After being a client for over a YEAR, I decided to seek elsewhere to get my lashes done after Sunny went and spoke to other clients about me in a very un-professional way. Clients that I actually referred to her. But now, after gaining more knowledge on her work and seeing it closer than I ever have, I am thankful she did so that I could seek elsewhere for eyelash extensions. The photos below are photos taken 2 weeks after a fill. You can see the ridiculous amounts of glue piled up, from fill after fill. Lash extensions are supposed to be glued with a SMALL dab of glue onto your natural lash and I guess when she saw that I was losing lashes from her incorrect work, she decided to start gluing multiple lashes onto my natural lashes to make up for the holes. Let me just say, as I sit here, looking like a naked mole rat, lash-less and stocking up on castor oil to get my eyelashes to grow back... Although you may find someone cheaper than the rest, there is almost ALWAYS a reason for that. You get what ya pay for. read more

I told Sunny that I wanted a natural lash look and she recommended a 11mm length. I had nothing to compare this to as this was my first time, so I could only trust her. Afterwards, when I looked at them and noticed how long they were and was thinking to myself...definitely shorter next time...she exclaimed that we could go longer next time. What? My lashes were poking my lids at the base and actually hurt my eyes. I have clumps of lashes that are sticking together. I was given no explanations on how to care for them. And on top of this...I bought the $69 voucher for up to $150 service. My lashes were on special for $99 and she made me pay her the $30 difference. What is the point of buying a Yelp voucher if I am going to be charged the difference? ********** Update- Both Sunny and the owner reached out to me this evening and offered to correct my lashes. They are also refunding the $30 that I was overcharged. I am amending my review because I believe strongly in businesses when they try to correct customer concerns. Had an appointment at noon today for a refill. I think it would have taken an hour. Apparently my previous lash extensions were attached to 4-5 lashes each. Not good. Although she didn't come out and say it... She would not just fill what she could and send me on my way. She took her time and removed all of the bad extensions that she could... And gave me a perfect refill. 2.5 hours later. She did not have to do that... But she did. A true professional. Not doing my "membership" at competitor again. Not worth it. There is multiple lash artists and you usually see a different one each time. You'll schedule your appointment with one, but they will change it without asking you to another. The last girl I saw said they hired her to fix all the terrible work some of their artists have been doing. She showed me all the clumps of glue I had in my lashes. I will be having these lashes removed ASAP before they cause damage. There is excess glue all over the bottom of my lashes, causing irritation and also indicative of poor separation which can cause permanent damage to lashes. She used VERY thick lashes even tho I requested a natural look of classic lashes. I'm guessing these are also premade fans as she removed and added a new set in an hour. I went to Sunny for the first time today (because my regular girl is on vacation) and was very disappointed. When I made my appointment they quoted me $100 for classic lashes. When I got there, Sunny showed me three different types of lashes to choose from so I chose the mink lashes because I wanted the most natural look possible. When I booked, I made sure that they knew I only wanted a classic lashes that looked as natural as possible and NOT the THICK glamour lashes!!! Before she started, I wanted to make sure that this was still for $100 I was quoted and she said, "No, $150!!" I asked her what other lashes she had because the $100 lashes were thick and looked like plastic. I had opted for the middle lash (that still looked more natural) and was a little bit darker than the mink. These were for $125. Every time I tried to talk with her, she would cut me off and say, "I know what I am doing", "don't worry, I don't do glamour lashes!" She even showed me a picture of what my lashes would look like after they were finished. I have had lash extensions for eight years. My lashes are very healthy as I always use the same gal; she uses a glue for sensitive eyes and not very much of it, and I remove whatever remaining lashes with the eyelash extension glue remover. It only took her about 40 minutes to do both eyes and when I walked out I wanted to cry!!! I have thick, clumpy looking glamour lashes that look so cheap!!! There is so much glue on my lashes that I'm just hoping my lashes don't fall out! It only took her 40 minutes because she did such a horrible job. There is nothing natural looking about my eyelashes. I will not be returning and wished I had had more time to read the yelp reviews.. read more

This place started off great! But in the last 3 months her service has been horrible. I and my Friends who I referred will not be coming back. She has started to hide fees in her price. She raises the prices after she has done the service . For instance, I started with her before she moved into location. She was doing them at home for 55 and then when she moved In shop, of course it went up to 85 , no problem. But during holidays we noticed she kept going up at each visit. And then tried to charge us 25.00 if we missed a 3 week appt. She is doing all of this without any notice to her customers. The biggest complaint is that her quality of service has went completely down hill. She tries to get you to come in before 3 weeks, even if it isn't needed. read more
