When the service was completed I left feeling okay, but returned 5 minutes later to ask the tech to remove a few lashes from my in my inner corners as I could not see and the feeling was causing my eyes to water. She removed a few and it felt better but still very heavy. I've had hybrid and classic sets before and this set was super dense. I showed her inspiration picture from the flirty girl website. But I don't feel I got what I asked for and now I'm having the lashes fall out incredibly fast. That night and the next day I had over 15 of the lashes fall out. I haven't had lash extensions fall out so quickly before. I felt very underwhelmed and disappointed by the service. When I reached out to manager they offered to apply more lashes the next day I asked for them to be removed. I went in on 6/6 for the removal and now the manager Lana will not respond to my emails or issue me a refund. I had the lashes on for less than 48 hours. After 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of the manager at the Irving location she finally got back to me and issued refund after other franchise managers reached out to her.

How much money DO you make with this "faulty website" scam. Your employees know your website is not working correctly. Bad on you!

She did a good job, but it took up too much time. When she first mentioned wanting to have her eyebrows tattooed on, I was not supportive. To me, it seemed ridiculous to have something so permanent done. What if one of the tattoos was crooked, too thin, too fat, off-center, or who knows what? Ultimately, it was her decision to make. When she finally decided to commit to visiting BrowBeat, I was blown away by the final result. I also learned that the process is called microblading, and it is not the same as traditional tattooing. Microblading does require touchups over time, as fading occurs. This is actually a good thing, since it enables the shape of the eyebrow to be slowly modified if desired as the years progress. My wife's eyebrows look so natural that it's hard to believe she had anything done. There is nothing unnatural about the final result. She has gone for touchups the past two years, and this year (2023) was her third visit. It's really quite remarkable. My wife is so happy with the results, and I am relieved and happy too.
