The front desk is so professional and courteous, they call if your waxer is out sick with plenty of notice, they're quick to answer and so kind! I've been coming here for three years, Morgan was the absolute best but ended up moving last year so I've been hopping from waxer to waxer and while everyone is great, I'm now sticking with Leticia. Things I get done are Brazilian(monthly), eyebrow(2/3x per year), upper lip(once a year..maybe). I've been doing Brazilians with Leticia and while I was a little scared to do my eyebrows (traumatized from past waxers and threaders), she did amazing and cleaned them up exactly how I wanted and didn't go too thin. Not all EWCs are the same, trust me on that,(9 years going to EWCs in three different states and multiple cities) but this one takes the cake!
