I left totally disgusted pissed off and never got what I told him 10 times to do the owner. Wanted to sit there and argue with me, I told him to shut his mouth paint my nails so I could hurry up and get the hell out of there, they still charge me full price. He was still picking at me when I asked him to shut his mouth. He still kept picking at me and still kept picking at me and told me I was blind and I didn't see my nails right. this is the worst worst nail salon I've ever been to. I'm a nail technician myself, but I like to go out every once in a while and get mine done and it was the most worst experience I've got uneven nails, I've got ripples of gel on my fingernails. My toenails are not even, and he told me I was blind and wanted to sit there and argue with me this place won't be in business long and this was the first time. I'm going to Yelp next, if I were you I highly highly highly recommend that you don't step a foot into this place, they don't know what they're doing. You won't get what you want they charge you out the butt and then they argue with you, horrible place!!!! They don't even deserve one star I will never be back. That was my first time there and my last time there the worst nail place I've ever experienced at 59 years old... I will be in touch with the Texas Board of cosmetology and I am going to send them a copy of this review and personally call them and talk to a person that is in charge of the Rowlett Texas area and then my next move will be to Yelp!!! Do I need to say more.......

I went back because my mom asked me to go with her before vacation, and again, nothing new, I was unhappy. I asked for them to fix several times, they "did", I could tell my tech was aggravated (AS WAS I) the last time I asked to fix the tech told me that this is the last time. I was done frustrated and aggravated. My mom had complaints as well Mindy came in and started speaking to us I did tell her all was fine (my fault, I was done with the back and forth and ready to leave, so a smile and laugh was shared and we left). Unfortunately as I'm out and about I just do not like my nails, the look the feel one is ALREADY lifting as it is over my cuticle. I called to talk with Mindy told her I was still unhappy and would like a refund as I am getting these taken off promptly and not returning. She said no she can refund a service that I come back after vacation and get a "free $75" service. We went back and forth with that for a bit. The end conversation I said my issue is I will not be returning. She said she cannot refund a service thank you for understanding and hung up. I am unhappy with my nails out $75 after having spent $150!!

Unfortunately the pic I asked for was nothing like how they came out :/ I came back for a re-do and they were quick to fix the issue. I had already spent upwards of 2 hours in there so I just told them to leave them super simple (they sanded off the middle and left the perimeter with the cat eye). Overall not too happy but my past experiences there have been okay so just a little bummed out.

I got a manicure- gel nail French tip and she got a pedicure. I also had to remove my previous dip nail... They didn't completely remove the residue from my dip nail, and continued to paint clear nail and finish my French tip manicure. There's even noticeable bubbles on my nails! The technician could tell that i was EXTREMELY disappointed by the way it turned out, didn't apologize whatsoever. She just shrugged and minded her own business as if she did everything perfectly. I looked extremely unsatisfied, and she didn't even offer to do anything about it! My friend and Never ever want to come here again!

In the last couple months of my pregnancy and my feet really needed a pick me up so finally broke down and got one. I think this will be my go-to salon. It was clean and covid-friendly (everyone in masks, wearing gloves, and shields up between you and your nail tech). Prices are fair and there were a large variety of services offered for pedicures which is what I really needed. My technician Kim was very gentle on some problem cuticles (and eased a lot of pain in one of my toes I have been dying to get rid of) but also just the right amount of firm for my throbbing legs and feet (pregnancy legs lol) so I'll be asking for her by name in the future! Overall I am pleased with the service received and will be back!
