I can't believe I paid an extra $10 for a master stylist (Evelyn) for this kind of craftsmanship. before we started, I had specifically asked her to do each individually lashes because I want them to be full and not have gaps in between. once she was done, I had a lash that was wilting and poking my eye. I told her to fix it, all she did was took a brush and brushed it up. of course, that didn't last as you can see in the photos. my lashes are spaced apart and her reasoning was "I didn't apply to the other lashes because it wasn't long enough". I heard "I'm lazy" because I can see some of my untouched lashes that are long enough for application. this is unacceptable and I'm disappointed they assigned me someone with such poor craftsmanship for a master stylist. read more

I wish I could give this place a zero the first visit I was charge 30 extra on top of my membership of $119. So I go back for my refill I was changed 45 this Time so that's when I asked what's point of having a membership. Get home that even eyelashes coming off and itching like I have crabs or some. Call them the next day they reschedule me to come back that Saturday but the lady going tell me she didn't have time to redo them. I had a wedding the next day. So I feel like I was rod $160 plus I had to go somewhere else to get my lashes done again. So that was $30 extra on top. I have been calling asking for the general manager to call me for 3 weeks now still having got that call yet. The manager rolled her eyes at me when I was telling her this is not cool that I paid for eyelashes but don't have eyelashes don't make sense to me. Very rude. read more

The communication sucks there you have the young ladies in the front signing your for memberships and then next thing you know your card is getting debited to amounts then you call you can't speak to a manager they have to give the manager a message she never calls you back to explain the different debit amounts I never knew that they even carried a twice a month membership cuz I always sign up for the once a month membership then I go in to get my free refills twice a month and I asked before I lay on that table is this considered one of my credits yes I am told that I only have to pay $25 for the volume but then my bank accounts get debited twice for different amounts it's always two different amounts then what the young ladies in the front are telling you so there's a lack of communication somewhere and you can never speak to the manager it's always a message and she never calls you back to explain to the young ladies or even the customers what's going on with these different amounts that my card is being debt when I am told one thing and they're doing another thing with my money very unacceptable so now I must have to call my bank to dispute these different amounts cuz these are not the amounts that I am told that's supposed to be debited from my account. read more

Great service with plenty of appointment options. I gave it four stars and not five stars for a couple of reasons: (1) there's a weird distracting thud noise in the rooms which can get really annoying about 30 minutes into your appointment (2) immediately after my appointment I got home and it felt like something kept poking my eyes; I realized not all the lashes that were close to my lash line were glued down so they were poking my eyes. They have a 3 day policy where you can come back in and get a touch up in instances like these though. I would definitely go back and get my lashes done here. read more

I think she is really sweet so far it's just building that new trust & quality with each other. Knowing the technique & style of someone new. I just recently started going here. The ONLY reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because of their scheduling system. Lauren does my lashes and she is absolutely FANTASTIC. However I called to move my appointment up a week earlier than originally schedule and showed up and it "wasn't" on their calendar. Needless to say I didn't get my eyelashes done before I have an event this weekend. All they did was apologize which is expected. I don't expect a free handout at all but there was no offer to see someone else or effort to help out. I was referred to this location and to an amazing artist, Anita, by my hairdresser last year. Going to see Anita is better than any spa treatment I received anywhere. It is soooo relaxing and worth every $ and minute spent in that salon. Their service and pricing, while not cheap, are far more reasonable than other places I inquired that offered other types of lashes at 2X or 3X the price of this studio. I usually go to Amazing lash studio in Southlake, but since Las Colinas is closer I decided to come to this location. Never again. I pulled up to the location and right as I was parking I received a call saying my lash expert called in. 12 minutes before my appointment!! Definitely NOT! I have naturally long straight eye lashes. I was curious and wanted to try out fake eye lashes so I didn't have to curl them every day. at first they looked great, I followed their instructions and was very careful, but on the very 1st day they started falling out, they recommended getting fills every 2 weeks which I did once. They were overpriced and decided to go back to natural. When I got them taken out my own eyelashes were TRIMMED, yes!! they trimmed my eyelashes, and when I questioned them about it, they denied it. TERRIBLE. I got an introductory set of lashes, they were horrible I literally looked like a drag queen. I had signed up for a membership while I was there and after not liking the lashes I called back and asked if I could return the products I had purchased and cancel the membership. They said yes which was great. When I took them in to return them I found out I had been charged an extra $10 on top of the $79 for the first full set to see a "master stylist" which was something I never wanted or asked for. They never said anything about it when I paid the day I got my lashes either. Pretty shady if you ask me. On top of all that, my real eyelashes are completely destroyed. I have been and am a long time customer in this location. Service are always good and I'm so happy with my go-to stylist Eneida. She is a master stylist who I'm so happy to pay the extra to have her do my lashes. I went in for my regular refill today. Checked-in with the receptionist and out came a different stylist to greet me. I thought it was a mixed up because I always schedule the next appointment with the same stylist before I leave the facility knowing my her is so popular. The receptionist was rather rude-she didn't admit they messed up with the appointment and blamed it on me. Insisted that I requested someone I don't even know, has that never done my lashes before. I am totally disgusted with the customer service, or lack thereof, I've received from this location! I enrolled in the monthly membership program in December 2015 and am highly disappointed in the service rendered. Each visit I'm assigned a new lash tech as the turn over rate is extremely high at this location. At the end of my last visit I walked to the front desk to check out and TWO lashes fell onto my shirt. When I pointed this out to the front desk attendant she replied, "It's no big deal but if more fall off just come back and see us." I was mortified at the fact that lashes were falling out before their eyes and the only recourse I was given was to come back if it continued. What eventually led me to this point is I drove an hour to attend my appointment this past Sunday and upon arrival was told I had to be rescheduled because my tech wasn't in. I received no phone call to advise that my appointment would be rescheduled although I receive an obscene amount of reminder calls when they want me to confirm my attendance! I arrived this morning for my reschedule after calling ahead to advise that I was stuck in traffic and pouring rain was delaying my commute. I was told that it was okay and to come in for the appointment. Upon arrival I was told the appointment needed to be rescheduled yet again!! At this point I asked to cancel my membership and the front desk attendant claimed she could not locate my account. They debit my account religiously on the 14th of each month but suddenly when I ask to cancel no one can find my account!! I asked for the manager and was told that she wouldn't be in until noon so I'm sitting in the lobby right now waiting for her arrival so they cancel my account. This is the absolute WORST customer service I've ever received from any business!!! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!! read more

I've been skeptical about getting lashes but I wanted to try them for a Christmas event I had to attend. I had my lashes done on 12/23/17. Needless to say I didn't get what I wanted and didn't like what I got. The guy was nice I guess although his hands reeked of cigarette smoke. Niceness aside, he didn't give me what I asked for. He did not discuss with me the available options but I said I wanted natural and showed him the photos from the company website of the style I wanted and also what I did not want to look like. He also did not discuss aftercare. I had to go to the website to figure out how to take care of them (I've never worn lash extensions). When I get to the counter, he asks the lady at the counter what she thought. She stated she didn't see anything wrong (like she would say so if she did). She asked if I wanted to schedule a correction and I said no even though I did but I didn't because he was just standing there. I called back after I left to schedule the appt and was scheduled for a correction appt with Anita on 12/26/17 (or so I thought). On 12/26/17, I called to cancel the appt because I had a minor fender bender and didn't think I'd make it and was told by Ashley that there wasn't an appt on the book for me. I'm pissed so I ask her to cancel my membership and she says I have to come in to cancel. When I get there on 12/26/17 shaken because of the accident, I just want to cancel my membership. This same Ashley who did my paperwork on 12/23/17 and said that I would be charged for the membership in two weeks stated that I didn't have a membership to cancel. As I'm talking to her, still shaking visibly from my accident mind you, it is very obvious that she couldn't give a f*&$ so I just leave. I wished I'd had a good experience, I wanted to have a good experience in spite of the smoky smell of the "artist's" hands as he did my lashes but I did not. In fact I wasn't going to write my review until after my correction to give them the benefit of the doubt. That didn't happen. read more

My sister has been a customer for a while so I finally decided to try it for myself. My sis recommended Enaida (hope I spelled that correctly!) so I made the appointment with her. Had to wait about two weeks to get in to see her and after the job she did on my lashes, I can absolutely see why!! Amazing! I could not be happier with the results! As an added bonus, this saves me so much time in the mornings as well. I really don't have a need for any eye make-up now as my new lashes speak for themselves! I checked in and I walked out. The guy at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. When I called, the woman I spoke to, told me there would be $10 taken off my first visit, when I got there the man sitting at the front desk told me that was only if you are referred. Very rude not in anyway apologetic for the misinformation I was given. I checked in and sat down to wait. Then he started telling one of the employees that one of them had been getting complaints about lashes being clumped together, and that he was going to have to start figuring out why they were rushing through their customers. Again all this out in the open for all the customers to hear. Not exactly what you want to hear when waiting for your first appointment.
