Moon was kind in regards to my anxiety against needles, he numbed my eyelids, and he tried to distract me with conversation. He was patient, and in the end, he was able to provide me with what I was looking for in my eyes. Moon gave me instructions of care and provided me with what I needed to care for my eyes. I still remember she said it's so painful to do permanent makeup and may not do it anymore, but upon recommendation from her friend, and since we were in the area, she decided to give it a try. She had the permanent makeup done by Mee, who was very kind and careful with the work she does. Mee also mentioned that permanent make up should not have my wife bleeding all over her face, which she was in Korea, and made sure that she understands the process. When the service was finished, my wife was very happy with the outcome and enjoyed the time and the service she got here. I am not an expert on this permanent make up and what not, but coming from my wife saying it's an excellent services, I will not hesitate to give this place 5 stars. And yes, I'm still going in for fills! Everyone I've encountered here is so sweet and very educated on the ins and outs of lash extensions. Brittany and Amy both do fabulous jobs. The first set took a little over 2.5 hrs (I got the "dramatic look") and each set of (basic) refills is about an hour. It's actually quite a relaxing process. It's a great way to pamper/reward yourself and get a little me-time every two to three weeks. They're so easy to maintain and the only fall-out I experience is when my own lashes naturally shed. When I pointed out that there was white polish left around my nails, he told me it was my skin. However, I had just gotten white tips, so it was clearly polish, not my skin. I ended up having to go back to have it fixed. He did apologize, and I appreciate the apology, but the experience was still very disappointing. When you're providing a service, especially one people are paying for, you should give your client your full attention and take pride in your work. If you're unhappy doing the job, it may be time to consider doing something else.
