I LOVED this location when I was coming here. I know they're about to open one in Allen so I'm very excited for that. I haven't had lashes for a while now but this was by far my favorite location. I'm not sure if Preston still works here but he is the nicest person ever and will try hard to get you in when you want to be booked. Came here for a hybrid 2 week fill with a picture for reference as it was my first time. The girl I usually go to cut back hours and I was hoping I could find somewhere that would work as a potential replacement. It hasn't even been 24 hours and I regret it. Usually I get a cat eye look. It took longer than I was expecting, but I know different people take different amounts of time, so I just brushed it off. When I briefly looked in the mirror they seemed more full than I was used to, but I didn't inspect it as closely as I should have, as I was worried about getting home. Big mistake and that's on me. When I got to the register, I was being charged $95 which was more than I anticipated as hybrid was advertising at $60 on the website. After I asked, I was told I was being charged for mega volume. To be honest, I'm not familiar with all the names for various lashes so I thought maybe that was a tier up from hybrid and in a rush, I paid and left. I wish I had asked more. My eyelids feel heavy and my lashes have started to ache(?). I'm not sure how else to describe it, they hurt and feel like they are slowly being pulled out. Going back and looking, mega volumes are 5 steps up from what I usually get! No disrespect meant but I'm not sure how anyone's lashes can even handle that and remain healthy. I'm scared my lashes are all just going to fall out from the weight, and I'm disappointed that I somehow went in asking for one thing and left with something completely different that's uncomfortable. I'm not sure what their customer satisfaction policy is, but I'm going to call and see if there's any opportunity to change to something closer to what I asked, that won't overwhelm my lashes. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I have never had worse lashes done IN MY LIFE. I was embarrassed to be seen with them walking out of the studio. I ended up having to pay another lash lady I knew to take them off and completely redo them 2 days after getting them on. Please save your money and do not go there. I'm very disappointed. I came to flirty girl hoping to get what I wanted however I definitely did not. I wanted wispie lashes that were longer on the ends and got shorter towards my inner corner. My lashes are pretty much all one length. I also purchased a full set of hybrid lashes. These are NOT hybrid lashes I have had hybrid before and they are wayyyy fuller than this. She basically gave me a classic lash with 2 Fuller lashes on each eye. Beyond disappointed to pay over 100$ for something and not be happy with them. Really unimpressed with the customer service here. I came in on Saturday 12/21 and had a classic set put on. Everything was great, they looked awesome! Unfortunately I had a pretty severe allergic reaction that landed me in the ER. While I understand that is not necessarily the salons fault, when I called back to try to get an appointment to get them removed (a few days later after my eyes had calmed down) they couldn't get me in until almost 24 hours later. I get it, y'all are busy but this is a MEDICAL issue. It takes 5 mins to put the removal gel on there. Someone could've helped me. Instead I will look to another salon to remove what is left of these lashes. I called to cancel the appointment I made and all I got was an "ok" and hung up on. I am a first time customer here, I had my appointment this Mother's day weekend as a treat to myself for being a new mom, my husband told me I deserved it haha Previously I had been to a place in Rowlett that was not only far, but in a shady looking area, in a unfinished building. I'm not kidding. I was put in was used to be a janitorial closet and given no options. They gave me a "discount" because I wanted to buy their groupon but the woman said DONT! We will just discount it... okay... odd..and with tip it came to 90 dollars. My bottom lashes stuck to the top ones and i had to get scissors and cut them free, I could barely see, they kinda hurt and itched. It was not good. The woman was nice enough but I doubt she was licensed or had done it often. It was the worst. I ended up losing all the lashes in a week! :( Needless to say I didn't want to get my lashes done ever again. Then I found these lovely people at Flirty Girl Lashes! This place is actually close to me, I live in Plano, and they were in a nice area! Yay! They building was not unfinished, thankfully, and the inside looked chic like a mini uptown club. Cute! The guy at the front was nice, and I was able to CHOOSE what I wanted my lashes to look like! Hallelujah! My lash technician was Sandi, and I have no complaints, I actually booked a two week fill with her again because she made me feel comfortable, she was efficient, calm, and sweet. I have gotten so many compliments on this set of lashes and I actually, inadvertently created a customer for them because my mother in law now wants to change over to them, she said she pays double and her lashes never look this great. I really wanted to like this place but it was the worst. I made my appointment online with McCall. I chose her for my lash tint after reading through reviews. I wanted to get a tint before extensions because my eyelashes are blonde and then I wouldn't have to always apply mascara on my bottom lashes. I also did it to check out the studio and see how the employees interacted with their clients. Once I got there I was impressed with how nice the studio was, but noticed it was awkwardly quiet. The employee at the front was pleasant. When McCall came to get me she was rude about it and rushed off to the back with no direction. Side note: this was my first time at a lash studio in general, but either way I'd still expect some level of customer service especially for a new client. I told her I was anxious about the tint because I have sensitive eyes so I asked her to talk me through the process and basically just talk in general so I wouldn't get nervous. She blew me off like I was being dramatic, which I highly doubt I'm her first customer that was nervous about the process. Once she was done, she cleaned around my eyes and asked how it looked and said that it would darken if I didn't get my lashes wet over the next 24 hrs, but my lashes weren't very dark, it mostly looked like I had cried my mascara off. It's now been two days later and even the lashes that were darker when I left the studio are turning blonde again. Also, when I got home it took a while to scrub off the dye around my eyes. There was so much dye on my skin it was embarassing. I wouldn't recommend this studio to anyone or at least see a different employee. Highly disappointed in the waste of time and money. read more

Today I saw Samantha and she did such an amazing job! She took the time to remove my grown out extensions and fix the inner part of my eyes that have looked weird for weeks. This was my go-to lash place, but I took a break from lash extensions. I came back to the worst experience ever! The First Lady, I went to glued the lashes to my lash line skin. It was ripping out my actual natural lashes. I gave them a second chance after that. They used to be my go-to; come on. I regret my decision. I went to a different place to get them removed, and the lash lady was freaked about how much glue this lady put on them. the Second Lady ended up damaging my lashes so badly it's been a couple of months since then, and my lashes still haven't grown as they were. I would like to start with the times I called I always get voicemail and no return call. initially scheduled an appointment on 11/5 with Janet at 9am online. When I arrived Janet is leaving out the door. She says they have a 10 minute grace period which I arrived at exactly but that she will need to reschedule me. It was totally my fault I was late. Getting my lashes done has become my favorite beauty appointment. It's so relaxing and makes me feel fabulous afterwards. I've used three girls and Cashundra is the best! She listens to what I want and always does exactly what I was wanting. I have the best longevity with my lashes when she does them. They usually still look amazing at my two week fill. She is sweet and makes you feel very comfortable. The last two appointments I wasn't able to get in with her so I tried McCall. Both sets were just ok but not as full as I normally would get. And they started falling out immediately from both sets. She also is very rude and isnt willing to make any changes. Definitely recommend getting your lashes done here. Hmm. TBD. I'll go again to give it more of a shot, not overly impressed, not scared away. Here's why. Service: lash and brow tint. Pros: beautiful studio, great location, easy parking, got me in last minute and the scheduler was a sweetheart. Pricing is comparable or maybe slightly less than other places. Been to other places and the tint stung my skin, this place didn't. Cons: I left with tint all over my eyes. (See photo) Had to go back in to have them cleaned up and still sat in my car for 5 min getting it off my face. My brows are darker than my lashes, usually it's opposite. The service provider said all of about 5 words to me no matter how much I tried to strike a conversation including asking questions about their other services. Overall: the cons are not something I would shy away from, maybe a different provider? So I'll give it another shot. TBD on how long the color lasts and the health of my lashes after which is the biggest concern. read more

This place sucks. I went here a couple years ago for a while and never had any problems. So when deciding to get eyelash extensions again a few months ago, I decided to return here since I liked them. My first appointment back was fine. My eyelashes were not what I was wanting at all because I like them really dramatic and that isnt what I got. I paid for a full new set of volume extensions and I thought that is what I got. I didn't complain because my lashes weren't bad and the technician was really nice, just not exactly what I wanted. I rebooked with a different therapist for a few weeks out. Kylee or Kaylee was her name and she was great. But she told me that I had some classic lashes mixed in with my volume set and that I shouldve been charged for an hybrid set instead of a full volume. Moving on, I rebooked with her for 2 weeks out because I was going out of town for a week and needed them filled right before. They called me an hour before my appointment saying their power was out and they needed to get me rebooked. I obviously was upset. I stated I wanted a call from the manager ASAP. I didn't get a call for a week until I called them again and left a voicemail. I understand the power going out, but I still feel like I should've been offered a discount of some sort. I got over this situation because I still liked the place and technician. I went back and got a fill 4 weeks after my appointment. They looked fine and lasted fine. I was just over it at this point though and didn't want my lashes done by them anymore. Today, I went in for a lash removal appointment. I scheduled it for an hour before I had to be at work because I work 10 minutes away from there. It stated on the website that a lash removal should only last 25 minutes max, and mind you, I dont have many lashes left to remove anyway. I walked in at the start time of my appointment and the front desk guy was on the phone so I sat down. He was on the phone for 5 minutes and as soon as he got off, he helped another guest that came in after me. He ended up saying he was sorry and that he didnt see me come in... But come on. It is a small place. By the time I went back it was already close to 10 minutes passed my appointment start time. The girl who was removing my eyelashes very obviously didnt know what she was doing. I sat in the chair for over 20 minutes with product sitting on my eyes burning, and she didnt talk or touch me in that time. I over heard her talking with a worker next to me asking how she usually removes the lashes. So I guess for whatever reason, my eyelashes werent being removed with the method she was doing. I asked multiple times if we were almost done because I knew I had to rush to work. I finally got out of the chair to open my eyes 50 minutes after my appointment started. Mind you, with some lashes still on my eye. She said that not all of them would come off... How do they not know how to remove the lashes that they put on my eye?! So I had to pay full price for a lash removal and there were still a couple of lashes on. I just have given this place chance after chance and I'm done. It sucks read more

This was my first time going here and I am super disappointed. I asked for natural looking lashes and they gave me super long lashes with obvious spaces between them. I let the girl know and they scheduled me to come in the next day to fix them, which I appreciated very much, and they did look better but they have not stayed on and they feel cheap. I have had lashes quite a few times and have never had these issues before. I hate that I am going to have to spend $25 to have them removed. I'm so bummed that when this is over I will be out over $100 and still not have the lashes I wanted. I do appreciate the customer service and that they were willing to try and fix it but I'm just not happy with them. ENTITLED and SNOTTy lash girl!! BrOkEN stuck lashes now. I have just moved here and have been on the hunt for a good lash studio. I booked with stylist Monica as she was recommended in the yelp reviews. I'm a pretty friendly and outgoing girl so if your looking for a lash studio where your lash girl is going to treat you like a customer and a friend don't go here, well at least don't see Monica. It was like pulling teeth to get any kind of eyelashes information out of her. I get that a lash service is a quiet appointment but you don't have to be uncomfortably quiet or make the customer feel like they are bothering you with questions. I have been getting my lashes professionally done for five years now. During my first appointment with her I talked to her about me going to Italy and how excited I was. She talked me in to removing my previous eyelashes and starting over. I told her I would do it as soon as I got back from Italy. **So here comes the day for my new lash appointment. I walk in wearing an arm cast. Monica looks at me and motions for me to come back. I lay down and we do the usual lash smalltalk, I tell her exactly what I want and I even use pictures. I also decided that I'm going be very quiet during this appointment and see if this girl who thinks she is gods gift to lashes is going to actually ask me what I did to my arm. (Obviously a broken arm). It's pretty hard to have somebody sit in your chair for ONE hour and not ask them ONCE what happened to their arm... or speak or utter any words!!! How cruel and rude can you be? It's not like it's awkward and this is my first appointment with Monica!! I'm totally flabbergasted at how people behave. When she finishes she signaled me by saying "OK". Um... is that a cue for me to get up? So I look at my lashes to find that when I was finished my eyelashes were shorter than what I asked for and one eye did not match the other and I had ZeRo fullness. I actually had way more lashes when I walked in the place. I told her that I barely have any lashes on and to please add more. Monica begrudgingly quickly adds more lashes as I can tell she was getting anxious because a customer was waiting for her. I can tell based on the speed of her lash applying that I was for sure getting lashes stuck to my eyelids and lashes getting stuck together. Again I was signaled by her lifeless usual, "OK" my eyes were watering I had ask for a fan to use to help the glue dry. She actually told me you can take the fan to the lobby. I turned around and looked at her and said, "no thank you I'd rather not walk with a broken arm while my eyes are watering and I'm holding a fan at the same time, can I sit here for one second to let my eyes dry from the glue if you don't mind?" She actually never answered me. I have never been treated by another person like this in my entire life. As a business owner myself if I were the salon owner I would be embarrassed and appalled by my employees actions. So before I left I canceled all of my next six appointments I have scheduled. Sorry for the long review but I felt like it had to be said. I found a new lash girl and she is fantastic! And as I suspected many of my lashes were stuck together as well as to my eyelids. My only pet peeve with this shop is that no matter how much of a fill you need, they charge you according to how long it's been since you've been. There are different prices for a 2 week fill, 3 week fill and After 3 week fill. My lashes last a long time. If it's been 3-4 weeks, I probably still only need a 2 week fill. BUT, they're awesome: Original review: I have had my lashes done for several years, by several people. Andrea at Flirty Girl Lash Studio is the best. The lashes they use are thin and light weight, even though they are long and lush, they have a natural look to them. Andrea is super quick and I love that they offer 2 week fills, 3 week fills, etc. I opted for the "mascara" It's like $35 add on - but that's for 2 applications. Honestly, I see all of these bad reviews and wonder if maybe these people go in with unrealistic expectations and maybe some miscommunication in some instances. I think this place is great! I get the classic set and they usually last me about 3 weeks sometimes 4 if I'm gentle. I also make sure and shower before I go because you are supposed to wait 24 hrs.
