Terry is the absolute best! I have been wanting to get my eyebrows done for years and finally was fed up with wasting so much time everyday trying to get those things even. Terry was so great at explaining everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with every step along the way. I've been waiting a whole year to write this review and am so excited finally to share my wonderful experience with Holly and the Hoshi team! So many great points to talk about. Let's start: Customer Service- When I first called into Hoshi I spoke with Holly, the owner. I had explained my disaster brows and everything they'd gone through from microblading, to color removal to, tattooing. Not only were my brows traumatized but emotionally I was as well. I came in for a consultation and was greeted so well by all the staff. Holly then came and with her energy I could already feel like I was at the right place. She was transparent with me from the get go. This was going to be a lengthy correction, but had explained patience is KEY and that if I wanted to get my brows right, it'd be a process. She took the time to shape my brows right then and there to show me what a possible end result would be. I took her word for it, trusted her and let me just say- it was the BEST DECISION I could have possibly made. Throughout each color removal procedure she made sure if I felt comfortable, asked me how my healing process was, and took her time to explain any questions I had. She's extremely knowledgeable and knows what she's doing. Procedures- Removal: I had really dark and recently done brows a month before coming into Hoshi studio. Therefore, my color removal took a couple sessions every 2 months or so. Each time I could definitely see a difference in color and just seeing them get lighter made me so happy. Final Shaping: ... WOW! I'm so incredibly amazed by just how much effort and precision Holly took into shaping and coloring my brows. Her first go at the shaping I had already loved so much but she made sure to ask me again if I was satisfied with them. Once we got to the actual tattooing session I hardly felt a thing! I didn't even know she'd started working on me. It was actually quite relaxing. Overall Results: My brows look PHENOMENAL. This was by far the best healing process I have ever gone through with my brows. I can't wait to get my touch up just to show how great they look. And best part of all- I finally feel like me again.
