We had a full consultation beforehand where she went over everything in detail -- the process, color selection, healing stages, and aftercare. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I was fully informed and comfortable. She also guided me on proper prep, including starting antivirals three days prior, which I really appreciated. That level of care and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence going into the appointment. Her communication is excellent -- clear, responsive, and consistent throughout the entire process. On the day of the appointment, everything was clean, organized, and she took her time to make sure the shape and color were just right for me. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. Now that I'm healing, everything is happening exactly as she explained it would. I still remember she said it's so painful to do permanent makeup and may not do it anymore, but upon recommendation from her friend, and since we were in the area, she decided to give it a try. She had the permanent makeup done by Mee, who was very kind and careful with the work she does. Mee also mentioned that permanent make up should not have my wife bleeding all over her face, which she was in Korea, and made sure that she understands the process. When the service was finished, my wife was very happy with the outcome and enjoyed the time and the service she got here. I am not an expert on this permanent make up and what not, but coming from my wife saying it's an excellent services, I will not hesitate to give this place 5 stars.
