First red flag: Always and I stress always go with your first mind. I needed a combo brow touch up which we agreed was $360. I paid a deposit of $50. Appt set 5/13 @9 Fast forward to a week later. I called and stated several spots didn't take well and would like an appointment for her to look it over as a touch up or do over or whatever she could do to make it right as there was zero or near faint spots in those areas. I was told I need to wait an additional 2 weeks and come it for a touch up. I'm like wait, it's only been a week and I've already paid you over $400 which included a generous tip and it's been less than a week. Why do I have to pay for a touch up. She commenced to give a bogus excuse about me being an herb user. Really that's your explanation. Many people come in because of harsh pharmaceutical meds like chemotherapy and you're telling me herbs will keep you from looking over your work from a week ago just to gain an additional $129 or so from me? No I'll pass on that. I called around and asked other technicians and was told an appointment should have at least been granted rather than over the phone discussion because there's no way of truly telling until visually inspecting and 2-4 weeks later is too long for customer to be upset if all that money was paid for something they're not happy about. Vibe was ok under previous ownership but can't say I was happy and money was NOT well spent!

She pointed me to the direction of the lash table for the application process. Application of the "natural" lashes process was different than expected... 1. She was a bit rough with turning my head side to side.2. She answered the phone several times to take personal phone calls. 3. There was young child coming in and out of the room during the service. 4. There was no explanation of the steps of the process, timeline for completion or even ask me if I maybe had similar services prior. Checkout: (The Worst Part) Most importantly-- Upon checkout she advises me of a total different than on my appointment confirmation; and proceeds to tell me 1. There was an "issue with the website", her husband messed up- (She admitted it was their mistake, But that I would still need to pay a higher price) 2. She also suggested that I "input a coupon" when I was booking my appt online... where on earth would I magically obtain a code to reduce your prices ?) (I showed her the price on the screen, she proceeds to argue that this is not correct) * I advised her I would call the police to sort this out.. At this point she decides to very rudely say "just give me whatever it says on the screen" (from my appointment confirmation). I explained to her as a new customer this was very disappointing and that her website is out of my control. In the future it may be helpful to ensure prices listed for services are accurate and agreed upon prior to servicing a client. I learned from now on the triple check the agreed upon rate before receiving services from anyone. I will definitely not be returning here and urge you to save your time and money and go elsewhere.

That was almost a year ago and I can report that overall I am a happy camper. I recommend the subscription in order to get the best value if you wear lashes regularly. I tried a few different stylists and now have been using and am very happy with Tory. I have been more than pleased, not only for her skill but also because of her pleasant nature and her level of customer service and professionalism. I was very pleasantly surprised when recently, I happened to mention a lack of satisfaction with the service received from a totally different stylist. Tory took it upon herself to follow up with administration which resulted in action that left me feeling like a valued customer. The shop environment is clean and pleasant as well and the front desk staff are always welcoming. I am very happy to have stumbled across this establishment that day when I just expected to be going to the dentist .

The staff is professional, competent and efficient. The lash options are clearly spelled out along with process I typically book two appointments ahead just to be on the books with my favorite staff. There is a difference is the building set up between Frisco and Allen locations. The Frisco location has individual treatment rooms while Allen has an open treatment room.

Everytime I go out, I get compliments on my lashes! In the past when I've gotten extensions, I've never had someone go over the aftercare so extensively. Two weeks later and they are still going strong! I have had no natural lashes fall out either due to her explaining how I can maintain them best at home. If you want lash extensions, GO TO HER!! Vulnerable post! A couple of weeks back I went to get my…read morehair redone because it was due for a balayage retouch but at this point it has been months so I had to get it basically redone. And after doing my due diligence of researching some places nearby, I found another aesthetician who ruined my hair. Not only did I sit in her chair for eight hours but I also walked out with a $200 hair note and a fucked up hair situation. It was completely messed up. Needless to say, I was in DESPERATE need of some immediate hair repair. I called THIS SALON AND CRIEDDD on the phone to Jordan, who was kind enough to take me in and take care of me last minute without an appointment. Jordan not only did she only fix my hair, but she was also super kind and understanding of my situation. She deserves a fucking EMMY FOR BEST HUMAN EVER I swear.
