Trish/Trinh did my lashes, and they're perfect. I get compliments constantly. I got the classic lashes full set and said it was my first time, and I just wanted them to look natural. She did it! And she was so gentle and let me relax the whole time, I didn't have to talk and chat at all. read more

After being a client for over a YEAR, I decided to seek elsewhere to get my lashes done after Sunny went and spoke to other clients about me in a very un-professional way. Clients that I actually referred to her. But now, after gaining more knowledge on her work and seeing it closer than I ever have, I am thankful she did so that I could seek elsewhere for eyelash extensions. The photos below are photos taken 2 weeks after a fill. You can see the ridiculous amounts of glue piled up, from fill after fill. Lash extensions are supposed to be glued with a SMALL dab of glue onto your natural lash and I guess when she saw that I was losing lashes from her incorrect work, she decided to start gluing multiple lashes onto my natural lashes to make up for the holes. Let me just say, as I sit here, looking like a naked mole rat, lash-less and stocking up on castor oil to get my eyelashes to grow back... Although you may find someone cheaper than the rest, there is almost ALWAYS a reason for that. You get what ya pay for. read more

Trish did my lashes, she is so pleasant ( never mentions my snoring when I fall to sleep ) and very flexible when it comes to scheduling. The communication for scheduling was awesome! Sunny reached out to me with any possible openings through text just in case something came up that was sooner, like I requested. The pricing is reasonable compared to competitors. I am soooo pleased. read more

I told Sunny that I wanted a natural lash look and she recommended a 11mm length. I had nothing to compare this to as this was my first time, so I could only trust her. Afterwards, when I looked at them and noticed how long they were and was thinking to myself...definitely shorter next time...she exclaimed that we could go longer next time. What? My lashes were poking my lids at the base and actually hurt my eyes. I have clumps of lashes that are sticking together. I was given no explanations on how to care for them. And on top of this...I bought the $69 voucher for up to $150 service. My lashes were on special for $99 and she made me pay her the $30 difference. What is the point of buying a Yelp voucher if I am going to be charged the difference? ********** Update- Both Sunny and the owner reached out to me this evening and offered to correct my lashes. They are also refunding the $30 that I was overcharged. I am amending my review because I believe strongly in businesses when they try to correct customer concerns. I honestly feel like Sunny feels very badly for my experience. read more

I had such an amazing experience. The studio is clean, quiet and the staff is friendly. This was my first time getting lash extensions and I am so in love. I feel asleep on the table twice because I was so relaxed lol. I went in as a thin lashed lady and cane out a full lashes woman lol! Love them and already scheduled my next appointment. read more

Had an appointment at noon today for a refill. I think it would have taken an hour. Apparently my previous lash extensions were attached to 4-5 lashes each. Not good. Although she didn't come out and say it... She would not just fill what she could and send me on my way. She took her time and removed all of the bad extensions that she could... And gave me a perfect refill. 2.5 hours later. She did not have to do that... But she did. A true professional. Not doing my "membership" at competitor again. Not worth it. I drove 35 minutes here and will be my regular spot. read more

As a lash technician myself I would highly recommend this place for lashes. Schalon did a great job doing my refill she was very professional and listened to what I was wanting my lashes to look like. Love her lash brand fluffy and natural looking. You won't be disappointed. If your new to getting your lashes or your looking for a spot close to home this is the place for lashes. Melanie read more

There is multiple lash artists and you usually see a different one each time. You'll schedule your appointment with one, but they will change it without asking you to another. The last girl I saw said they hired her to fix all the terrible work some of their artists have been doing. She showed me all the clumps of glue I had in my lashes. It's too inconsistent and scary to go back. read more

Chardonnay is very meticulous and patient in doing her lashes . Clean and quiet atmosphere.

Love my lashes by Sunny, I have been a client of Sunny's for a year now. My lashes always looks great and also Sunny is an extremely nice person who really knows her clients needs. I highly recommend you make an appointment to see her. You will not be disappointed. read more

I will be having these lashes removed ASAP before they cause damage. There is excess glue all over the bottom of my lashes, causing irritation and also indicative of poor separation which can cause permanent damage to lashes. She used VERY thick lashes even tho I requested a natural look of classic lashes. I'm guessing these are also premade fans as she removed and added a new set in an hour. I am seriously so concerned about my lash health and hoping no permanent damage is done before I'm able to get this addressed. What a waste of $150. So mad. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I went to Sunny for the first time today (because my regular girl is on vacation) and was very disappointed. When I made my appointment they quoted me $100 for classic lashes. When I got there, Sunny showed me three different types of lashes to choose from so I chose the mink lashes because I wanted the most natural look possible. When I booked, I made sure that they knew I only wanted a classic lashes that looked as natural as possible and NOT the THICK glamour lashes!!! Before she started, I wanted to make sure that this was still for $100 I was quoted and she said, "No, $150!!" I asked her what other lashes she had because the $100 lashes were thick and looked like plastic. I had opted for the middle lash (that still looked more natural) and was a little bit darker than the mink. These were for $125. Every time I tried to talk with her, she would cut me off and say, "I know what I am doing", "don't worry, I don't do glamour lashes!" She even showed me a picture of what my lashes would look like after they were finished. I have had lash extensions for eight years. My lashes are very healthy as I always use the same gal; she uses a glue for sensitive eyes and not very much of it, and I remove whatever remaining lashes with the eyelash extension glue remover. It only took her about 40 minutes to do both eyes and when I walked out I wanted to cry!!! I have thick, clumpy looking glamour lashes that look so cheap!!! There is so much glue on my lashes that I'm just hoping my lashes don't fall out! It only took her 40 minutes because she did such a horrible job. There is nothing natural looking about my eyelashes. I will not be returning and wished I had had more time to read the yelp reviews.. read more

This place started off great! But in the last 3 months her service has been horrible. I and my Friends who I referred will not be coming back. She has started to hide fees in her price. She raises the prices after she has done the service . For instance, I started with her before she moved into location. She was doing them at home for 55 and then when she moved In shop, of course it went up to 85 , no problem. But during holidays we noticed she kept going up at each visit. And then tried to charge us 25.00 if we missed a 3 week appt. She is doing all of this without any notice to her customers. The biggest complaint is that her quality of service has went completely down hill. She tries to get you to come in before 3 weeks, even if it isn't needed. read more

I've been getting my eyelashes done for years, and Sunny is the first lash girl I've actually been 100% happy with!!! She applied a full mink set in just 60 minutes on the dot. Sunny did really good job she was very professional and she does it at home but it's just basically like you're going to a business she charged $55 and I think she did great. very natural they're not like hard and crispy but the really soft and wispy you could put mascara on them which I thought was really cool because I've never been able to mascara on Eyelashes because they're always really hard and like what's the word brisk and these were like really soft kind of natural looking so she did a really good job go see hear read more

So I decided to try Sunny out right before a big event and couldn't be happier with my decision. She was offering a special on mink lashes at that time ($99) and was nice enough to offer me the special rate without me asking. The boutique is quaint and has a nice quiet room to get your lashes placed in. I've been back for one fill so far and I am so happy with my experience each time. Not to mention EVERYONE compliments my lashes. The lashes don't feel to heavy and the length is perfect for me. Can't wait to go back for another fill! read more
