went there yesterday for the first time hoping to have a good experience since I'd been going to the same place for the last 5 years in Allen but due to recently moving that drive was just not in my near future . We were a bit confused when we walked in since we're from out of town but I would come back in a heartbeat. There are menus to fill out when you first walk in to select your service. There is a book with clear descriptions of what's included, how long it will take and what it costs. We originally came in to get my daughter's two acrylic nails fixed and a pedicure for myself. They talked through the issues of what she wanted and we ultimately decided on a full redo for her. They sat us both in massaging pedicure chairs and did her nails right there in the pedicure chair! I had no idea salons like this existed! There was another person here getting a set while someone else was doing their pedicure. I'd be much more inclined to get both done more often if I could have them both done at the same time like this. It smells and looks clean. The staff was so nice. There's also a full bar if that's your thing. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is because there was an extra charge for nail shape and a switch from regular acrylic to solar acrylic that we weren't told about. read more

My pedicure literally put me to sleep, I have never had such an amazing massage...not just on my legs, but my neck too..I ask if she did full body massage, but no luck! The lady that did my Dip was amazing too. She did just as I ask...kept them the length I requested and shaped them perfectly! They look so natural, I almost can't see product on them...just the way I like it! What I really liked was that the clients were respectful and stayed off their phones, there were not any children running around and they always checked in with me to be sure I was happy.. the VIBE was amazing. never coming back. right when we walked in the lady randomly asked if we wanted a design and obviously I didn't write that down so what is the point of always trying to make your customers pay more? then, she sat us down, and I waited there for 30 minutes with no one assisting me. than after I was finished with my nails it was about 2 hours. Let me start off by saying if I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The owner was extremely hostile from the second I walked in! (This is my first & LAST time going to this location) everything was "an extra $5 dollars" down to the polish change???? Like literally changing gel to gel?! ($20 additional in just "extra" charges) when it came to my pedicure this lady did the complete opposite of what I asked for! I am not picky when it comes to my nails but I simply asked for SQUARE toenails and she couldn't even do that. She was very unprofessional and left a dip in the middle of my toenails with no polish. AND TOOK DAMN NEAR MY ENTIRE PINKY TOENAIL OFF!!! I am in so much pain (pics will be included) and honestly at a loss for words.... How the heck do you take someone's entire pinky toenail off and then she poured alcohol on it?! She kept digging into my skin and I'm sure I will have ingrown toenails now because of this. When I asked her what the heck happened to my pinky toenail she told me I came in like that?! I know for a FACT my toenail was not like that. I have been to most all nail salons in Rockwall. In my opinion I truly find that Lemon Drop Nail Bar is the best . My dip nail and gel pedicure will last about a month without chipping or not separating from the nail bed. Five stars 100% in my book! read more

I haven't stopped talking about this new nail bar since I've been. First of all, the whole staff is so nice. The sweet lady doing my pedicure was so sweet and talked talked to me, and so talented! They have a good drink menu- I got a drink called a sparkling lemonade. I got the standard pedicure and I was there for almost an hour and a half. The massages were so long, she used hot stones, scrubs, a cooling mask, oil, etc. she also painted my toes to beautifully with a cute design. The whole salon is just beautiful. So clean and modern and relaxing. They have great massaging chairs that even have phone chargers and purse hooks on them, as well as big TVs. This will be the only nail salon I will ever go to now!!!! Best one I have ever been to. read more
