Apparently they use their own lash lift kit, and the way they do it is for a really "natural" curl. I was not informed of this before going in, and as I have had lifts done before, I was expecting them to be curled and lifted. They also told me that different places have different ways of doing the lifts, which would've been nice to know as well. I could've curled my eyelashes with a curler and got more of a lift with that. Mine literally look like I've had them for the full two months already, and it's only the second day with them. I feel sorta bad leaving this review as the girls were really nice there, but I am disappointed with the lack of information and results. They offered a discount for lash extensions, but that was kinda pointless as I do not get those done. Then they offered a discount for another lash lift, but that didn't really make sense for me to use it since I was unhappy with the lift I received. They'd use the same kit so nothing would be different expect the price, I'd get the same results. They weren't able to issue a refund as the procedure was already done, which I kind of understand, but it was still pretty irritating.
