GO TO HER!! Go to Renuka! I haven't threaded/waxed my eyebrows in a long time because I was letting it grow out from my last wax. My previous eyebrow wax was terrible I had to let it grow so I can reshape them. Renuka, DELIVERED. Let me tell ya! I asked her to keep it full and make sure it's not too thin and she did exactly what I asked! A lot of places make mine way too thin and I have to let them become caterpillars to reshape. I'm sure they are great for threading services but unfortunately I left extremely dissatisfied with my brow lamentation + tint and the "lash lift"+ tint. The ladies were very nice but outcome of my services were honestly unacceptable. The brow tint color is all over my face and extremely sloppy on the brow area and my lashes aren't lifted in the least. Way flatter than when I came in. I was told 15 minutes for the services and I was there well over 1.5 hours. Overall, the outcome of the services provided seem extremely amateur. read more

California based threading/waxing business owned by a beautiful lady named Pooja. I had the pleasure of meeting her during my visit on a very wet, cold and totally weird Texas weather. They a have a small but quaint, cozy and very inviting studio. Five chairs for threading, and 2 private rooms for other services they offer. I have to say that do not let the name of the business fool you, It is a full service salon! They also cater for all your hair, body, and skincare needs. Denise (sp) did a thorough and clean job on my brows. She took her time and made sure I'm ok and not uncomfortable while she's doing her thing. This is actually what I have been looking for for quiet some time now. My go to place is always busy and most of the time seemed like everybody is in a hurry to get everybody taken care off. Although they get the job done I wanna feel pampered too, you know? MyPerfectEyebrows is a few $ more for brow threading but if you feel relaxed, pampered and comfortable it's all worth it. When i walked in and waited for 10min, the lady told me its gonna be 15min wait and if the appointment show up during that time, its gonna be 30min wait for me. Came here after getting a Groupon for their special brow tint and shape. Swati helped me and she was amazing! I naturally have light, patchy eyebrows so I depended on my brow pencil to help me all the time. I finally decided to get a brow tint and this was the best place. Swati was so nice and she helped me pick out a great color. She also threaded my brows and shaped them before. It was quick and professional! I've been coming here for about 2 years and I LOVE them so much!! At first I would just do walk ins for my eyebrows but one of the ladies sold me the eyelash lift telling me all about the natural look and it's a much better alternative to lash extensions. I got it done with them and fell IN LOVE!! They're so sweet and have great hospitality! They even give me college student discount on my eyebrows! So disappointed with my lash lift. I called them and they say they would call me back and I'm still waiting. Not worth the $60 dollars. I'm sure the process was not well done because I can barely see very few of my lashes having a very unnoticeable curl. I have to rave about My Perfect Brows! I found this place randomly by google search because I was looking for somewhere close to work that I could go to during lunch. I came in for the first time around October of last year, and fell in love with my perfectly shaped and tinted brows (the name of this place is so fitting!) and have not gone anywhere else for this service since finding this gem! Another plus is that all the ladies who work here are just too sweet!! Also, I recently had a facial done here (by Seema) and it was absolutely AMAZING. It was my first facial, ever, and I am very impressed. The setup in the back is very cozy, the facial was very relaxing, and my skin was G.L.O.W.I.N.G. afterwards. I just went to the Plano location for a lash lift and tint. What I really appreciated was the fact that the employees were honest to me about my lashes being naturally curled and not benefiting like others would from the process. I ended up getting my eyebrows threaded instead. How many other places would have made me spend my money on something even if I wouldn't benefit from it? Seema was nice enough to apologize that I was next for my brow threading since the other woman working there didn't bother to ask and just picked the person who so happened to walked in after me. Btw, I made an appt for 12 but I didn't think I had to mention since I thought I would be next. Good thing I got Seema. She made me feel comfortable and I liked how my brows looked after threading. I came all the way from richardson thinking they'd do a great job, I just move to the dfw and it's been really difficult to find a place yo get my eyebrows threaded, and I'm really disappointed because I was left with one eyebrow thiner than the other. You can clearly tell because even the shape from the bottom got messed up, she even told me that my eyebrow was shaped like that when I know that is not. All I asked for was for a clean up, and she said it could've been that thin since the beginning buut I hadn't done them in months so I obviously knew it wasn't the case. Only reason why I give 3 stars and not 1 is because the place was really clean, and she was nice enough to give me a discount. Although is not about the money, but the inconvenience. She just told me to put some castor oil so it'd grow and next time she'd do them right. But I'm never going back. read more

If I were to cancel on my end, the owner did nothing to try to help me accommodate for her late cancellation on me. I am very confused why this business wouldn't remove their account from class pass if they don't accept credits... but I have reported the business to class pass and I'm hoping that other people avoid the mistake I made by booking on there. I'm a firm believer that some businesses should go out of business, especially if they're poorly managed...

Honey was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to educate me about my nails and explain the different services they offer, which I genuinely appreciated. My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. She made a great first impression, and if I were to return, I would specifically request an appointment with her.

I completely loved the service and professionalism of Swati. She did my brows exactly like how I asked. I tried them out (for the first time although I don't trust just anyone with my brows) because I saw a free threading offer for first time clients only until 3/15/18. Swati was very friendly and the place, although small, was very chic and trendy. The original cost for threading eyebrows is $9, which for me is a little pricey because I get the same service and quality of service at my regular salon for $5.
