Leading up to my appointment, we had the nicest text exchanges, sent some photos so she knew what she'd be working with. I decided that she was indeed the Brow person for me. I've had to deal with the fear of keloids from my past but after speaking to Shantae she assured me that the scarring would not be severe to cause keloids.
