She took off all of my lashes, my eyes were burning and I laid there for two hours and when she was done I had less lashes than I had before I went in. My eyes were stuck together and were burning and when I opened my eyes there were big gaps where she pulled my eyelashes out and it hurt. And she charged me 150 dollars to come out with less eyelashes I had when I went in. I look horrible and I paid $150 to have my own eyelashes pulled out. i asked her what kind of lashes she was using and she said that I SAID I WANTED THEM TO LOOK NATURAL. I NEVER EVEN SAID THAT!!! Ladies be careful of this place if you're looking to have lashes done. THEN She said she would take them off for me!! HA! After pulling out my real lashes and having my eyes glued together.... do you think I want her to take them off and leave me looking like this? When I arrived, the staff initially seemed friendly, and I did make sure to clearly explain my nail injury on my right thumb. That part felt acknowledged at first, which I appreciated. Kim did my pedicure and Theresa did my manicure, and both of them did a good job with the services themselves. However, what really disappointed me was the lack of attention when I asked multiple times for a cotton ball and foil for my injured nail. I asked three different people and kept getting overlooked, which was frustrating given that I couldn't properly soak or file that nail due to the injury. Another concern came up at checkout. I noticed the price for my manicure was changed at the register compared to what had been written by the nail technician. That felt dishonest and left a bad impression at the end of the visit. Because of those experiences, while the salon is beautiful and the technicians were skilled, I'm not sure I would return anytime soon.

Ms. Taffi was concerned that I find the place -- she went out to meet me on the street to guide me to where to park! She offered a calm and soothing atmosphere, which put me at ease immediately. I will say it is pretty pricey, even more so since they went up on their prices, but it's cheaper than some other places that do Russian Manicures. Ellie always does great work and perfects the shapes I'm looking for so at least it's worth it. She is very precise and very sweet as well. Each appointment takes an hour+. The salon itself is extremely clean and the ladies at the front desk are always so nice! I book online, appointments always seem to be booked out a few weeks so be sure to schedule early! They do offer sodas or water but another plus is the salon is right next door to Summer Moon which has amazing coffee if that's your thing!
