Love this place!! Nguyen is my absolute favorite, I won't let anyone else touch my nails. He is a perfectionist and I've never had my nails even chip with him! The staff is all warm and friendly. This place is no frills, no fuss but they are kind and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. I've taken my daughters and their friends several times for kiddie manicures, but the biggest example of their kindness I can give is when a mother and her twin tweens, who had a mental disability. They had obviously been there before - the staff greeted them like royalty, bragged on them to other customers, did a little twirl with the girl in the middle of the room, and played a silly trick on them by swapping their drinks. I have been getting regular mani/pedi here for the past two years, the place is very clean and the service is always very good. However, the past three times I have been there I have been dissatisfied. (let me be clear when I say that I do not make an appointment ahead of time.) I walk in, ask them if they have time for a pedicure and they always assure me. Oh yes, come on in... Pick your color. They usher me to a chair and I sit down, thinking a technician will be right with me . Wrong... The last three times they have left me sitting in a chair for more than 30 minutes before someone was actually free to start my pedicure.. I think the service is always good, but I don't like to be left waiting for 35 minutes in a chair before someone is even free to do start the service!! If they had told me upfront that they would not be able to get to me for more than a half an hour I would not have waited. read more

**UPDATE** incident date: Nov 12, 2017 They have new employees and some do not know what they're doing! My regulars weren't available and I needed it done before my trip. The lady who did my toes: My toes weren't painted all the way. I could tell this was her first day so I cut her some slack, still tipped. Lady who did my nails; My cuticles were very visible and not pushed backed. The Nexgen looked awful. I wasn't able to come back to fix because I was leaving out of town the next day. I, unfortunately, witnessed unprofessional behavior from a staff member. She assumed I didn't understand Vietnamese. I tipped her 5$ even after not liking my nails. She went on a rant and began to show her coworkers the receipt. She was trying to embarrass me. I was baffled that she didn't at least wait until I was gone. The environment became un-inviting and distasteful. I love some of the nail techs at this location (Dona, Nancy, and a few others who's name I don't know; they're veterans in the nail business), but honestly after this fiasco I haven't been back. The managers were not present at the time of the incident or else I highly doubt her tantrum would've occurred. I will never return! People like her shouldn't be working in the service industry. If you can't provide a great un-rushed service then don't expect a great fat tip. I'd say this nail shops forte is pedicures. First visit and definitely going back! For those who get Nexgen nails, this nail salon has over 500 nail colors! I had the luxury to finally get chrome nails:). I had seen them on Pinterest but could never find a salon that offered it. Today I decided to get the chrome color in a black/gold. They turned out so amazing! Can't wait to try other colors! I also was asked if I wanted a drink and I wanted to really relax so I had 2 glasses of wine! I would have given 5 stars but I was grazed a few times too many from the drill and if you know the feeling, it hurts and can even cause you to bleed. Luckily, no bleeding. I went to this salon yesterday for a pedicure and I had an awful experience. My nail tech was very rough with me the entire time. I pointed out a bandaged blister on my leg as soon as I sat down and asked her to work around it. The blistered spot is super tender, and she touched and pulled on that area constantly, even though I asked her to stop. She yanked off pieces of my nail along the side of my big toe, and now my toe is red, swollen, and painful. While she worked on my nails, she was like jamming them backward into my foot. It was all so uncomfortable and over-the-top bad. This was actually our second time going to this salon. The first time we went, this same technician put searing hot towels on my cousin's legs, and she had red marks for two days afterward. read more

I came here cause my usual nail place was booked a couple days out. I showed them a photo of what i wanted. Solid colors with Leopard print on one nail, pretty basic and easy. i've done leopard on myself before and i'm no artist. she did a VERY messy job. she was already struggling getting my previous nails off. then came down for the powder. it was very messy, all over my skin, the bead was way too big and watery to work with. i don't even know how she did it. she kept filing and filing, i was there for about two hours, maybe more. when she forgot what the design was she touched my phone screen very aggressively trying to get it on so she can see what it looked like. i was close to telling her to take it off and i'll just go somewhere else. she seemed to be getting very irritated and impatient. when it came down to her painting the design i had high hopes... it looks NOTHING like leopard print! i'm so disappointed, i've never left a salon feeling this unsatisfied. the underside of my nails are a mess. the design looks so lazy and rushed, she was ready to get me out of there. will not be returning. I've been coming here for three years. The entire staff are there to help you and always do a good job. Nancy is especially good and I've never left without good service. I've been to other spa's in the area and wasn't happy. I've had other places complain about having to do the work, one other spa even made fun of my feet and said things about the feet, and even if it is in another language, everyone can get the idea. This nail salon is big. I love it. You don't feel cramped it other people are getting pedicures next to you, and the atmosphere is awesome. I've never had to wait to get sat down, not because there isn't anyone there, because they have plenty of staff. I have been coming here for over 2 years after trying other nail places nearby. I love this place. They are always very nice to me. They do try to up-sell from time to time, but i just stay firm with what i want and they wont bring it up further. I have ingrown toenails, which can be really painful, and they always take good care of them. Once I had a new girl and she hurt me, since then, i tend to request an appointment with some of the girls I have been using for a while - Hanna and Nancy are my favorites. Their location is always clean, the tools they use always come from sealed packages. I have never had any issues with itchiness like another reviewer stated. They use plastic (cling wrap) liners for their pedicure chairs. They also have a huge variety of polish colors to chose from and they always show me what's new. I will honestly not ever go back to this salon. They were very nice and accommodating, however this is day 2 and the polish on my nails has already chipped on two fingers. (I don't work with my hands) as well as my finger was cut when she trimmed my cuticle and it took two or three solid minutes to stop the bleeding! As well as on my toes 4 out of 5 toes on each foot is very red, raw, and sore where the gentleman filed my skin instead of my toenails. I don't have small toenails either. read more

This place actually sucks. It was good the first few times I came, but this last time was AWFUL. They cut me about 10 times and made my nail completely crooked. My friend got gel nails and they're see through. Also, she asked them not to cut her real nails off and the lady still cut them off anyways. Won't be coming back here anytime soon and I suggest you don't either :) read more

Nice salon where they do an above-average job for the services I tried. Huge color selection. Beware of the 'up-sell'. I got the Nexgen Nails and a pedicure. Not sure why the Nexgen color I selected was $10 more than all the others (language barrier). I also somehow agreed to get a design on my toenails that I didn't want (again, language barrier). Somehow managed to run up my tab to over $100 once tip was included. Never would have spent that much on something that will only last 2 weeks, if I am lucky, had I known. I may go again, or may not. If I do, I will have to somehow make sure I don't pay extra for services I don't want or need. read more
