I really liked the service here. The sanitized tools were very crucial to me. The technicians are young and friendly. They knew what they were doing. I had been to many salons around the area and noticed the older technicians always messed up my nails, then they complained that my nails were bad. I guess because I'm Vietnamese too so they picked on me. I guaranteed that I was not cheap on tipping. I was soft spoken and that's a disadvantage sometimes. PS Nails also had complimentary beverages including wine but I preferred cold water. Haha! I would definitely recommend this place and we will come back more often. read more

They are super...,,. Sweet but I hated my nails and they wouldn't stop chipping within 2 days. It's like the product was defective. I've NEVER had this happen with other salons. They did fix them for free but they broke again the next day. Again sweetest ppl I've ever met in this industry but I can't return I spent too much money for my dip to not last more than 2days. read more

Interior of shop looks nice - that was the best part of this visit. I walked into the salon on a Friday around noon. There were 3 workers. Two doing nails and one doing a pedicure. There was also a customer waiting in a pedicure chair. I asked if they had time for a pedicure now, they said yes. What that meant was, we will put you in a pedicure chair and soak your feet in water for an hour before someone gets to you. They had 3 other customers come in after me and they waited just like me. I personally feel they do this to keep you from walking out. Also one lady came in and said she had an appointment. After waiting a few minutes she walked out and I don't blame her. So once they get to me, they realize I have gel on my nails. That they could have had soaked off during my hour wait. So the lady proceeds to do a quick and likely damaging removal of the gel; first attempt was to pick the gel off with a clipper which did not work and was painful. She then ended up using the drill to remove the gel. The final result of the pedicure and application of gel was not great and was not clean. And the job didn't last 1 week. My first time getting my nails done since I moved here . Paid for a full set and pedicure 110.00 before I left a nice tip .even though the pedicure paint job wasn't great and I had polish on my fingers ( I can forgive that ) . Within 3 days my nails lifted . I've been getting my nails done for 15 years never had this issue . I called to see if they could repair it ( one was officially about to fall off ). They were rude , non apologetic and brushed me off . I asked if they could give me a time to come in the next day and was told " I don't know what time we have open just call on your way in ". I'm not even going to bother going in for a repair . I'd rather take my $ elsewhere. read more

Love this place. Hard for me to find a place I'm comfortable getting a pedi at but the staff is super nice and welcoming and they always do a great job. Used to be under different management (didn't like it before) but since it's been under new management it's amazing! Definitely worth coming here. read more

I finally came to PS and not only got the best manicure ever (thanks Rosie!), but everyone there was very kind and seemed happy to be there and help customers. I haven't been back to this shop in a while and it's now under new management. My daughter and I got our nails done and the staff was superb. The customer service is top notch and they are the sweetest. They offered drinks and provided snacks. Pricing is reasonable and worth it. Will definitely be going back. read more

Got my nails and toes done here and they did fantastic! They were so welcoming and comforting and always making sure that I was happy and comfortable! They offered snacks and drinks and also had a special going on for this week, 20% off! The nails itself were priced so good! I've had many run ins with people who over charge for tips and length and shape, but this place was all inclusive and i couldn't be happier!! Great service ! read more
