I have been getting my lashes done for a few years now and I can definitely vouch for how amazingly…read moretalented is Katie! I've been to a few others before and sometimes I think finding the best fit lash artist is like Cinderella and her glass slipper...you gotta try a few until you find the best fit! Let me tell you exactly how I've come to fall completely in love with her work: 1) Perfectionist! Katie does spend time on her volume sets but that's because she is literally making absolutely perfect fans on every single one of your lashes. How do I know? Because as my lashes grow out and naturally shed, I'll find one on my counter sink in PERFECT fan, not clumped together, not 3-4 lashes with globs on glue at the base. They are perfectly spaced lash fans that create beautiful wispy volume. I would rather lay there for two hours with PERFECTLY fanned out volume lashes than have a rushed one hour session with clumps. 2) Genuine and Real! Katie is honest and isn't trying to just make a fast buck with shoddy work. When I came to see her after not being able to be scheduled with my previous lash girl, she very honestly told me that she needed to remove the previous work and let my lashes grow back a bit. She could've easily just removed my previous set and put a new set on, but after removal, she saw that I had some natural lashes that needed to grow a bit more (apparently they might've been pulled out in a chunk due to glue clumping from my previous artist's work). She wanted what was best for my lashes and not what was best for her pocket! 3) Caring! She cares about the health of your natural lashes and wants you to be able to enjoy lash extensions for a long time. She educates you on your natural lash growth circle and lash care and because she is so meticulous in her careful placement of every full lash fan, my lashes really DO get healthier! 4) Lastly, TALENTED AF! She knows that I have thin but long natural Asian lashes and that a D curl is not going to work with my small Asian double lid. She knew to use a C curl, she knew to use thinner but more lashes versus thicker and less, she knew what length would work with my eye shape! She customizes it to fit your look. I even referred my girl friend to her who is also Asian but has different shaped eyes than me and I could tell she did a slightly different style and it looked amazing on her. Oh wait sorry and one more 5) did I mention her lashes lasted ALL MONTH? I used to get my lashes filled every two WEEKS with all my previous lash artists. I don't know how she does it, but they still looked good a MONTH later when I came back in for a new set. You know what that means? Better for my wallet! Katie is in it for quality lashes, customized looks and longevity of your natural lashes! Anyway, I've found the Cinderella to my glass slipper. I've enjoyed the lashes of my past but I think Katie fits me the best and I'm done searching!!!

Prior to this, I had never gone to a professional to get my brows done, so I was initially a bit nervous because I didn't want my brows to come out looking too unnatural / thin / arched. Thankfully, they put me at ease, listened to what I wanted, and did the perfect amount of cleaning up and shaping so that my brows still looked natural. They checked in throughout to make sure I was okay, and it was honestly quite a relaxing experience!

Welcoming place, big smiles everywhere, it is a business after all…read more Convenient shampoo service. Nice blowouts. Satisfactory haircuts. All at a reasonable price. Here is the reason I give it 3 stars: Unfortunately, I requested highlights on my super short hair. They want to charge me $250. I feel that they want to take advantage of me. And it looks like each stylist is free to charge whatever they like. Sheri Salon takes pride on their good prices. So if they are proud of their good, or fair pricing, $250 for very short hair highlights is excessive. As far as the haircut goes, it looks like she did a good job and I am getting compliments. But I cannot forgive her for wanting to charge me $250 to highlight my hair. The story does not end here. Prices are inconsistent at this place. One stylist said she would charge $45 for the haircut that I got. But I ended up with another stylist who did the job. She charged me $60. It was a precision haircut, so I paid the $60. Another client would have made a scene. These people need to set their prices straight. No games, no fooling around, and no extreme overcharging. I also feel uncomfortable when a stylist speaks to another stylist while they are working. My stylist was talking to another stylist two chairs away. This is never a good vibe. Stylists should only talk to their clients and concentrate on their job. This is no easy task and requires 100% concentration and dedication. Employee social time should not take place during work hours with the public. Everyone is nice and cordial int his place, but like I said before, it's business.

First red flag: Always and I stress always go with your first mind. I needed a combo brow touch up which we agreed was $360. I paid a deposit of $50. Appt set 5/13 @9 Fast forward to a week later. I called and stated several spots didn't take well and would like an appointment for her to look it over as a touch up or do over or whatever she could do to make it right as there was zero or near faint spots in those areas. I was told I need to wait an additional 2 weeks and come it for a touch up. I'm like wait, it's only been a week and I've already paid you over $400 which included a generous tip and it's been less than a week. Why do I have to pay for a touch up. She commenced to give a bogus excuse about me being an herb user. Really that's your explanation. Many people come in because of harsh pharmaceutical meds like chemotherapy and you're telling me herbs will keep you from looking over your work from a week ago just to gain an additional $129 or so from me? No I'll pass on that. I called around and asked other technicians and was told an appointment should have at least been granted rather than over the phone discussion because there's no way of truly telling until visually inspecting and 2-4 weeks later is too long for customer to be upset if all that money was paid for something they're not happy about. Vibe was ok under previous ownership but can't say I was happy and money was NOT well spent!

I decided to get my lips blushed because I already have my eyebrows and eyeliner tattooed -- and…read morenow I can literally say, I woke up like this. From the very beginning, my experience with Beauty Squared was incredibly professional. We had a full consultation beforehand where she went over everything in detail -- the process, color selection, healing stages, and aftercare. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I was fully informed and comfortable. She also guided me on proper prep, including starting antivirals three days prior, which I really appreciated. That level of care and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence going into the appointment. Her communication is excellent -- clear, responsive, and consistent throughout the entire process. On the day of the appointment, everything was clean, organized, and she took her time to make sure the shape and color were just right for me. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. Now that I'm healing, everything is happening exactly as she explained it would. The color is softening beautifully into a natural, even tint -- exactly what I wanted. It enhances my lips without looking like traditional lipstick. I would absolutely recommend Beauty Squared to anyone considering lip blush. This was 100% worth it. Please note: these pics were taken on days one, two, and three - while healing. ‍
