First red flag: Always and I stress always go with your first mind. I needed a combo brow touch up which we agreed was $360. I paid a deposit of $50. Appt set 5/13 @9 Fast forward to a week later. I called and stated several spots didn't take well and would like an appointment for her to look it over as a touch up or do over or whatever she could do to make it right as there was zero or near faint spots in those areas. I was told I need to wait an additional 2 weeks and come it for a touch up. I'm like wait, it's only been a week and I've already paid you over $400 which included a generous tip and it's been less than a week. Why do I have to pay for a touch up. She commenced to give a bogus excuse about me being an herb user. Really that's your explanation. Many people come in because of harsh pharmaceutical meds like chemotherapy and you're telling me herbs will keep you from looking over your work from a week ago just to gain an additional $129 or so from me? No I'll pass on that. I called around and asked other technicians and was told an appointment should have at least been granted rather than over the phone discussion because there's no way of truly telling until visually inspecting and 2-4 weeks later is too long for customer to be upset if all that money was paid for something they're not happy about. Vibe was ok under previous ownership but can't say I was happy and money was NOT well spent!

First I want to start by saying this is a nice facility. Not some shady office, but also not a chain med spa vibe. It's clean and pretty inside. Secondly, the staff are so nice. This is my biggest complaint at other offices. So many snotty people. Arabella was genuinely the sweetest, most down to earth and friendly assistant. When she welcomes you in you'll genuinely want to be her friend. Third, Tatiana is also so nice, but on top of that she is so knowledgeable and skilled with her technique. I was a little nervous to get a full syringe because in the past no one has been able to do my small but shapely lips without causing migration. Tatiana walked me through everything and I truly felt like she wouldn't inject a full syringe if she didn't think it was possible... and boy am I so glad I trusted her because my lips look beautiful. The shape and symmetry are immaculate. I've thoroughly vet anyone I let touch my lips and have seen some of the best in the dfw but none were as good as Tatiana. You can tell she keeps up with the industry and knowledge in her field. And her technique is truly something special. Lastly, their pricing is so fair. As I mentioned, I've seen several injectors over the years, and I believe you get what you pay for... but at times I've definitely overpaid to end up with results that I wasn't totally pleased with. The pricing here is absolutely fair for a top quality salon. It's not Groupon price (but you should not be Groupon-ing your face). My full syringe was just under 700 but they also had a special going on so all in all I think I paid a little over 600. I also saw her open new product in front of my right out of the box, which is important to me because over the years I've also learned that sometimes injectors will dilute or mix products with a cheaper less effective product. I will absolutely be coming back and also will be recommending my friends/family to go here because it feels so difficult to find genuinely good injectors who aren't snotty and are also highly skilled. I stumbled upon Geneva Med spa on instagram and immediately booked an appointment. Tatiana did a beautiful job on my lips and toxin. My lip filler looked phenomenal and my toxin lasted months compared to where I was going previously. I've been back since for more toxin (4 months vs the previous place I went to for years my toxin would only last me 2 months) and a hydrafacial. I was hoping for them to last a bit longer for financial reasons, but I will need to come back for a refill asap since they're looking quite uneven. The staff is professional, competent and efficient. The lash options are clearly spelled out along with process I typically book two appointments ahead just to be on the books with my favorite staff. There is a difference is the building set up between Frisco and Allen locations. The Frisco location has individual treatment rooms while Allen has an open treatment room.
