I was getting a Manny Petty by loan and a RUDE lady named one. I don't believe that was her real name, but she was snatching on my hand so hard she had an attitude with me and I asked her what was the problem and she waved her hand in my face. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went here for a simple clean up around my brows and ended up with uneven brows and burnt skin from the wax. The last who did my brows did not want to show me them after and rushed me to pay before I could take a look at the ugly job done to my brows. She knew she had messed up that is why she didn't want me to see. I went to my car and took a look and I was livid. I tried so hard to like Sachse Nail Bar since it's right by my house but last night was the last straw. I have NEVER EVER complained about a service but my nails were so bad I made myself go back because I was embarrassed to walk around with my nails. The lady dipped them in the power so many times to where they looked like fat bubbles on my nails couldn't even tell it was a nail. She cut me over and over again to where today my nail beds are in so much pain I feel like they might get infected. i had the WORST pedicure experience with Leslie S. she filed or buffed the sides of my big toe raw, cut along my cuticle to the point of bleeding, she sliced the under side of one big toe and to make it all worst 12 days after my GEL POLISH has lifted and came off of 3 toes. I have wore only sandals and have only showered, no foot soaking. it was 71.00 i will never spend there again. i didnt want to be the "Karen" and complain so i paid and left and boy do i wish i would of said something. totally disappointed and i will not go back or tell anyone to go there. They were very detail oriented & the end product was beautiful. I recently went to her at the being of December and she did acrylics with a beautiful hand painted winter theme. I paid $80 for this service and it was well worth it, but she doesn't do fills so here is where this place comes in. I came in an asked for a basic fill, with the same flesh color acrylic that I already had and painted french tip. I was charged $40 for the basic fill and $25 for him to paint the tips white. Nothing special nothing flashy and nothing worth $65. $70 with tip. Lesson learned. I won't return. read more

I felt it was because many customers were using a $20 off coupon that was recently mailed to the community. Today, I received a $5 charge for "nail shaping" when I already paid $46 for a manicure. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, he wouldn't budge. I'm not hard up for $5, but I do not like when businesses take advantage of their customers. Walked in, and it looked very nice, a little bit busy. I wanted a manicure, but they said all the manicure seats were full so we had to sit at the pedicure chairs. They offered some drinks and got started on me and my friend's nails. There was only one lady who was helping me, so my friend had to wait a bit for her nails. The lady didn't speak any english, so it was kind of hard to communicate and tell her what I wanted. She seemed like she was in a hurry when clipping and pushing back my cuticles. Overall, the nails came out decent. My friend got some stickers on her nails and when we got home, they started peeling a little. Not super impressed, but they are still pretty cute. Would I go back? I've been here 3 times and today was beyond dreadful. My nails look like a child did them. The technician cut me while filing my nail. When she realized she cut me she did apologize but did nothing about it. It wasn't until i was paying and holding a paper towel to it to stop the bleeding that someone finally put Neosporin on it. I am new to the Area and on the search for a new pedicure place. I stopped here to try it out. Super friendly staff greeted me and got me in right away. Lots of colors to choose from for my toes. I had my feet soaking and enjoying the clean and calming atmosphere very quickly. The lady that did my toes did a good job. She was too gentle for the massage but overall she was good.
