I came all the way from richardson thinking they'd do a great job, I just move to the dfw and it's been really difficult to find a place yo get my eyebrows threaded, and I'm really disappointed because I was left with one eyebrow thiner than the other. You can clearly tell because even the shape from the bottom got messed up, she even told me that my eyebrow was shaped like that when I know that is not. All I asked for was for a clean up, and she said it could've been that thin since the beginning buut I hadn't done them in months so I obviously knew it wasn't the case. Only reason why I give 3 stars and not 1 is because the place was really clean, and she was nice enough to give me a discount. Although is not about the money, but the inconvenience. She just told me to put some castor oil so it'd grow and next time she'd do them right. But I'm never going back. read more

This place is quick, clean, and nice! Walk-ins are welcomed here and if you're a teacher or a student, you get a $2 discount for brow threading. I'm always in and out of here in 10 minutes or less. They're nice about fixing whatever you want your brows to look like and will get it to however you like it before they're done! I always get a brow and upper lip threading done whenever I come and it comes out to be $12 (plus my $2 teacher discount). I left my previous threading spot and came to My Perfect Brows because I was fed up with my old spot for threading off way too much hair off my eyebrows. I came in a day ago and spoke to Swati(?) and she was amazing. She took the time to listen to my frustrations. I have naturally thick brows and I stopped threading for 3 weeks to let my eyebrows grow back. So glad I found this place! My brows are like my head, filled with cowlicks. Plus, I have a few sparse areas. I'm always cautious when it comes to brow services because I don't want them thinned out. So the crew here did a phenomenal job on keeping my brows thick and nicely trimmed. I also opted for the brow tint and now my brows look fuller and frame my face nicely. Additionally, the use of threading is preferred over wax. I gave it a try and was happy with the results with minimal pain. However, if you want wax instead it is available. Eyelash Perm: the girl answered all my nervous questions and kept me comfortable while the process took place. I was very afraid my lashes would fall out but this perm has lasted over 4 weeks and my lashes still look full and curled. I will definitely perm again! European Facial: this is the best service in my opinion, the esthetician was very knowledgeable about skincare and gave me lots of helpful tips. I found out about them on instagram and decided to stop by. First of all, this was my first time getting my eyebrows done so I was kind of scared. I gave them I call before going just to make sure that I didn't need to make an appointment and the person who answered the phone was the nicest girl ever and told me that walk-ins are welcome. When I arrived, Seema (who is also the nicest person ever) asked me how I wanted my eyebrows to be shaped and told her that I had no idea but at the end of everything they turned out looking amazing After that she asked me if I wanted the little hairs in my cheeks to get removed too and I said yes, after all the threading, she put some aloe gelly thingy around my face and kind of gave me a massage and everything When I was about to leave the other girl (Swati) told her to put some sunscreen in my face because I was about to go out and they didn't want me to get burned or anything (as I said the nicest girls ever) The place is small but I swear it looks amazing on the inside, I would definitely recommend to everyone out there, also I ended up paying $10 for the little hairs on my cheeks and didn't pay for the eyebrows because they were having a promo that ended today but the prices are super cheap and I'm sure they will fill your expectations read more

Went to get my brows done, and specifically told her that I was growing my brows out so I was leaving hairs in certain areas so she could just clean my brows up for me. I do not recommend this place for lash lift. I've done lash lift for years so I know the process. Preeti is nice but does not know how to do lash lift. I should have known when she use toner to try and remove my eye make. She did not time when she put the perm on and because of that she has a hard time taking off the rolls. Each application she left me sitting there for 20 min which know is way too long. I left with lashes looking the same as when I walked in. Lash was not lifted at all and on top of that I have glue all over my eyelids. She was the only one working and was trying to juggle other customers. I was on Groupon at around 2 am in the morning and impulse bought a brow and tint combo. When I got an email in the morning about it, I was terrified. Not because I got such a good deal, but because I had to face my fear of getting my brows threaded. Why do I have this fear you ask? Because one time I got my brows threaded paper thin and it was the most depressing day of my life, which followed by months of me trying to grow it back and embarrassment. This place has amazing reviews, and I went in depth to make sure I picked the right person to do my brows. I booked my appointment and came in right on time. They sat me promptly and got down to business. I told them I just wanted a clean up and wanted my brows thick. She did it with precision and left my brows exactly how I wanted. However, one thing I will say is that the tint process was a little weird. She applied the tint accurately but afterwards I was left horrified because the tint was so dark, almost looked like someone sharpied my eyebrows. I went straight to target afterwards to purchase a hat because I had class right after and I didn't want anyone to look at my brows. I was so scared since she said it would take a week to go natural. Luckily, I did overhear her ask her coworker if they had anymore baby wipes and I suppose they didn't. She only wiped my brows off with a tissue. When I got home, I rubbed it off with a make up wipe and it looked a lot more better and natural. Next time I go, I think I'll stick with just threading since the tint only lasted a couple of days. read more
