Hi, my name is Dawn and I am a lash addict. No seriously. I can't stop. I don't even remember what it was like to NOT have gorgeous, lush lashes 24/7. I originally came in because I had gotten a great deal via groupon. I was using the excuse of having upcoming engagement pictures as a reason to get my lashes done and maintaining refills until our pictures. Yes, pictures are done. And yes, I'm still going in for fills! Everyone I've encountered here is so sweet and very educated on the ins and outs of lash extensions. Brittany and Amy both do fabulous jobs. The first set took a little over 2.5 hrs (I got the "dramatic look") and each set of (basic) refills is about an hour. It's actually quite a relaxing process. It's a great way to pamper/reward yourself and get a little me-time every two to three weeks. They're so easy to maintain and the only fall-out I experience is when my own lashes naturally shed. Whatever glue they use here is awesome! I absolutely love having eyelash extensions. I get so many compliments on my lashes and every single time I've ever told someone they're extensions, they are truly surprised and comment on how natural my lashes look! Another bonus-- it takes barely any time for me to get ready for work in the mornings now. I just powder my face, add a tiny bit of eyeliner, and out the door I go. My eyes always look "ready." Well I paid about $200 and a few days later my left eye lashes just started falling. I used the cleanser they recommended and washed with a brush. Called for some help and they wanted to charge $70 for a fill. Really.. asking for more money?! The lashes only lasted 3 days on my left side! My lash tech was so friendly and great customer service until now. Such a bummer! read more

Very disappointed I should have done my research prior to going here. Just like another lady I paid for volume lashes because that's what I was used to I paid more than I ever had before and my lashes looked horrible. When I finally went to somebody else she told me that most of my lashes were not purchased they were classic lashes and not very many of those.I was told that I could pay more money and have a technician for longer if I wanted more lashes on Eye. This was after paying more for volume and paying for a senior specialist, who didn't talk to me the entire time. I paid for two months of their so-called membership along with money each time I got my eyelashes done. The owner is very nice however she does not do lashes. The girls are doing less than satisfactory work and very little time frame to do a set of volume lashes. Definitely would not recommend read more

A no show fee of $75?!??? That's just stealing. I get a no show fee of $25/$30 going directly to the stylist for a no show. But charging $75 because the stylist works off commission is seriously ridiculous. How much of that exactly goes to the stylist and how much does the company pocket? I'm a GM of a business, and sometimes get called in unexpectedly. The missed appointment was my mistake, but you all robbing people of $75 is just in poor taste and honestly unethical in my opinion. *note to future customers, read the fine print. read more

Very very disappointed. I've been getting my lashes done for two years by a lady who had moved and so I needed a new place. I live in Allen and after reading reviews, I tried the lash lounge. I asked for a volume set and it looked less full than my normal classic look. They also only lasted two days. It only been a week and now I'll have to pay for a full set somewhere as this was the worst experience I had ever had with lashes. I fell they should put a new volume set on at no charge IF this is a-typical work. read more

They were able to squeeze me in and succeeded in getting off the horrific lashes I had gotten at another company. I had tried everything to get them off with no success and was very frustrated! I was growing skeptical of keeping my lashes due to changing techs, hard time getting appointments but with new ownership and staff, I look forward to my appointments. It's relaxing and I leave feeling glamorous, even without make up. The new owner is present often and is a great business woman. RobbyJoe is the senior stylist I have visited for about a year and she does wonderful job. Highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to add some glam to their look. read more

I never leave negative reviews but this will be my first. I paid over $200 for a full set of lashes for my wedding. I also purchased products such as a special sleep mask as well as the proper products to clean make up with the lash extensions. I did all that was required for maintenance- and then some. This was special to me because it was booked for my WEDDING. After the service, I was told that the lashes "might not stick" because I apparently still had some mascara from the previous day on my lashes. Even as a busy bride I wish I would have been told this before, as I would have gladly removed it myself with a make up wipe- especially knowing that it would impact the final results...instead I'm told after two hours and some change. I've had my lashes done for years and although I was mostly satisfied with the imitate results, they only lasted for a DAY - and began falling out...in terrible timing the next day for my ceremony. I had to ask my make-up artist to help which is when she mentioned the consistent complaints she's received from this company concerning their GLUE and how she's never been impressed with whatever they use. When you pay this much for a service and put such trust in people for your wedding day- you expect more, or at least a decent minimum. I now have no issue not only driving to Fort Worth to meet with my previous technician, but also recommending my clients against this company. Might I also add that apparently I booked a "senior" employee who also charges an additional fee which was unexpected. If you want lashes that last and to not feel like your time and $$$ were both washed- go else where end do more research than I initially did in the moment. read more

This is considered a zero star review. I have been a client at lash lounge for many years, and for the past 2 years i have watched this place go down the drain. My stylist had informed me of all of the high school drama that happens here. there are many things wrong with this salon. There have been times where miscommunication has happened, which is fine, but the way it was handled was very awful. there have been several times i have had to cancel, change an appointment or something else. When i talk to Crystal on the phone, she is very short and rude and makes me feel like i am an inconvenience. i'm not the only person that thinks this. I've heard of crystal treating other stylists poorly and nothing ever getting done about it. There is obviously a common denominator in why stylists leave time after time, and nobody removes the problem. Something needs to change before this place loses all its money. read more

I would probably give 0 stars if I could. This has no reflection on Megan, shes a great stylist. My mistake was going with a master stylist a few weeks back, and supposedly getting a credit to my VIP membership. I decided to try a closer location, since I was told membership will transfer to any lash lounge. Not so much. In the middle of my billing cycle with a credit fill and 1 unfulfilled fill on my account I was told I needed to pay 2 weeks early for my membership at new location AFTER I had my fill at new location.. talked to allen location and no one can explain why I have to ultimately pay triple for my fill this time. Going to cancel membership but am told it will bill again for 30 days which means 2 more times and apparently wont be able to go to a closer location to use it. Seems pretty fraudulent to me. Take my advice and dont sign up for the membership or better yet do business with this location. I know I wont be. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. I get mink lashes because they are light weight and work better for me. For some reason, they kept trying to push the synthetic. I've had extensions for years and always went to lash lounge in colleyville. This location is nothing like colleyville! I kept asking if they were sure they were using mink because they looked bad, were falling off, and didn't feel right. They assured me they were, charging me extra for them every time. Since I knew they weren't mink, I went to a new place. Of course, the lashes I had were synthetic. Got my new set of minks from DEP boutique and they look and feel great. I can not say enough good things about Lash lounge. Victoria did my lashes and she is a doll. Don't go here if you are a nurse and/or first responder!!Went to this lash lounge location for three years--and watched ownership change hands as many times, with varying results as it seems to often be mismanaged (and some of my favorite stylists left due to management). The staff is usually great, I've had some great stylists over the years, Ashley, Vianna, RobbyJoe, Jayna...and I loved my extensions while I had them! However over the years the prices continued to go up, especially once the new "membership" system was in place. At times getting in with your preferred stylist is hard, and I've had some below average fills that didn't last longer than a week--and when you're paying $100-300 a month...that's a little frustrating. The nail in the coffin for me was when after the pandemic closure when businesses began opening back up, I was contacted and informed I would not be able to return as a customer with everyone else because I was a nurse and the owner "wasn't comfortable with that". I'm not normally one to complain, but not supporting healthcare workers during a global pandemic (while we're pulling overtime to support the public) is a hard limit for me. When I emailed about my disappointment with the response and cancellation request, I received a snarky email from the current owner. The owner told me she's "sorry I TOOK" their "regulations" (AKA refusing service based on my profession as a nurse) as discrimination. It's plain and simple, provide services to all...or no one. Overall the response was very disappointing and unprofessional, especially after the thousands I spent here over the years. If you're a nurse/first responder or love one, do yourself a favor and invest in a good lash serum and falsies, or support another business who will support YOU. Your lashes will thank you later. (Also, I only posted this review after being encouraged to by many other nurses who were equally disgusted.) read more

Got my lashes done by Alex almost a week ago and they are still going strong. I wanted them done in a specific way (flared and longer towards the ends) and she did them perfectly. Appointment was quick too - just under an hour and a half for a full set. Very happy with the results, will defiantly be back. read more

First time getting lash tinting (did extensions for a year elsewhere) and great experience! Their tables (is that the right word? Where you lie down...) are so much more comfortable than the studio I'd been going to for my extensions - nicely padded & draped with soft blankets. I was so impressed by how quick the tinting was (~30 min) compared to extensions, but very effective. I also love all the boutique items to browse in the lobby - clothes, jewelry, and makeup. I got my eyelashes done by Ashley and they are AMAZING! Not only is it a relaxing process, but my eyelashes look great.
