The vibe is welcoming and has multiple services. From Hennas, threading, waxing, eyelashes, eye brow tinting, massages and even facials services. Every time we come we request Anu, and that cause I like how she threads our eyebrows and her patience with my High functioning autistic younger sis. She is patient with her sensory overload and her pain intolerance. She also makes conversation with me and my sibling. I do recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place with so much to offer and if you only ask it's a great location. We came right at the 6 minutes before closing and they still had their door open to us. So sweet.

For anyone dealing with bad microblading or PMU removal, Nicole uses the PicoSure laser (with a 755 wavelength) to lift unwanted pigment safely. The microblading removal process was surprisingly comfortable, and it only took one session to get rid of the blue-grey color that had been bothering me for so long. If you're looking for Dallas tattoo removal specialists, this is absolutely the place. This time, we decided to go with a powder brow style, and I am truly in love with the results. This is a bright, airy studio space in a tiny strip of a few shops. There were two people ahead of me when I arrived. I checked in at the tablet at the door and in 15mins I was being invited to sit in a chair. Service was great, she checked in with me to be sure I was satisfied with the shape between brows. And suggested more of an arch which really opened up my eyes. $10 for threading is a bit high, but makes sense given the area. And I love that they are open 7 days a week.!

I am such a big fan of Jake and recently listened to a podcast in where she talks about striving to provide the best customer experience. Her team failed to live up to that promise. I think it may have been a lack of communication issue. I really do hope that's all it was. I scheduled a make up appointment the day of. I called the location and confirmed date and time. I live an hour away and was looking forward to being glammed up at The Body Labb with a MUA I had heard/seen so many great things about. I arrive to my appointment right on time. I had called ahead to advise them I would be maybe 3 minutes late and the young lady who answered the phone was so polite and said to not worry about it. So there was notification of me still planning on arriving to said appointment. No one greets me and the MUA I booked with had someone in the chair. I assumed maybe that appointment was late and it was about to finish up. I don't know anything about make up so I could not determine if it was half way in or almost done. After 35 minutes of waiting I finally said I was such time appointment and asked the MUA if i had some time to run to the store to grab something to drink. The MUA states yes. I go and purchase the drink only to come back and have the MUA tell me they are feeling ill and cannot take care of me. This is 45 minutes after my scheduled time. The person offered to have the other MUA work on me but that person had a few people there. I felt like if I accepted I would be an inconvenience and I would also be pushing my upcoming plans even more behind. My original person apologized and offered a discount for the next time I book and was very polite. I would've really appreciated a phone call to cancel the appointment if the person was feeling ill. I was there for 50 minutes total with no idea that my appointment would not take place. I could've tried getting in somewhere else. I declined the offer of the other MUA taking care of me because at that point I felt that i would be pushing my plans back even more. When I called to advise them on the probability of being late, I would've appreciated them to tell me that the appointment was canceled due to illness. I would've been understanding of that even if I was already close by. Maybe the MUA didn't relay the message of leaving for the day to the young lady who answered the phone. I hope this never happens to anyone else and this simply was an off day.

And you have to have a mask on. There was only one employee and there was still someone in the chair so I came in. I sat for about 15 mins. but I was late so I didn't care about waiting. Another woman walked in after me with two children. She went straight to the counter and checked in, I assumed. Once I realized I had to check in, I went up to the counter to do so. The employee took woman with her children that checked in before me go first. Without even acknowledging me. So i continued to wait. While waiting, her children began to run around the studio yelling and screaming. Only one wearing a mask. The woman did nothing from the chair but tell them to stop. During this time another woman walked it. The children started to really fight and the boy kept kicking his sister. The woman in the chair said, "stop, boys aren't supposed to hit girls" but never left the chair. The little girls knee started bleeding. Me and the new woman started to tell the employee and the mother that the little girl was bleeding. The new woman that was it waiting got up to get her some Kleenex. The mother still in the chair with no worries in the world. The lack of professionalism was enough for me to say, you somewhere else for your eyebrows.
