This is a dirty establishment the first time my mom came here in December of 2023 it was dirty. But let's talk about my experience today. I was getting a Manny Petty by loan and a RUDE lady named one. I don't believe that was her real name, but she was snatching on my hand so hard she had an attitude with me and I asked her what was the problem and she waved her hand in my face. I didn't even want to enjoy my drink because I could imagine she would have been doing it worse if I was under the influence. I did not get what I asked for. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went here for a simple clean up around my brows and ended up with uneven brows and burnt skin from the wax. The last who did my brows did not want to show me them after and rushed me to pay before I could take a look at the ugly job done to my brows. She knew she had messed up that is why she didn't want me to see. I went to my car and took a look and I was livid. I told the front counter once I realized how they looked and there were no apologies or accountability taken. Next morning I have a burn mark above my eye from the wax. The lady dipped them in the power so many times to where they looked like fat bubbles on my nails couldn't even tell it was a nail. She cut me over and over again to where today my nail beds are in so much pain I feel like they might get infected. i had the WORST pedicure experience with Leslie S. she filed or buffed the sides of my big toe raw, cut along my cuticle to the point of bleeding, she sliced the under side of one big toe and to make it all worst 12 days after my GEL POLISH has lifted and came off of 3 toes. I have wore only sandals and have only showered, no foot soaking. it was 71.00 i will never spend there again. i didnt want to be the "Karen" and complain so i paid and left and boy do i wish i would of said something. totally disappointed and i will not go back or tell anyone to go there. They were very detail oriented & the end product was beautiful. Went in here to get ALMOND SHAPED ROUND TIPS only for them to be uneven and each nail was jagged. Red flags were the employees were too nice but not skilled. For example: Andy, was very nice but he was not skilled for the price I paid. How are you going to charge $5 for "special shape" when it's not even special at all????? Never coming back. I recently went to her at the being of December and she did acrylics with a beautiful hand painted winter theme. I paid $80 for this service and it was well worth it, but she doesn't do fills so here is where this place comes in. I came in an asked for a basic fill, with the same flesh color acrylic that I already had and painted french tip. I was charged $40 for the basic fill and $25 for him to paint the tips white. Nothing special nothing flashy and nothing worth $65. $70 with tip. Lesson learned. I won't return. read more

I am so disappointed in Sachse Nail Bar. I have been a faithful customer since this business opened. Today I noticed that they were pushing extra services and charging customers extra fees. I felt it was because many customers were using a $20 off coupon that was recently mailed to the community. Today, I received a $5 charge for "nail shaping" when I already paid $46 for a manicure. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, he wouldn't budge. I'm not hard up for $5, but I do not like when businesses take advantage of their customers. My nails were cute yesterday, but some of the foil stripes came off. I came up here to see if they could just remove the designs, repolish, and credit my next visit. I even had my receipt. He stated he could fix the messed up ones but would not credit me the next visit. I am livid right now. I will be filing a merchant dispute. I don't pay extra for designs for no reason. I've been here 3 times and today was beyond dreadful. My nails look like a child did them. The technician cut me while filing my nail. When she realized she cut me she did apologize but did nothing about it. It wasn't until i was paying and holding a paper towel to it to stop the bleeding that someone finally put Neosporin on it. You can see my old color around the edges and all of my nails are different lengths. I've been getting dip for a decade and never had it look this bad. Walked in, and it looked very nice, a little bit busy. I wanted a manicure, but they said all the manicure seats were full so we had to sit at the pedicure chairs. They offered some drinks and got started on me and my friend's nails. There was only one lady who was helping me, so my friend had to wait a bit for her nails. The lady didn't speak any english, so it was kind of hard to communicate and tell her what I wanted. She seemed like she was in a hurry when clipping and pushing back my cuticles. Overall, the nails came out decent. My friend got some stickers on her nails and when we got home, they started peeling a little. Not super impressed, but they are still pretty cute. Would I go back? Honestly, no. There are probably other nail salons out there that are better, but this wasn't the worst experience. read more

I am new to the Area and on the search for a new pedicure place. I stopped here to try it out. Super friendly staff greeted me and got me in right away. Lots of colors to choose from for my toes. I had my feet soaking and enjoying the clean and calming atmosphere very quickly. The lady that did my toes did a good job. She was too gentle for the massage but overall she was good. I got the collagen pedicure and I won't get that one again. I just don't think it was worth the money. I will definitely be back but get a different pedicure. read more
