She was warm, personable, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I've always gone to the same person for waxing, but after moving to the area, I decided to give Relaxing Wax Spa a try, and I'm so glad I did. One thing that really stood out was how gentle the service was. In the past, I've often experienced irritation after waxing, but this time I had little to no irritation at all. So I booked my first appointment with Maggie and walked in to the appointment slightly nervous. I've had a bunch of Brazilian waxes over the last couple years but for some reason still was feeling nervous! The first impression of the place was a smallish hole in the wall place but it opened up to a much larger set of rooms with many waxers. The front desk girl greeted me and I was seen quickly by Maggie. Maggie is an absolute gem! Very very nice and welcoming lady who truly seems to enjoy her work. She chatted with me and got to know more about my life which made me feel a lot better about getting waxed again. It had been awhile. I let her know and she was patient with me through the whole process. Now be forewarned! Maggie's technique was different than the other esthetician I went to before.
