She did not even apologize for being late. 3. The bed you lay down on, did not have a sheet or anything on it. I feel that is very unhygienic because so many people lay down on the bed before you and no one is changing the sheet/paper/anything. 4. Not very impressed with the lashes either. After going home, I contacted her, multiple times because she does not answer her phone calls, or texts, or respond when you leave a voice mail. & if you're lucky enough to get a hold of her, you're treated like an annoying nuisance. BUT I finally got a response & let her know I would like to come back because I just wanted a bit more volume, &was willing to pay. EVEN THOUGH I already paid for a full set. I didn't want to be 'that customer' so I was fine with paying for the touch up. She informed me she couldn't give me the volume I wanted, that she didn't have the ability, and that it was my fault they weren't as full because I was late. She said that if I wanted a touch up, I would just have to schedule another appointment online. (Which was booked a week or so ahead.) This was very frustrating because I just wanted a touch up from the day prior. Which I feel would have been very quick and could have been fit in sooner because I was not satisfied & had just had my appointment a day ago. But I understood & booked another appointment anyway. After booking this appointment and patiently waiting for at least a week for her job to be fixed, MY APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELED! A DAY BEFORE I WAS SUPPOSED TO GO IN!! this was EXTREMELY frustrating, because I did NOT cancel my appointment.So I call her yet again to see why, no answer. I text her, no answer. And I leave a voice mail, & surprise, have been ignored since. Each time we spoke after my appointment, I was either ignored (many many times) or treated just plain rudely as if I was nothing but an inconvenience. I am extremely shocked of her customer service. It was incredibly disappointing because I did like her work. But her service and the way I was treated was so shocking it is far from worth it and I will never be returning. Amber first refused to answer her questions and said to send the questions thru the bride or planner very rudely. How hard is it to answer simple questions and talk directly the mom. The planner also made this clear to her that these are simple questions and 1 call or even basic texts would clear the questions. She was so rude and bad we had to hire another makeup artist 2 weeks before the event and eat the $330 deposit she requested. She refused to give us the deposit back even though she would not communicate with her client. DO NOT HIRE HER if you want a stress free event. She is rude and unprofessional especially for how much she charges.
