She gave me an appointment time which I could not make and I continued to contact her weekly to see if I could get another time. She didn't make much effort to communicate if she could put me on her schedule. A month went by and I decided to reach out one last time and her response implied that I couldn't make the effort to come to the appointment she gave me the first time. I regret paying for a service that I wasn't completely satisfied with. I had more significance being a new client because I paid a few hundred dollars. Unfortunately, returning clients with issues aren't important because she already got her money for the initial service. *** My appointment was important for me to keep but emergencies happen in life and I had to reach out last minute to cancel instead of not showing up without any notice so please don't accuse me of not being able to keep my appointments. Instead of trying to help reach a resolution with a client, you continue to comment defensively. Unfortunately this client relationship didn't work out and I have the right to post a review about it wherever it may be. You keep on posting responses as if I'm wanting to have a battle of words with you. I find it interesting that you made sure to advertise yourself instead of making amends with this situation.****

I could feel every single product she applied (in the best way), and she took the time to explain what each one did--so not only did my skin feel pampered, but I felt like I was earning a mini skincare degree at the same time. By the end, I looked like I had a built-in ring light following me around. The ambiance? Total spa goals. The music was perfectly chill--like the playlist your skin would make if it had a Spotify account. Valaria doesn't just stop at facials, either. She's got the whole beauty menu going: natural lashes (cashmere and silk, because your lashes deserve luxury), waxing, brow tinting and shaping, and a whole buffet of skin therapy options. And if you're a lash lover, she even offers monthly packages with touch-ups--basically a lash subscription service. Yes, please. This place is a total gem, and I'm already plotting my return. 10/10 would let Valaria touch my face again.
