Please beware, I feel like I'm being scammed. The lash extensions were less than desirable, quality, and application was unfortunately done very poorly. There were several lashes poking into my eye which created clear discomfort. There were clearly too much glue on the root of the extension, and when I got home there were black lash glue started rubbing off in the corner of my eye. I requested for the classic lash set, right after the application was done. Ends of my left eye, there was a lash extension popped out from the roots, I informed her on it. She took a bit of time to fix it, at the time I'm started to suspect her visions are not very sharp and that she could not see clearly. Tammy did not tell me any lash after care nor did she mention any "refills" needed etc she kept on telling me convincing me how "booked and busy" she is and how talented she is at lashes basically the whole time. I went home with an itch in my eye, I took a picture it was clear she only did one row of my upper lash and some of my own lash were falsely bends inward to be glued on. I have several row of lashes didn't have extensions on and also she didn't stick any lash extensions to the lashes in my outer corner...a lot of them are glued to my eyelid.. When I contact Tammy the NEXT day regarding this she kept on saying it's normal to have lash sticking on the water line or on the lid even when it's clearly poking into my eye. At first Tammy even attempted to blame me saying my lashes are too short and they were too low so that's why she has to apply to my root(what?) . I haven't been doing eyelash extensions for 2+ years, and prior to that none of my eyelash technicians ever said that to me and I know what a classic lash extension should look like and it def shouldn't feel this much discomfort. Tammy refuse to refund me the money, now I have to pay extra to go to another lash tech to remove it and redo it. read more

It is with a heavy heart that I am leaving a 2-star review for Tammy. She seems well-loved on Yelp, and that is the reason why I went to her, but I have to be honest and share my less than stellar experience. Tammy is a very sweet person, who is very responsive in scheduling appointments. However, the atmosphere and her work is less than optimal. Tammy works out of her home, and she has a very young daughter at home. The daughter constantly interrupts the appointment, which not only takes away from a relaxing atmosphere, but takes away Tammy's attention and focus. Each time I open my eyes after a session, this little girl is right there handing me some type of art project that she worked own during the session. Seems sweet enough, but I did not go to a session to be bombarded by a child. The child interrupts so much that Tammy is constantly telling her to either go play or even dials the phone for the child to talk to her father. Very chaotic and not a relaxing atmosphere. I would rather have Tammy's attention on my lashes and not her daughter. Tammy's work is a little short of par, and it could be because the child takes up so much of her attention during the session. I had way too much glue on my lash line and some of the lashes had a glob of glue directly on my skin. I mentioned the glue globs on my second appointment, but unfortunately it was not rectified. As a long time extension wearer, I am very well aware of how lashes should be placed. You should not see glue globs and you should not feel the lashes on your skin. Perhaps Tammy is more of a master lash artist when she is not being mommy at the same time. Tammy's services are lower than other salons. She will take cards, but will give a discount if you pay for cash. read more

BEWARE: The worst experience and a true eyelash extensions horror story. I found Tammy on Groupon and the reviews looked fine. When I arrived, she was talking on her phone and her little daughter answered the door. While doing my lashes she was still talking on her phone. I was in shock how disrespectful she was being on the phone for 15 minutes trying to do my lashes. She glued the lashes very close to my skin and when I blink they hurt. My eye lids are bruised because of her negligence and carelessness. I plan to pursue further action against this horrible "business". Please save your eyes, money and time. It was awful. Having just moved from NYC literally a week ago, I was SHOCKED to see the prices of some of these eyelash extension places, which were atronomical compared to what I'm used to back home. I looked through a ton of places and reviews and finally decided to give Tammy a call. She was very nice on the phone so I scheduled an appt with her. I am SO GLAD I found her! She has a very clean and spacious work area in her house that she works out of. We discussed the type of look I wanted and she listened and gave advice without being pushy or rude. Usually when I go to a new place they will remove all of the existing lashes and charge me for a whole new set which is what I expect but Tammy cleaned up my existing lashes and charged me only for a touch up. She did a wonderful job and I could not be happier! She does not try to upcharge you or scam more money out of you and I really appreciate someone like that. Tammy thank you for fixing my eye lashes that was a disaster. I will not go back to lulu's ever again! She did a rushes jobs on my lashes and eyebrow Microbalding both done in 45 mins. I could not sleep or see with all the glue she had on my eye lashes. It took Tammy forever to remove them. Thank's girl..OMG, I loss 30-40 percent of my natural eye lashes. Oh! She has paper to fill out trust me...she does not go by it. Make sure you tell her over and over what you want her to do. I've had lash extensions for over 6 years and am so thankful to have found Tammy! She has been my "lash expert" for over 4 1/2 and I can absolutely tell you she is the best. She takes the time to follow the way our lashes grow with a multi-layer technique to give a very natural and full look.
