The DAY of my appointment I get a call saying my provider isn't available and they reschedule me with the same provider for the next day at 11:30am. Tonight I get a TEXT - telling me my appointment is canceled again and they can't accommodate me for the same time, but I can text "R" to reschedule. Craziness! I try calling and the number doesn't take you to the actual location, you get someone random to book an appointment. They are too expensive for last minute cancellation the day of and then again that same day/evening via text. BEWARE!

I dislike when receptionists are more friendly to you when it is time to pay for your service than when you first walk in. My waxer was Cindy who I've had before when I came more frequently. I love that she doesn't make your appointment awkward and talks to you in the entire time! Because appointments are 15 min I do feel a bit rushed as my previous company was 30-35 min for an appointment. There are a few hairs that could be removed more diligently. Waxes are $62 a pop for anyone considering spots that offer waxing.

It dries on your face like a gel and it peels off. It's so much less painful. She took her time made sure to keep ALL my hair back. Not one drip of wax got in my hair.
