She is definitely in the wrong profession. She told me my hair was to much work for the Groupon I was given to use as a gift. Also just a FYI if you book with her make sure you have little to no hair because if your hair is longer than your shoulders she cant do it. Its to much work she says. RUN!! This place is a nightmare!! I would be shocked if this woman has a license. She should not be allowed to do permanent makeup, like microblading on the public. The "salon" is a small dingy room with one chair to lean back in for yoyr service. She doesnt draw the outline of your brows, no talk about shape or what you want. My experience at this salon was horrible. The lady Malika knicked my skin on the eats, brushed very aggressively injuring the scalp. She is unprofessional and running a very low quality salon. The space is not clean with very old and outdated equipment. Avoid her service. She needs to be investigated by the cosmetology department in Texas. Cannot recommend. read more

Though the hair cut was OK and the stylist was a good person. Sorry, But I am extremely disappointed with the hair color I received. It seems like they were out of color. The end result left me questioning, and it was not what i wanted, At All. I was told over and over again that the hair color is looking natural. But that is Not what i wanted. Even though i made it clear in the beginning that i needed a visible change in hair color-burgundy , I even showed her the video of what i wanted but still there was no sign of red/burgundy at the end. read more

Horrible customer service. Make sure u pay after you got each service. She made me pay in advance for microblading touch up and when I went on the day of the appointment, she said my eyebrows don't need a touch up and would not also refund the money that I already paid for. I hate to even give this place one star. I purchased a Living Social Deal - $17 for a hair cut, style & deep conditioning. I called the same day to make an appointment. The lady that answered asked me how long my hair was. It's almost shoulder length. She said there would be an additional charge for shoulder length hair. Whattttt???? I asked her how much and she replied $10.00!!! I said there was no where on the voucher that stated that. She said if I didn't use the voucher she wouldn't charge it. Are you kidding me? What a bait and switch scam!!! I told her no thank you and contacted Living Social to get my money refunded. needed a quick trim; I am very loyal and my hairstylist is on maternity leave so I didn't really want a new style, just a quick trim to get the spilt ends taken care of. Maleka did a great job. Expect a small humble shop- she cuts to the chase and does a good job. My advice, be very clear on what you want. Terrible customer service, definitely doesnt encourage me to try their services. I have had my lashes done 5 times or more, and have never experienced this short lived of a set. I take pristine care of them, while washing my face and sleeping at night. The very next day after my appointment, I had more than 5 lashes fall off. By the end of the first week, I had barely 5 lashes on each eye. I'm not sure if it was her materials or her lack of attention to detail, but the service and product was my worst experience yet. When I called to request an early refill, at a discounted rate, because of how little time had passed AND how quickly they began falling off (24hrs), I was told I would need to pay for a full refill. Needless to say, for a full refill expense, I will take my business elsewhere. The conversation was extremely unprofessional- I think the girl is just young and has yet to learn the proper way to treat clients in order to grow her business. I found this salon on Groupon. I call today to inquire about scheduling an appointment. Whoever answered the phone was talking over me and would not let me finish my sentence. She then said "hold on" which I was on hold for a minute which is not that big of a deal. She mentioned she was with a client. As I continued on about my inquiry, she informed me that the Groupon was only for a pixie cut which I was not aware of. She then asked me about my hair texture.
