Very disappointed in this experience overall. I was weary getting lash extensions because I have healthy, long, natural lashes. I finally was convinced and decided to try them out. I came here for 2 months. Each time asking my tech how my natural lashes looked and if they were still healthy. Every time she told me they looked amazing and that my lashes would be okay. Last time I went and gotten a refill, the day after a whole clump came out. So i called trying to see if I could come back and get it fixed. They told me to email and contact the manager, and with doing so I would get a response in a day. I called for 3 days straight trying to get ahold of the manager or get help in general, with no response from her. After this, I canceled my membership because I don't want to go to a place where the manager clearly does not care. Fast forward a week later, I find a new tech and get my lashes removed. She proceeded to tell me this was the "worst removal she has done in her career" and I "deserved a refund" because she said that the person who did my lash extensions was stacking lash upon lash, making the glue clump together. It took her 45 minutes to remove them. My eyes have been inflamed for days to the point that I had to go to the ophthalmologist. I am devastated to find out that majority of my lashes are pulled out of my right eye due to this, and my natural lashes on the left are broken. I called today to get ahold of the manager. And the employee on the phone provided me her number. I called and left a voicemail, AND called again almost 4 hours later with no response. I am so tired of trying to get ahold of the person in charge. Since she clearly doesn't care, I have to make this public. They don't hire reliable people who know what they are doing and they do NOT communicate well. When it comes to fixing their mistakes, they go ghost. I would give them 0 stars if I could. PICTURES SHOWN: 1st picture shows my left natural eyelashes 2nd picture shows my right natural lashes, the difference in how many I am missing is outrageous The 3rd picture shows my new lashes done by new tech, NOT DONE FROM THIS STUDIO, but here are what my eyes have looked like for 4 days and counting due to glue buildup and the fact that the tech at amazing lash studio DID NOT REMOVE ANY LASHES DURING REFILL, JUST STACKED THEM. I made the mistake to try Amazing Lash on Friday. I was super excited as the location is close to home and love the longer hours as well as being open Sunday. There prices are a bit higher than others, but I was hoping the other perks would justify it. I have had lashes for years now so this is not my first time, I know enough to know that this is the worst experience I have had. Upon arriving the front desk was filled with an overwhelming amount of girls, one walked me through my paperwork and did the check in process. The others seemed to be just hanging out so it gave off an awkward vibe like I was interrupting them. My lash technician came to get me and took me back to the room, she was very nice and pleasant. She did a very short review of what we were going to do, weird thing was that the front desks as the questions but yet they aren't the one doing the work. As she started on my lashes I had a feeling she was using too much glue, but at the same time didn't want to questions someones work that I couldn't currently see. She finished my lashes and when I stood up to look in the mirror I expected them to look way fuller as they had been in my photos I shared during my "consultation" that I had at the reception counter. I then proceeded to check out and the girl at the front desk asked if I liked them and I gave the same feedback and being hesitant about the completed work. No one seemed concerned that I wasn't fully satisfied, instead they proceeded to try and sell me a memebership. To get the discount I did agree to the once a moth refill membership service thinking maybe I will give them a second chance since the membership can be cancelled at anytime.... well three days later was the day for me! I will NEVER go back to this place! Upon leaving my lashes were/are so crusty and stiff with glue, I cannot comb through them, they have literally just been falling out in clumps, they are going a few different ways directionally and due to the overuse of the glue my eyelids have been swollen. I do not like writing bad reviews, but I feel that my experience is valid. Wonderful staff, wonderful space, and wonderful service! My mom got some extensions during their opening special and they looked great, so I thought I'd check it out. I made filled out the form online to be contacted, and was called to work out the details of my appointment. I was able to book on the last day they were offering the opening special. Ariel was my stylist, and she was so friendly and inviting. We talked a little about what I wanted and got started with the appointment. After she finished one eye, she let me look at it and see what I thought. They were beautiful, but much longer than anything I am used to. I don't pull of glam very well. She gave me lots of options of how to move forward, and eventually took the lashes off and helped me set up a new appointment. Ariel made me feel so listened too, and she never once made me feel guilty about the situation. She is such a genuine and kind person. The front desk staff helped me set up my second appointment for the next morning, and they were so sweet about the whole thing, and let me still get the opening special even though it would be past the day. The following morning, Skylar greeted me and told me Ariel had told her everything and what we had talked about. She was so thoughtful during our appointment, and I was so happy with how the lashes turned out. The staff here is really special, and made my experience something to remember. *****UPDATE: I went up there and got my updated overcharge for the initial special reversed. In the beginning I was charged $149 instead of the advertised $99. So the manager finally fixed that. She did a refund of the $149 which will take 7-10 days to refund back to me, and then charged me the original $99 advertised (which came out of my back immediately). So until I get the refund, I am out of the originally $149 charge and now another $99. Thank goodness I have the money on the card to be able to afford all the charges but if I didn't I would be so pissed. Also while I was there I filled out ANOTHER termination form IN PERSON and IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER. I asked her what do I get for the two auto charges that they charged me for no service, and she informed me that I could get one fill, or two refills for each month I was auto-charged and it will stay on my account for 6 months. I'll go ahead and gift that to one or two of my neighbors. I was going to add a star but then I realized why would I do that for all the inconvenience plus having to drive all the way back to that location for absolutely no good reason. I am leaving my initial review as one star. **************************************************************** Im giving this place one star because at this point I have now been charged twice after cancelling and overcharged on my first installation which was supposed to be only $99. The lashes are ok if thats what you want, go ahead and try it but DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT give them your card. Just pay cash if you want to try it out because they will sure as hell charge you as many times as they can, once they have your info. The lash techs are nice enough, but when there's a problem they'll leave notes for the manager time after time after time again and she won't call you back. After my third issue is when I finally got one email from the manager. Helloooooo, where was my response from the very first issue (the initial overcharge)? I was looking forward to trying this studio and was really hoping to find someone I could continue to visit for my lashes. This was an absolutely horrible experience for many reasons. The girl who did my lashes was a heavy smoker and by the time I left ( 3 hours later as it took forever) I was so nauseous and had a headache from the smell of smoke on her skin and clothes I didn't know if I was going to make it home or be sick. I kindly let the receptionist know upon checkout when she asked how was everything. I then got a call a few days later letting me know I could wash my lashed and asked how everything was? I again, told them about my experience and the fact my left eye had a notable amount of less lashes than the right eye and asked for a manager to call me. I have gotten my lashes done several times (by a coworker of mine we go to Aesthetics school) but my normal lady couldn't get me in. Figured no biggie I'll try a new place, went here and everything was fine at first. I tried to ignore the discomfort of the lashes thinking it was just maybe a sore lash, i have been brushing and taking care of my lashes like always, my right eye is swollen and some of my lashes have already been pulled out and even bleeding due to several extensions being glued onto one eye lash, several eye lashes glued together, and glued too closely to my skin. I would make sure that everything is perfect before leaving. Not worth paying over $100 for a full set when they're going to cause your real lashes to fall out and bleed :/ read more

Been to this location several time as each time there's pretty much been problems. Always have to wait 10-15 minutes for my scheduled appointment. Techs aren't too new and not consistent. They make contradicting suggestions/recommendations as to why the lashes aren't done well. Today they pushed eyelash growth serum to 2 ladies and I. Now I'm told my lashes are thin. Yet 3 weeks ago after also having them redone there, I was able to get a fuller set by a master tech. Today's lash tech spent more time on one eye than the other and it shows. read more

EYE BRUISING RED EYE AND PAIN! Went here to get my lashes installed for the first (and now only) time. My appointment wasn't ready until 30min after scheduled. Prior to the installation I went in for patch test and everything was fine, but after the full install my left eye was burning like crazy. The technician gave me eyedrops which helped soothe the pain a bit but my eye was still red. The technician assured me that this would go away after a few hours. FALSE! I woke up the next morning with aching throbbing extremely red eyeball and I had engagement photos scheduled in the next few hours. I called the studio to tell them of my predicament and asked if I could get a refund since I obviously would need to remove the lashes and therefore didn't get the intended use or guarantee of the product and they told me no but could give me a credit for another service. Not worth it in my opinion, if I had this bad of a reaction towards one of your products why would I want to go and try and test out another. read more

I've never gotten lashes before & was really worried I was going to be stabbed in the eyeball or get a infection & was super nervous but really wanted to try. I went in & was booked with Schylar & she reassured me that everything was super safe & then went on the explain the sanitation process that I was worried about. She knew how nervous I was & talked me through everything from the type of lashes I want to aftercare to keep them on the longest. She takes a lot of pride in her work & showed me pictures to help me pick the type of lashes I want & then recommended the cat eye lashes because of the shape of my eyes. They look SO FREAKING GOOD! The place kind of reminds me of a European wax studio with the setup. You walk in, you're greeted by some super nice girls then go back to the back to start the fun stuff. Schylar made sure that I was super comfortable the entire time & was really sweet & chatted with the throughout the process. I normally don't take the time to review things but felt the need for anyone else out there who was a bit worried about lash extensions. I highly recommend Schylar! She's very patient, talks you through the entire process & makes sure that you are beyond happy before leaving. Worst eyelash experience i've ever had must be why the price of them was so damn cheap. White girl named paige i'm pretty sure did my eyelashes and i've never felt so uncomfortable having someone to do my eyelashes. These "lash extensions" lasted a week at MOST. I got a classic set instead of my usual volume so I get that they're not as long lasting or great looking. Oh no. This girl disagreed with everything I said and even made a racist comment. I had said i usually have chinese or asians do my eyelashes and she said oh no don't have them do them they suck. Girl you fu**ing suck!! 7 days later my eyelashes are folding downward and are not even able to be brushed upwards. Let's not forget that she asked me what length and I told her 9 I'm sure and this dumb*** puts 13-14 on me ?!!!? Disgusting! They look absolutely stupid. She said I had excess glue and INSISTED that it was last technicians fault when I literally said I put falsies on with a lot of glue the previous day. What a weirdo. The girl said she wanted to do hair, so get the **** out of the eyelash salon !!!!!!!!!! $60? I will need my money back and a new tech. Never again absolutely trash.
